I have been training here almost 5 months, Drew the main instructor is super helpful and takes time to make sure you understand the drill. I would definitely recommend this gym for beginners.

Great gym. I was working in Houston temporarily and found this to be a great place for a workout. The other teammates were very welcoming to visitors and really made me feel at home quick. If I lived in the area Id definitely make this gym part of my family. I also showed up early and watched some of the kids program- very impressive. Drew, the main guy, is great working with kids.

Top of the Line Academy ! Drew has an excellent method, highly technical, when he teaches he explains every detail carefully in order to adapt it to your game, the environment in the academy is awesome, friendly training partners of all levels .....and the background music is unique 👌🏼

The coaching staff is great and very friendly with kids. You can actually see the improvement every time. Highly recommended. Also the coaches dedication to the kids is impressive.

Obsolutly amazing place. They made you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Brand new set up. Everything is neat and well organized.They are currently offering a first class free. So for people like me not too sure about if I want to commit to anything yet is s great start.But man, I fell in love with Stephanie once I started training with her. Shes extremely patient, explain everything in a detail you understand and she would repeatedly doing the skills until you get it. I was worried that since Im the only first comer it will b too fast for me, but nothing like that.I feel super empowered and strong during the class and immediately I want to sign up for their unlimited classes.The main instructor Drew definitely know what hes doing. He got some nice skill. There are not too many students today and I got so much attention, I feel l got 90 percent of the skill just need to practice.Highly recommended place. Great to learn self defense classes and lose some weight! Lol

Drew is an incredible BJJ instructor. Fantastic knowledge and energy on the floor. One of the things that makes him a great instructor is that he remains a student and keeps his skill set sharp. All the excellent reviews and things you read about this place are true. After his trial lesson, my 5 year old jumped up and down, and begged me to enroll him at this academy. Drew and Stephanie are very talented teachers who can break down useful concepts in a fun way that my son easily understood. Be warned, the energy and smiles at this place are very contagious. I have been involved in martial arts for 15 years and I am very impressed. This place is a gem. Very friendly.

There are many BJJ schools in Houston but none are like RGA West Houston. Professor Drew has top notch instruction and is technical. Now I know why he is highly sought after.
