Sport karate America is a self defense training and sport so I really recommend for everyone

Beat is a truly excellent instructor. He wants the students to have fun, but he really pushes you too

I have been going here for years, quality instruction from highly skilled instructors keeps me coming back, and now bringing my kids here. My kids are 10, and 6 and they love it.

I enjoy coming to class, I have learned respect, integrity and discipline. I have the best instructors in town.
