My son attended this school since he was 4 months old paying them nearly 800 month. So three years later hes still there . During pandemic they increased their prices twice with cutting there hours. If he stayed pass 10 hours its extra 30 a week. I work health care so you know how that is . fast forward they want 195 week. Bye we gone. Oh they will raise price in 24 hrs and blame it on the state. I lkike some staff whos been there cuz mind u my daughter went for convince years ogo. And in those past years nothing has been updated. Nothing. I refuse to pay a daycare with high turnover staff no license teachers 195 week

I dont recommend them one bit..Do not bring your kids here.. They will try their hardest to get ur kids taken from you.. They tried it on me..& LOST!!

I thought I could rely on the fact they advertise that the center is open 24 hrs, but I’m here sat 5:30 am sitting at the door waiting for someone to get here..The sad part is I was charge an extra $60.00 fee for what they call an activity fee - for them not to be open when I need them.I’m late for work and I don’t understand how They could be so unprofessional..

My child been going here, it was a good place until my daughter kept getting sick they asked for a Covid test she was negative time pass she was sick again they asked for another one we went to the hospital and got an respiratory pathogen Covid test looks like a chart it also showed negative but their saying she does have it and is not going to allow her to come back. Just because of that I lost my job PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS DAYCARE BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR KIDS HERE

I was reading all the negative comments but it takes a village to raise a child and they openly holding out a hand to help they r not perfect and I know I strive to be the best parent but my 2 year old loves to go daycare so I am comfortable and satisfied with there care

One of my earliest memories as a child is of stay & play daycare. Im sure (and hopeful) that this person is long gone, but the people here used to pinch the kids during nap time so hard that they cried themselves to sleep. Im hoping times have changed!

These women running are unprofessional. They don’t even have the decency to properly greet you at the door before they’re asking why you have shown up to then property. When I noticed their unprofessional attitudes I handed them back their card and left with my children. Would not recommend. And from the looks of these other reviews I now understand the 1 star rating.

My baby went to this daycare for about 10 months because I work overnight. They do not follow minimum standard for running daycare. So many of the people are so rude, especially the director. I feel like the director realizes how few overnight daycare there are and the need for them but does not bother to hire too many great workers outside of 1st shift (mornings). An example would be Andrea, I have witness this woman holding down someones 3 or 4 year old girl. Teachers that work in schools get fired for things like that. I find it hard to believe that she is still working here and continues to be rude. Do not bring you kids here. If i could file class action suit against them for failure to meet minimum standard requirement I would. As for now I will warm potential clients, its not worth it.

Im a parent who used this daycare. As of yesterday, Im not anymore. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They only received 1 star because I couldnt pick 0. Children not being watched but gossip being talked. Dont walk away. Run away!!

I called today to get information on tuition and no one seem to know noting after reviewing this place thank god they hung up on! they have the lowest score i have ever seen on a daycare! I am normally the one to read reviews and let that be the deciding factor but this time I wanted to go ahead and try the daycare out myself . Seems like a lot has changed. This establishment takes care of my girls well. They actually have a more family oriented feel about them. My school aged daughter gets picked up and dropped of safely by Dexter from school as well as my vehicle was out of commission for a while and they pick up my girls from my home with there pickup/drop off service . Of course facilities have there ups and downs but I am glad I took a chance the directors are always greeting at the door and nice . They honestly are def worth giving a Try, thanks !

I am now 30 years old, and I remember having to endure the pain of this place as a child. I will ALWAYS remember this place. If you dont want to traumatize your kids, dont do it. I dont know how this place is now, but judging from the other reviews, it hasnt changed at all.I remember as a child being forced into saying grace before I was allowed to eat and being spoken too any kind of way. I once walked past the kitchen and saw the staff pouring powder out of a box that said milk. I didnt understand how milk came out of a box (as an adult, I obviously now know that it was powdered milk). They would force me to finish drinking the milk, and I am lactose intolerant.Once we were being moved from the main building to one of the outer buildings. Somehow myself and another child got separated from the group. We didnt know what to do, so we went to the playground. When we were finally found by another employee, I WAS PUNISHED, and was sent to the main office and had to lay on a mat for the rest of the day (with no food) until my mom came. I remember the name of one of the main managers in the office was Sa**y. Hopefully she is long gone!The stories I could tell you about this place are numerous, and this is why Id never trust a day care again. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I took my son to this daycare today for a drop in because it’s was my last resort and from the time I walked in I was upset the place was old run down and dirty. When I took my son to the room the lady who was his teacher did not speak English and barely understood what I was saying and when I was looking at the kids they were all over the place one was standing on the table I was so worried the whole time I was at work so I told my mother in law to pick him up since she got off earlier she said that the lady was putting eye drops in some kids eye for pink eye right next to my child which is contagious and that my sons pull up was so soiled with urine and a ball movement that she had to change him when she got outside. I will be calling somebody on this place! This is ridiculous to treat kids that way.

