This school is one of the worst middle schools as far as reputation wise they treat kids like slaves make them wear draw string backpacks they took away lockers they make you wear clear mesh or as I said drawstring which is irrelevant in middle school like someone is going to bring a weapon to school the principals have disgusting attitudes over harsh I understand that they have to be strict but tugging on my back pack isnt acceptable.the teachers are very polite and kind they have very good teaching strategies also the drama teacher takes kids chips and eats it if he sees you have it out the main problem of the school is the administration or disciplinary group I strongly suggest be a bit more kind and respect your student and These type of reviews wont affect the growth of the school quit frankly.Thank you.

I only gave this school 1 star because I would not be able to post. This is the worst school in Fort Bend County. The teachers are messy, show favoritism, and are down right ghetto. My daughter has NEVER experienced anything like this is her life. The principal (DR. Causey) needs to go back where she came from because her lack of care or concern is unacceptable. The cafeteria food is horrible . The food is cold and NOT thoroughly cooked. They run out of food all the time. My daughter was given detention for NOT putting a tray up but when they told her she forgot to, she put it back. The food for those who are in detention is different from the other lines( Not that it is any better) The Assistant Principals are so unprofessional (Skinner and I forgot the other (MALE) African American Principal). The only Principal that is decent is Mr. Morrow and even he can be a pain. I went to one of the games and the cheer coaches ( Last Names : Harris and Coach U) were engaging in a conversation on which of the cheerleaders they like and which ones they cant stand. Like how old are you? These are children! Who gives a rats ass who you like? I later observed one of the cheerleaders crying hysterically to her parents stating that she wanted to quit because of how negative and petty the coaches are. I told the cheerleader, dont give up and that she should report the issue. Her direct response was, No one will listen and no one listens to us children at this school. I also heard Harris telling someone that a students dress was too short and she should not have worn it. (The dress was a little PAST the knees) and they both engaged in talking bad about the girl. On several occasions, my daughters turned in assignments that were misplaced by the teacher and she was given a 0 (in which it was later corrected) . My daughter has been marked absent when she was there. One of the counselors (Shelton) is a true liar. The teachers and staff Will Mistreat those who they dont care for. I have NEVER had any issue with my child from any school from anyone. I advise you NOT to send your child here. Im so glad my daughter will be attending another school. These people do NOT care! My daughter has been on the honor roll since school started and has always loved school. After going to this school, We had to rebuild her confidence. If it wasnt illegal to beat the hell out of these people, I would have. A friend of mines just purchased a home in this area and her children are zoned to this school. I have already given her the info for this school and so have others. I hope and pray she does NOT send her children here. She is not as calm as I am.

This school or should I even call it a school is very horrible. Bad teachers, Kids that think theyre cool when theyre not. The teachers are very fake and dont listen to us. The kids here just start drama and theyre so dumb all they care about is dating and other stupid stuff like ugh. Honestly Im just happy that Im in 9th grade now and I am going to Austin HS this August, at least there they actually have good teachers that youll actually LEARN something and do good in the future, just so glad that Im leaving this old, crappy, dumb, fake, drama filled school.

I hated going to this school. My nephews do as well. Kids get away with bullying my nephew constantly. He has spina bifida and is somewhat smaller that the other kids his age. No supervision.

Its not all that good. the place is dirty,they have teachers who smoke, and they dont listen to your problems, they always side with the teachers.

In order to live in this area the parents have to pass background checks etc. so why do HBMS treat the kids like criminals? they are soo petty the teachers, assistant principal. they call parents for everything because the teachers have no idea on how to teach.like the parents are not hard at work during normal school hours, we supposed to drop everything cause the teachers are stupid and inexperienced with preteens.all they do is suspend and give kids detention, how is a child supposed to pass? its a messed up system that the teachers run a boot camp and not a school yard, with a supposed good district with good families.so the kids ultimatley end up dropping out, and getting a dead end job, cause the FBISD has stupid teachers and staff!

Roaches are everywhere, the bathrooms suck, the food is poisonous, has old outdated computers, the presentation stinks, the air conditioning doesnt work,, and low budget.

I used to go to that school and it is not good at all the teachers are mean and they give us expired milk and the gang and drug violence is horrid
