Great school! Even better instructor! I have been a student at Barron’s Martial Arts for over 7 years. I started classes in my late 50’s and have gained great benefits both physically and emotionally. Master Barron has unlimited patience and can work with you no matter what your starting physical shape is. I have seen his students grow in confidence, focus, self-discipline and respect while learning a true Martial Art.

Mr. Barron and all the other teachers at this facility bring forth an organization that bestows confidence, ethics and morals. The way they teach the children and adults is in a way that is easily comprehended, and with a calm approach that shows respect to all, but also demands respect from all. I am extremely satisfied with the results this organization has produced and I would not think about sending my son to anyone else. My son has become more self confident, his self esteem is significantly higher, he has become more respectful and his communication with us and his peers has done a 360. Barron’s Martial arts is more than a place to send your child, it is a second home to all of us.

My 8 year old boy has been going here for 2 years and he loves it. He has been doing very well and advancing his belts every time. Master Barron is very knowledgeable and professional and has great patience, because I know my little guy has some focusing issues we are working on. i really believe this class is helping build his self confidence and shape him into a respectful young man. Tang Soo!

I had always wanted to pursue a martial art, but wasnt able to make space for it in my life until I turned 25. As there are multiple styles and schools of martial arts, I researched summaries on as many as I could and took some online quizzes to narrow down my results. I wanted to be part of a martial art that had a long history (and taught that history and culture), used the body evenly, emphasized building a good defense to use offensively, and was more about building the character to win in life in general rather than emphasizing competition and sport. About the same time I was on the lookout, I received a grand opening flyer in my mail for Barrons Martial Arts. After reading into Tang Soo Do, I did the last step on my hunt for the right fit and called Master Barron up for a consultation and private intro lesson.Master Barron sounded formidable and succinct over the phone and garnered my respect and interest immediately. During my consultation, I asked A LOT of interrogating questions including why he, a practitioner of multiple martial arts, believed most in Tang Soo Do. His answers were satisfyingly informative and humble and I signed up and have since inspired my family to do the same.Master Barron does an honorable job in teaching and inspiring character growth in each class. Parents who witness (or partake in) the classes will come out having learned another set of motivational speech that can be shared and applied at home. Master Barron has also been able to give me and my family guidance and solace in our personal lives, and we cant thank him enough for how much hes played in making all of us better and better every day. He and the others we have had the privilege to meet throughout our studio and the World Tang Soo Do Association have been pivotal in the boost of self-esteem and confidence weve experienced since joining.Dont just take my word; I encourage everyone to always do their own research. But, if any of my review speaks to you, give Master Barron a call and meet him. Give you, your family, and him a reasonable time to see if Tang Soo Do and his teaching is a good fit. Martial arts is not one-size-fits-all, but if you do decide to try Tang Soo Do, then we look forward to having you in our family!(P.S. Master Barron has a great sense of humor once you get to know him.)
