My son is very funny acting. It’s hard for him to go to people he don’t know. I had to work and didn’t have anybody to keep my son. I made a Facebook post asking for reliable and reasonable people. I received a couple of good candidates but it was one that stuck out to me and it was Kidz Kamp. The name for one was different I’m like okay not the norm but let’s see. I called and set up a walk through with my son being that he’s going to be the one attending not me. We get there and I’m expecting to say the usual go play son, go make new friends before I knew he was having a ball with Ms. B while me ahf

My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 12 weeks old, she is now 6 months old. I have never had any issues and I am always informed about her day every time she is picked up, whether she had a good or bad day. Teachers are patient and nice. They are teaching her so much. They also have programs for babies and toddlers including singing, art etc. Both my daughter and I love here.

I visited the center. It is tidy, clean and well organized. The Director is very experienced. A good atmosphere and good interactive environment for kids to learn and play. The staff are nice and patient with love to kids. Kids really have fun and learn here. I like the curriculum they provide at an affordable price and will recommend to my friends too.

I visited this center for two times before making the decision to enroll my kid here. They really have low ratio of teacher and kids. In some centers, one teacher looks after too many kids. But in this one, they follow rules. The Director is very experienced and staff are friendly and nice. Tidy, clean and organized classrooms, Curriculum-based program. I will definitely recommend!

We are very glad the Center changed the director. Now the new director is very professional, well organized, and has over 20 years of child care experience. She also hires nice, kind and competent staff to take care of the kids. Now the center is tidy, clean and a good learning environment for kids.

This place is awful. The owners don’t know what they are doing. And every five star review on here was written by the owners on different accounts. Notice how every review uses “tidy and clean”. The owners have no compassion for children and are only wanting to make money, which they aren’t. They don’t pay their employees enough and they break state licensing all the time for child/teacher ratios. Check the cameras, the teachers leave the kids alone all the time.

Our experience started off super rough with the old director. We were in the middle of pulling our child out when the new director Nicki asked us to give her & the new staff she hired, a chance. Im so glad we listened & stayed. They are phenomenal and attentive. Great place with the option of live camera access to view your child while she/he are at this day care.

Nice, clean facility with affordable rates. Some of the staff are very friendly and compassionate while others need to learn to have a little more patience and could be more mindful that they are working with small children (it is NEVER OK to yell at someone elses child) this Ive witnessed personally..

This place is terrible! Had potential with the first owner who was fired for her medical problems! I had started off there and was fired as well, due to new management aka Ms. Nikki, Im not going into detail, but from what some parents have said, whose kids I cared for when I first started there, are completely truthful and amazing people, it hurts to know those poor babies went thru that, I hmgave them the best care when I was there, truly sad, a daycare like that. Im glad Im in the BEST daycare now! Been here for a year and counting! I hope this place shuts down! The other center as well! Disgusting people!

Love the overall look n feel of this center. It gives the both of us a great sense of relief that both our kids are in safe hands at the kidz kampus. The curriculum is the best we have come across and the care is even better. If I could rate is 6 stars I would have :). Love it every bit. Pls keep the good work and will be recommending friends here as well.

The director was fired. All the kids left. Poor management. Dirty and filthy place. DO NOT GO HERE. We went to the center on scarsdale known as elc academy which is clean, organised, experienced management, have cameras too and actual classrooms where kids learn.

