I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINDER CARE!!!They are absolutely amazing! My girls go to the center and they absolutely love it! I enjoy seeing them with a big smile on their face when I pick them up everyday.I’m able to watch videos and have pictures of my kids learn and be creative. Honestly it’s a blessing seeing what your kids can do and what they will be learning about.The teachers have really good communication with parents especially director Crystal & Ashley ❤️I enjoy the center very much!

I love the teachers at Kindercare, they do a Fabulous job with all 3 of my kids. My kids look forward to going to daycare in the morning and when I pick them up they have nothing but nice things to say about there day. I also love that a get daily notification of the kids day through pictures of there activities and what they are doing. Recommend 100%

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYONE AT THIS KinderCare. I was so happy to find a place my 3 year old enjoys going to. His teachers and directors are so sweet and welcoming every day. Not only is my son learning so much with his friends at school but they’ve also helped out so much with the potty training transition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💕

As a first time mom, it was so hard mentally to trust someone else caring for my baby. My son started at 5 months and these teachers are amazing with him and ME. They have helped him grow physically and mentally so healthy, they do many activities that I could have never thought of at home. Now I find myself missing them when he is home for weekends, because I know he has so much fun and does so much there. The whole staff is super responsive and kind. Crystal and Ashley do a great job communicating and helping with all the administrative side as well.

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to Kindercare (Emnora Location) for taking exceptional care of my newborn daughter. My wife and I were not sure what we were going to do once it was time for her to return to work. After numerous visits to surrounding daycares, we found the Emnora location to be the best in the area. Thanks to Ms. Crystal (Director) and her staff for the patience and kindness they exude daily. My daughters have been going there since 2015 which they are 6 and 7 now as well as my sons since they were five weeks old and now they are 1 and 4. My kids basically have grown at this KinderCare and they love it. I wouldn’t change their daycare because they love the teachers and staff. My kids especially my sons is a HANDFUL but I have NEVER gotten any report from my children saying they have been bullied or mistreated in any kind of way. The directors WORKS with you with payments and UNDERSTAND that everyone have certain situations. Everyone has different experiences but I haven’t had a BAD one yet and all FOUR of my kids still go there.

Our baby girl attended Spring branch Kindercare from 3M to 13M. The only reason we stopped going is because we moved. We absolutely loved the care she got here. The director Crystal and her assistant Ashley are amazing and always so welcoming. They would greet our girl by name and she actually would reach out to hug them at every drop off. Ms. Lorena, and the women in the Infant A room are nurturing and great at communicating any needs she had. Being that this school was our baby’s first daycare, A part of our heart will always here. Highly recommended!

Extremely ghetto and nasty and dirty.... especially chrystal she’s rude to the kids and she steals money from parents told me that my rate was going to be one thing I asked for a detailed bill and she gave it to me and it was half of what I was being charged

I feel as though my children’s teachers were always very supportive and nurturing. The director, Crystal, has been so accommodating to my family’s needs. Most importantly I was thankful the center remained open during the current Covid-19 crisis.

When my son started at KinderCare, the staff seemed very nice. They were eager to help and painted a very pretty picture regarding the care of my son and the activities that he would be doing.Not long after my son was settled in, did I notice a lot hat changed.The child to teacher ratio was always off. My 2 year old was constantly being pushed to the 4 year old room due to a lack of staffing. One teacher left my 2 year old napping until 430 pm!!! The place was not cleaned properly!The assistant director was always there but spread very thin with multiple tasks to be done. The director was out for three months due to personal reasons. The teachers had no support!

My daughter went here five years ago and has now told me about the bullying that was done to her by the staff there. The staff didn’t just bully my child, but all the children there. They would make fun of the children throughout the day. Don’t think about bringing your children here. I’m heart broken to say that my child is now scarred from the abuse that occurred to her there as a toddler.

I absolutely love this daycare Mrs.Krystal & Mrs.Karen are the best I feel comfortable leaving my children in the care of the staff, I have never had any problems the communication is very clear they always call me when there is a problem staff is excellent as well I am greeted upon arrival when I drop my son off my in the morning. I have 3 children who attends daycare and they love it, I honestly can say that I feel like I’m leaving my kids with family. I also find it pretty cool that they take the time out to do projects with the babies ,which takes patience I live this day care and think that they are awesome keep up the great work my kids love you guys

I currently have a 12 month old that attends kinder care since he was 5 months and I absolutely love the staff my baby loves his teachers and has built a very great bond with them, and I love the care and support they show him with learning and transitioning as he gets older Im very thankful for the Kindercare staff. Thank you for all you do.

My son was there for less than a month and within that time him being there he had a high fever which caused hives on his body and .not one staff member cared to check his temperature. Also, a week after the fever incident, food out he had lice. Again, none cared to check his head(he was stratching his head a lot). He is now at another daycare and lice free. Oh, was only 18 months when he started going there. Feb, 2020- beginning of march 2020. The director (Crystal Astes) has no communication skills and seems like shes only there to get a check. I wasnt even asked to bring his shot records. Horrible communication and just plain dirty.

