With the coronavirus pushing everything (including classroom time) to virtual and online spaces, Gonzales School of Languages does a great job at accommodating language learners during these unprecedented times. The flexibility in scheduling and optional socially distance online session/ phone sessions are recommended for busy individuals (such as myself).Years of experience show in the lesson planning and effectiveness of each lesson. I am able to talk about present tense, past tense, retain receptive language skills, and cope in conversation within the month and a half that I have been enrolled in Gonzales program.As a speech language pathologist, I appreciate the strategies that the instructor uses to provide speaking opportunities and increase context for each new vocabulary/ grammar concept. If you are interested in becoming intermediate/fluent in Spanish, Gonzales School of Languages could be a good option!

I am a Navy Commander who recently relocated to Houston. Ive been taking Spanish classes with Mr. Gonzales for two months now and I can say I have learned more under his instruction than using any other course, program or app. He uses his own proprietary content as the foundation but he builds on it to help you make more rich use of the vocabulary. Me and my brothers are currently taking this class. We love the way Mr. Gonzales teaches. He uses stories to make sure words and phrases stay and our head. It’s a fun way of teaching that actually challenges me and makes me learn.

Amazing instructor and excellent style of teaching. I have been taking private lessons through the Gonzales School of Languages for just over 3 weeks. The school was recommended to me as my business organization previously had success utilizing the school. The school utilizes innovative ways to stimulate and produce successful language learning skills. I am a living testament to that development through one-on-one lessons with Mr. Gonzales for Spanish. I am so impressed with what I have learned in such a short time. Mr. Gonzales started the school and has extensive experience that has given him the vast tool bag of what works, what doesnt work and short-cuts to facilitate the best learning setting for the student. Aside from that, the lessons are always enjoyable as he himself is an interesting and enjoyable gentleman to visit and learn with. He is considerate of your speed and capability to learn and matches that during each lesson. I never feel intimidated and always feel encouraged by him. I highly recommend this school for both corporate programs (to grow client and internal communications) as well as one-on-one lessons for individuals who want to better themselves or explore the world.

Very fun and learning alot

My mother took classes with Mr. Gonzales and he was very professional, humorous, and focused on getting results from his students training. She took group and individual classes. Individual classes were focused and he answered all the questions she had. Over the period of a year she was able speak Spanish nearly fluently.

Fantastic instructor and teaching style- the immersive instruction has led to far more progress than weve experienced with the several language learning apps weve tried. Absolutely highly recommended for anyone interested in learning to actually speak conversationally in a new language.

Señor Gonzales is a great teacher! I learned a lot from his class. He does a lot of recapping if each lesson so you can retain it through repetition. I really recommend taking classes from him!