Since the owner is asking Google to remove fake news, I feel I should put mine and my wifes experience with this day care in the reviews. Also, Jazmine is an employee with no children at all.We enrolled our son in this day care on January 2nd 2017. The Director at that time was sweet and listened to any concerns we may have had, which werent many. Since her departure, due to family issues, the new Director Nicki has allowed things to progressively gone downhill. We decided to give them a chance and we are now regretting this decision. After our son came home with a really bad diaper rash, we voiced our concerns to Nicki and things had gotten better for a little bit. After my wife asked numerous times to not take his bottles out of the refrigerator before she showed up to get our son is when things took a turn. See, I make his bottles every morning before dropping him off. They are made with cold water and transported in an insulted cooler. All we asked was not to remove any leftover bottle he may have before she got there because they are only good for 2 hrs at room temperature. We repeatedly asked them not to do so and it continued. Then came the second diaper rash, the worst diaper rash. I came home from work and was informed by my wife of the situation. Our sons bottoms was so raw that it had began bleeding in some spots. I took pictures and immediately sent them to Nicki. Her response was Did he have poop or was he just red. Im calling her now, please bring his daily sheet from yestetday for me. My response, just red. No sorry, phone call or anything. Mind you, we provided butt paste, for an occasional chafing. It became a daily thing to come home and apply butt paste during the week. Yet and still, another chance given.Fast forward to August 11th 2017. I come home from work to a disturbing sight. My son has a busted lip, scratched nose and his upper gums black and blue. Apparently that morning, during their Splash Day he somehow fell out of the pool onto the concrete. Never did either of us receive a phone call this had happened. Instead when my wife arrived to pick him up, she was bombarded at the door by Nicki and Jazmine. My wife was given an incident report and told my wife, she reviewed the cameras and it was in a split second. On the incident report it said he didnt need to see a doctor. My question is, what made them decide whether or not our nine month old son needed to see a doctor? I do believe that is our decision. That evening my wife and I discussed finding another day care. And so we started Monday.Come Monday, my 29 year old daughter picked up her brother and took him to her house. Wouldnt you know his bottom was red again. Tuesday, August 15th, my wife picks him up, gets home and precedes to disrob him for a bath and he has another horrible diaper rash. So bad, he didnt want his bottom touched and would not sit to take a bath. His bottom, testicles and penis were so bad. My wife immediately sent Nicki pictures and even warned of the graphic nature. Nickis response, different than when I sent the pictures, Im so sorry I understand how upset you are. Do you have the one from today, Ashley says he he has been red since last week (Thursday) and she has been applying cream on diaper changes. Have you noticed him not being changed on the daily sheets like he is suppose too. I will be writing both teachers up in that has been in that class. My wife Tiff said he wasnt red this morning. He wasnt red over the weekend and with me Sunday he had 3 Poops. That is from today. Nicki, Okay, again I do apologize and will further talk to the girls tomorrow and they will be written up for this. The plan to remove him from Kidz Kampus was already made and thus solidified it. That week my wife visited 5 day cares. The last was recommended by my daughter for us to check out. My wife and I went in Thursday to inform them that our sons last day would be Friday. A simple our sons last day is tomorrow. It just didnt work out. Quick, to the point.

Please read!!! Same owner as Early Learning. Extremely unprofessional. I enrolled my 11month old to ELC, I was so excited to get her into such a lovely daycare everyone was nice and polite and everything was going well. We had Access to cameras and would check on the baby from time to time. We noticed small things at first. Baby dropping bottle, no one paying attention, another baby starts drinking the bottle, still no one paying attention. Finally a teacher notices and gives the bottle back to our baby without washing it. My husband had to call the director Ms Dee to tell her, she was very prompt in reprimanding the teacher. Another incident we watched on camera, was the teacher mopping and sweeping while baby was on the floor spraying cleaning products in the air. Wow. Another incident, was a teacher picking up two kids at the same time by their forearm over their heads. This is not the proper way to pick up a child. And I was worried while she had her phone in hand with two children in each arm. Another incident, was my child looked as though she was chewing on something. Fingers kept going in and out of her mouth. This went on for FIVE MINUTES PEOPLE. FIVE MINUTES. It takes only one second for a child to choke on something! Two teachers were in the room, one cleaning and the other on her phone with her older son in the infant room. Mind you, No one is paying attention to my child. Finally! Another teacher comes in looks at her and notices the small object my daughter was chewing and eating. And thank god she was able to retrieve it from her mouth!! When we seen this we were so distraught. I couldnt breathe. We immediately started looking for another center for our baby to enroll at. ****So we found a nice place we wanted to look at. KIDZ KAMPUS across from San Jac. As we walk in we see The director Nicki and she preceded to show us around. As we are walking through the campus we see the director from ELC Ms DEE. ((Awkward moment)) We continued into the next room with Director Nicki and began to explain to her we already know Ms DEE, that her daycare is the reason we are coming to you today. We went over our concerns and made her aware it was nothing Ms DEE had done but were not happy with ELC and want to look around at other campuses. We explained to her that we would like to give Ms Dee the respect by speaking with her about our concerns. And if she could not say anything until we were able to speak with her privately about the issues. She agreed. Later I went to pick up our daughter and was followed by Ms DEE to the infant room where she rushed in with a posture that was very much uncomfortable and threatening then promptly slammed the door behind her. As I feel her eyes glaring, I politely turned around and asked to speak with her in the hallway in private. I told her I need to get baby down before she gets fussy but had some concerns I want to speak about in person. She agreed. But as I get in the car where my husband was watching/waiting, the first thing he tells me was so you got cornered in the room? Wow. After coming home and putting the baby down. I was so upset what Ms DEE had done. I called her and confronted her about the issue. She denied doing so. Was very rude and Unprofessional. Told me HER SISTER called her and told her everything! The director of KIDZ KAMPUS, Nicki, was her sister! Extremely unprofessional as I asked to please let me speak with her first. I told Ms DEE that if she wanted to keep us as a client that she should be speaking to me in a way that I would want to keep my child here. But instead was very short and only telling me what I could have done better as a parent. After getting off the phone thirty min later she calls my husband. A complete 180 in the time of her voice. Nice, polite and begging for another chance. After much deliberation we finally get a call from the owner. He was unaware of all the other issues and the only thing he was aware of was the cleaning incident and picking up the children wrong!