Worse experience in this daycare, rude people. Never ever bring your kids here, my son had an accident here bad accident and respond like nothing really happen. Didn’t wanted to show me the cámaras, instead the director ask me to leave the building because she wanted to have copy of hospital records, and I refuse to since my son wasn’t coming back to the daycare. I wish I can post pictures of my son wound he received 3 stitches under the eye and glue on top of his eye. But nothing really happen for the Fat and ugly director. Oh no, I pay for my son to be safe not to be killed. They trying to say he wasn’t unattended when he was running away from another kid trying to attack him.

If i can rate NONE it would be.You’re not greeted as you walk in.They bearly have the energy to walk you to the back to see where your child would be staying.Teachers are very dry and moan about everything.I ask what curriculum they follow with and all they said was “the normal one”Theres a bunch! Kids are just laying around/ playing.I would never leave my son here!Very rude and ugly vibe.

I went to check it out myself and after arriving and walking in, the atmosphere is not right. It’s not comfortable. The staff is undecent and they couldn’t even tell me about their learning curriculum. I need a late night daycare but this doesn’t seem right in my spirit . I will definitely hurt that staff if anything was to happen to my kid .

My kids went there ONCE for less than 1/2 day. They were bullied and slapped in the face by other children. At the time of drop off there were only a hand full of kids on the playground. At the time of pick-up they were in an overcrowded room, with TOO many children for 1 teacher. They apparently had to combine classes with limited supervision. The kids were sitting a tables, jumping around, but it was so crowded the teacher was yelling at the top of her lungs trying to mop with out much success. When we were leaving my daughter told me about the incident and said she got no help from the staff. When I told the front office, they did nothing. I felt so horrible for my daughter, and so sad at the children who were forced to stay. This place is a parents nightmare.

Stay and Play is the worst play you can work or take your children too. first off they are very unprofessional as far as theyre employees, they dont give no breaks to the teachers they barley have , they give no off days also they have family member working together. Not only all that, but from what I seen personally being the girlfriend of one of the teacher they have children messing with there private parts, and when teachers report it to the director of the daycare they dont take proper precautions of the situation , always quick to fire people when they try to take off a day that there supposed to have , but they wont give it to them. It goes on and on , honestly they need to be shut down.

This is by far the worst daycare ever. The teachers do not have a connection with the children. I was told they work off of a curriculum, but that was a lie. My child was teased, but got was kicked out because he defended himself. The director does not make herself available when you call to speak about an issue. My son picked up bad habits from this place such as cursing and telling people to shut up. I would not recommend a dog to attend this facility and in time this place will be shut down. Do not send your child(ren) here. I am only giving this place one star so, that I can post my comment. 0 stars

This daycare is terrible. They do not take care of your children properly & the staff have a very nasty attitude as if youre not paying them to do a service. Nobody never knows what the last person has done unless you demand to know when daily sheets are supposed to come home with the child. If you can afford it go elsewhere.

My children been going to this daycare for a ye now and they still going to this day.. I rarely have any problems almost none at all .. the teachers no me and my children and my son loves his teacher.

Horrible daycare. I went here as a child back in the late 90s with my little sister. They would take our lunches, hit us, and even dislocated my sisters arm once. This place should have been closed years ago.

I love this daycare I advise u to bring ur child here they play here and they have healthy snacks and food here for ur child also ur child can also learn because it is a preschool to and it drops u off to school and it picks u up so parents I will advise u to come to this daycare

If theres ever an accident that has happened to your child, please do not leave this facility without calling 911 to file a complaint or press charges... I used to be an old manager at this facility and this was the only way situations got resolved.

They don’t believe in holding babies...says it will spoil them so they just let them cry all day....this place smells bad old dirty run down.... stay has bad attitudes and are not good with kids...said she don’t have time to hold the baby she has other things to do....stay away from this place don’t waste your time or money

When I think of this daycare my heart literally breaks for the tremendous torture these children goes through... I am a single mother of 3 beautiful girls. I work, go to school, go to church and make sure my girls are loved, appreciated, taught and of all things happy. When they attended here they started having night mares, wetting their pants and comming home with multiple scratches, bite marks from other children and bruises. When I asked the staff for an explanation sometimes they didnt know and sometimes they handed me an incident report.. Not to mention I would also here yelling from the employees that are watching the kids.. I do dicipline my girls, but what my kids went through at this daycare is physical abuse from children and emotional abuse from the staff. The staff let these kids run around the room jumping off tables, chairs, yelling at each other, some kids are crying running down the halls, some are hitting each other with blocks/toys. There is no order, organization or rules.. The staff doesnt care about sitting the kids down and teaching these children about anything- Do something that will stimulate their minds, so these kids who are very eagar to learn will succeed in school, instead of succeeding in the streets!!

My child doesnt go here however. I stopped in for information on the center. I got a tour right away they took me to the room my child would be in if I chose to put her here. However the person that was with me was very nice to me. What I didnt like is Ive been searching many centers, each time I visit one the person that tours me gives me info right away in a professional matter. This person no but if I asked questions my questions was answered. However as about the classroom teacher was nice friendly to me. I waited Patiently for the ti tour person to speak no not a word its 5 something two babies still asleep on their nap mats hmh I thought nap usually is 12-2 at most centers. While observing this classroom its kinda clean the teacher places a dirty mop head into the changing table. 😝thats where our babies are being changed. I think no wonder kids that go to daycares are sick yikes. The price is nice the fact its open 7 days a week is nice the fact you can drop them whenever is nice those got me. The sanitation of this place shake my head Shame on you. I am glad I listen to my gut and came to the reviews. Its unreal that this place has the lowest score. Really if I owned this business thats a red flag step up your have ppl be one more professional two sanitation is a plus. Note idk about the cursing or abuse but you bet my sweet baby wont go here.

