Receptionist is rudest ,she talks as if shes doing a favor.and acts as if she is busy all the time.Teachers are awesome that is the only reason my kid is in that school BUT management is rude,if we have any questions they are least bothered and can get only one answer NO for everything!!!!!am pissed but my kid wants to school because of his teacher.please it would be great if the receptionist learns to be polite with everyone.i want to get an incident into light one of my Indian friend called she was very RUDE(ruder than how she was to me) so i asked her is this the way she talks to u all the time she says YES and she has all the recordingswith her.can i get to talk to the top management please.i truly feel bad for my friend i asked her to complain against but she is too good to complain.

Great school..... my 3 daughters are in mark white. All the teachers and principal doing phenomenal job.my girls like this scholl far more then there previous school. Very friendly staff...gr8 job market white keep it up

The school has lice infection and nobody does anything to prevent the problem, my daughter was infected in second and third grade and they only say it is because of the lack of culture of the parents, but the school is in charge of putting prevention programs.They are far from improving!

Well sometime last week my husband was running late to pick up my daughter from school, walking towards the front of the school he said he noticed my daughter shaking her head as in saying no. Getting closer to the front door he said he heard a lady yell out my daughters name and for her to pick up the crumbs from the floor. So my husband asked my daughter if she made the mess my daughter responded no, so you know any parent would get upset at the fact that you see your child picking up crumbs of the floor with their bare hands. My husband walks over to whatever lady watches the kids after 4:00 and ask why she had my daughter picking up crumbs of the floor and the lady stated that my daughter ha admitted to making the mess, my husband told her that he had clearly seen my daughter shake her head as a response to if she had made the mess and he wasnt even inside the building. So how is it that he saw her but the lady didnt? and yet she still had my daughter on the floor picking up crumbs with her bare hands, she couldve at least provided a broom and dustpan which ether way thats what they have a cleaning staff, not to be rude (My mom works in cleaning for a middle school). I emailed the principle to the email thats on the schools website and she hasnt bothered responding in regards to the incident, they claim to be all about the parents and wanting everyone to be involved. My daughter has loved the teachers shes had from Ms Baker, Ms. Rodriguez and to now Ms. Castellon. But HISD needs to hire people determined to work and actually wanting to please all parents needs, whether its someone wanting to give a good compliment or a complaint, every situation should be handled accordingly.

My 5 yr old daughter, was put on a bus when she didnt ride a bus on the 2nd day of school.. she was so scared and crying.. her kindergarten teacher was very spaced out about the situation.. it took 4hrs to find my daughter which was no didnt know were she was.. new teachers are not what I think is good for younger childern..

I had a very bad experience with KELSEY RODRIGUEZ teacher of my kid in kinder, I decided to take out my kids from the school because they didnt fell well there with her and Karla Castellon in first grade.I went to ask for my kid supplies and the person on the desk went with me to talk with Rodriguez but she didnt come out to talk with me, she just said that I should come another day so I came back another day and the person in the desk gave me a bag with just a few things, much much less than I give her before so I kindly ask to Kelsey Rodriguez for all my kids stuff saying: Im so sorry to bother you but is possible...but she was as always since I saw her with a bad attitude and face trouble and told me Im not going to look for every single thing you brought so I said I can come and help you finding my kids supplies because Im missing two notebooks, folders etc... and she just said in a rude way come latter for 4 notebooks is everything I can do and she just follow walking letting me there.I came back again and I ask her to help her finding my kids supplies but she went with the principal assistant so the principal talked to me very kind and very sweet, she is a lovely person she have 5 stars :) and she ask Rodriguez to give me my kids supplies so I went with Rodriguez to her room and she take out notebboks and every stuff trowing them to a table some of them fell to the ground and she was talking to me as always very rude so I picked all my stuff and get out saying thank you.Im just thinking if this person who can not control her neurosis treat a parent in that way how she treat little kids??!! the school is very nice and the Principal assistant and the principal are adorable, very good people but should pay atention on that teachers that dont know how to manage their emotions and how to treat people, this kind of people shouldnt be teacher and never for little kids :(

Disappointed from that school, since the principal is a person who is more in favor of the teachers, my son has special needs, he is in a special class, one day my son had a tantrum, and they called me to a meeting to make the complaint, I was so disappointed, what the director told me that my son should behave well, the other I mentioned that because his teacher at lunchtime, he has to eat instead of being aware of the children, and the director told me The teacher did it because she wanted to eat there, but she shouldnt be there, I wonder what kind of director is she?