Pros: Open early, close late. Very close to my home. The kids seem to enjoy their teachers. The teachers for the most part care about the kids.Con: Inconsistency with teachers, whenever I have a questions, I hear I dont know, I wasnt with them. My kids have come home with bruises on their body and no one have been able to tell me what happened. When my daughter had an accident on her underwear, they left it in the underwear and bagged it. They wear gloves to change the kids, I imagine unless there is a law against it that they would just toss out the poop. The old director Olivia yelled at the kids and they had a summer program that we paid separate from but our kids didnt really get to enjoy it. Its not a bad place. I hope the new directors will make some positive changes.

First of all I must say I am a very observant, picky, and protective mother. During the years it was very hard for my baby to adjust to the change from being home with me at such a young age and starting at a daycare with others she had never met before nor seen including myself, and when she had to transition from class to class as they blossom into their stage of their ages. The director, the assistant director, as well as the teachers, and staffing are amazing, patient, understanding, and they helped US in the process of the change. They are beautiful inside and out. We have been here for years and I would highly recommend Spring Branch KinderCare Learning Center to all that are in need of children care. I can really say we all feel like family, I love the center group activity sessions, and I have grown to love them individually, and collectively.

Horrible ! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!Lack of communication between staff (DeAndrea, Sandra) and the Director (Krystal) has no skills in her position. My son was scratched, punched, and the report was falsely written. I went up to the daycare to discuss the matter and was not satisfied with the resolution.e they have zero tolerance for the children. Walked in one day early to pick my son up and no one was at the office and since he goes half a day the bus needs the Assistant Director or Director to take him off the bus; I waited in the front for 30 -45min while the bus driver called and no answer I finally walked outside got him off the bus and walked back in Ms. KAREN didnt apologize or acknowledge the fact of what happened. Please do not take your children here!!!! For all ages look else where

I can honestly say this is the best daycare in Spring Branch!!! The directors are awesome (Ms.Olivia and Ms.Veronica) and my sons teachers are the best. He loves attending this daycare, actually a couple times he hasnt wanted to leave when I go pick him up because hes having so much fun with all their fantastic activities! This center allows the kids to have lots of outdoor time (which I love!) because why would you want your kid indoor all day? Every time I drop my son off the teachers are completely engaged with all the students with either colors, shapes, reading books, counting, singing and even learning the other classmates names. Every morning when I drop my son off, I feel totally safe with leaving him there (unlike a couple other daycares he has attended) and my mind is at ease because I know my son will be taken care of by patient and caring teachers. Well, OVERALL, this is a wonderful facility and I would recommend Kindercare to anyone! :)

OMG yes Best daycare in spring branch I will tell others about the center how they our with the kids Mrs Veronica and Mrs Olivia our really great they help you out as much as they can and even if u have a problem they gladly to help u and explain to u and they our cAring and love the children as there own there always finding ways and keep the kids happy and learning especially on the spring break and summer time and a everyday basis and the staff is always on top of things the big kids class staff my son love it there there both so helpful and good with the kids and it always hard for me to get him to go too cause they have so much fun I am very satisfied with the staff they have and Mrs Veronica and Olivia I wouldnt go anywhere else but kinder care and I love that they have special guess to come and talk to the parents and all u should try it out !!!!!!!!!!!

I did not have time to write the review before , but here i will write my experience in this day care:• My daughter was bitten more than 4 times and any of the teachers ever ever reported something or saw somthing.( what they are doing then?) I even talked to the director many times and her response was: thank you for letting us know mama• She got 3 scratches and again NOBODY saw something, and when i ask the assistant of the director she said : it could be than one of the teachers grab her to move her to another place. Ive been carry and grabing my daughter since she was born and i never ever hurt her.• They were not higienic at all, her zipicup was filled with water and some stuff inside her water, you can even walk to the room and check were they have their zippicups and there are even flies around them• She got an upset stomach and it does not matter than i told them not to give her sugar, or anything else besides her food, i pickup and she was eating the frosted from a cupcake• She was sick and with fever and they took her out to play with no sweeter at all, and when i picked her up and i asked if she playes outsides they said yes, and i told the assistant of the director: even you are wearing sweeter here i side the school imagine her beeing a baby with no sweeter outside.• When i picked her once she was all wet with pee.• I troed many times to talked to the director and she never return my calls until i got to see her in her office, and the only thing she told me; thank you for letting us kbow mamaI do not recommend this day care at all, because the people that take care of my daughter maybe are not bad people but they do not have the vocation to take care of them, and this daycare is expensive, and again they were not taking care of animals, they were taking care of my daugther. And yes i cried more than once because i was frustrated thinking that somebody was not treating my baby good.I have to say as well that there was only 1 person that my baby used to like at that day care, but she was only with her for 1:30 hrs in the morning.Im so sorry but this is nothing but the truth.Forgot to mention that the