If I could put NO STARS I WOULD. My niece attended this daycare for a couple of weeks. I remember going to pick her up and my first thought being this looks like a prison. The ladies in the front desk were extremely rude and had a bad attitude. As I was walking back to get my niece the doors only had a small little window on the top of the door, so there were no window or way of looking in, besides the little window on the door. They were sitting on the floor watching tv and there were kids running around in only a diaper(that was full btw). Also from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left there was a baby crying her lungs out the entire time and I was there a good 10 min. I tried to look to see why she was crying so bad but like I had stated before there is only a small little window on the door towards the top, so I couldnt.My niece came out with bruises, marks, bite marks etc. Everytime we asked the teachers what had happened they changed the story up. This place is horrible, they dont teach the kids anything and the teachers are horrible. Im extremely surprised they havent shut this place down.When you search this daycare on the texas daycare page, showing all the citations they have had the list goes on and on about hitting kids, locking them in rooms, leaving them in vans. This is child endangerment and this place needs to be shut down ASAP.

WOW.... after reading these reviews I do not understand why the city has not shut them down yet. This must be something they allow only in the south becasue I do not believ they would allow this anywhere else in the country.

This place is Horrible!! My son went there a whole 2days and that was all it took for me to remove him & place him back at his old daycare (Robindell💜). I have an early morning shift which causes me to have to drop my son off at daycare sometimes as early as 3am. My experience with his daycares since we moved to Houston has been nothing but amazing until now.1. Im no millionaire nor do I come from money but this place is below ghetto. Theres no other word to describe it. From the facility to the staff! My walk thru tour shldve been my first clue but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They dont have any cameras in the rooms and the keypad lock on the front door is broken. & to top it off there was a police officer there filing some sort of report with the director about a parent whom shldnt have been there from what I overheard. From this day I had this gut feeling about the place and was uneasy about it & I ignored those feelings. Im upset with myself that I did!2. The first day I picked up my son he was still in the night room were there were at least 15other kids ranging up to about 10yrs old. The noise in the room was deafening and the teacher just sat there in her chair at the door. When I came in she didnt greet me or even ask who I was there to get. My son was still wearing his jacket from when I dropped him off. I could tell because he had a runny nose & his sleeves were full of his mucus as well as his face. They couldnt be bothered to at least just help my son with wiping his nose & cleaning his face.While that may not seem severe, what it tells me, is that they pay no individual attention to these kids. They have no personal interaction with my son to ensure hes taken care of physically nor mentally.3. Day 2, my son again wasnt in the room I was told hed be in. Instead he was in another class with a teacher with whom said she was only there because their teacher called in & she knew nothing about nothing. I go to get his backpack and blanket & its nowhere to be found. She doesnt even know wat it should look like. Checks the room he was in, not there. I was told it must still be in the night room. I then found his backpack but not his blanket. I ask the front and none of the four people there had any idea of where it was. Why do I send my son with extra clothes and a blanket if they dont even keep it with him or allow him to use it! They finally find it, saying it was with the blankets to be washed but hadnt been. Yea geez thanks.That ends my experience with Stay & Play for good! To some, none of this may seem like reasons to be upset or remove your child, but to me, it is! I was not going to allow my son to be swallowed up in that mess of a daycare for something worse to happen to him and they have no idea how or why. I would never recommend any parent regardless of circumstance to put their child in this daycare. We will now GLADLY be commuting to 59&chimney rock again to where I know my son is safe and WELL taken care of! For 24hr daycare, Robindell Private School is the place to go! (NCI approved!)

(which I Left At Home) she Then Tells Me They Cant Stay Without Swiping My Card . WTF ?! Then Tells Me The Owner Was Mad Because I Hadnt Swiped My Card The Previous Day (Btw, I Have 5 Days To Do So) . They Caused Me To Lose A Day Of Work Over A Card. The God in Me Held Back My Raft. Worst program Ive heard of to this day. Do not enroll your child here, it would not be a responsible desicion!! The staff who answer the phone are not educated about the program, they will hang up on you for no reason. Not a safe environment & the staff does not seem adequately qualified. The environment is not conducive to learning and it not a positive environment for any child to be in. You have been warned.

I am a former teacher for stay and play and the places is unorganize the office staff is very rude and very careless they want you to seven days a week no days off no breaks you csnt take off the directers disrespectful and unprofessional and never there you have to contact her through other people how is that running a business the daycare is horrible do not take your kids there

After reading these reviews I’m a little concerned. I need a 24 hour daycare due to my husband and I working from 1pm to late nights and him until the next morning. I guess I’ll just go check it out myself
