Terrible, the owner of this place made me (14yr at the time) go against 2 guys that did the boxing classes and said it was for my black belt test (which boxing is totally different) I was on the verge of getting knocked out and then the owner proceeded to tell them to go harder on me and I then got knocked out. After I got knocked out the owner said I was done sparring and then made me go again, after that I went to sleep. The next day I was lethargic and short of breath and had loss of balance, I left school early to go to the doctors and turns out I had a concussion. The doctor was surprised that I woke up. The owner did all of this just because my dad confronted him about telling me something. I highly do not recommend wasting your money here.

*Review for Hammerly location*Tried canceling classes due to no a/c inside and it being overly crowded. They were nice about it and said that was fine, but obviously it wasnt. Be sure to cancel your debit cards if you ever quit going here because they will continue to charge you and wont help you resolve the issue. If your deciding on the one in Pasadena, I highly recommend that one they are much better.

In the year that both of my children have been attending this school, I have witnessed their self confidence grow to the point that they have now volunteered for their school talent show... A year ago they had a hard time introducing themselves to someone new.Their martial arts and athletic ability amazes me every time I see them train. In a relatively short time they have become martial artist and athletes.All the different programs available are helping them become well rounded martial artist (Ask about the HYPER programs). Both my wife and I have become so inspired by both our children and the instructors that we have also joined and are now students in Taekwondo.I highly recommend Podium TKD both as a parent and now also as a student.

My son started taking classes at Podium TKD about 6 months ago. He has participated in all the various classes offered and absolutely loves it! He is always practicing! I have loved the increase in his confidence and discipline. I also feel more secure in his ability to protect himself! The instructors are patient, loving, and consistent. We plan to be here for a long time!

Great kickboxing class! Took my first kickboxing class last Thursday and definitely going back for the 6 week program. I felt every muscle of my body being worked out--- cant wait to go back!

My eldest mentioned the other day, he would love to teach his friend how to defend himself against the bullies he’s encountering at school. The fact that his own confidence has increased throughout the years due to this school it makes us proud to continue to bring him back.

My son and daughter have been here for almost 2 years and have learned so much. They are also better disciplined and more confident. I highly recommend everyone to join.

My kids have been attending Podium TKD for over 2 years and they have learned so much from self defense to self confidence and social interaction. They have so many good programs like kickboxing for adults which I am part of, and I really enjoy it. Its a great school for the whole family.

Great experience; gives me an awesome workout and great self-defense skills. Staff very friendly and devoted to helping me improve; also reasonably priced compared to other MA schools I have attended.

NOOOO I RECOMMEND it at all classes of kids. I invite you to visit another school and compare the level before renewing a contract if you do not want to waste your money. They mix the new students with the old ones so you do not advance the old ones. They just make them run and watch videos videos. They should put more physical activities on them.
