If I could give this company zero stars I would. The program frequently asks you for identity verification via pop up messages and if you are not in front of your computer when the questions are asked it assumes they are wrong and kicks you from the program after you miss this message three times. No refund. No re-enrollment. Period. When you call the number for help, they are rude and unhelpful and tell you oh well, not our problem. Do NOT use this service they are crooks and just want to take your money.
