I use a ambassador for my airport pickups for a while and always had great service. Drivers are professionals always comes before time to make sure I’m picked without any delays and their driving skills on streets are perfect. They know the way out of Houston traffic. I would definitely use their services again and again especially Hassan albassam it’s excellent driver

I’ve been using this service for the last two years and I have no issues whatsoever. Dispatchers always give us a call if there is any delays in flights or traffic, and they are 24/7. Once I had to go do a quick booking from the airport and luckily they had an available driver to pick me up at the moment and this happened couple of times which is a great for me. I’ve been using other services in the past but would definitely recommend this over the rest.

I left my tennis racket in the bus and the driver coudlnt even leave it there for me to pick up later (school bus btw) now I have to go to their office to pick it up. So much more convenient if she left it there.

We requested a bus that was wheelchair accessible and they provide us with a bus that did not have that. After about 20 minutes, our driver was able to manage the ramp for a wheelchair. I do not recommend this company especially if you are on a time frame.

I use this limo service for work to go to the airport and have been so impressed with the service that I have extended to using them for personal travel as well. They are very prompt. On each occasion, they have been at least 15 minutes early and promptly waited outside until my scheduled time. This is the kind of service you need when you are anxious about getting to the airport in time.The drivers have always been extremely polite and have provided drinks and papers for the journey. I cant praise this company enough. They seem to take customer service seriously. I rare gem in this day and age.

Ive used A Ambassador extensively over the last 7 years with until recently good satisfaction. However recently there have been a succession of issues. in no particular order: 1/ they forgot the requested car seat; 2/ they send a car seat that looked so fragile I was afraid to break when setting it up; 3/ driver do not help with luggage; 4/ they have started charging abusive wait time at the airport. They start counting from the official arrival time, not considering taxing, immigration or anything. 45min from the plane touching the ground to leaving the airport is impossible at IAH. A Ambassador does not care.

I was merging onto Grand Parkway this morning and was nearly run off the road by one of your black shuttles. It was a man with grey hair and glasses. He had room to go into the next lane if he did not want to adhere to merging rules, but instead chose to be aggressive. As I was running out of room and was headed off the road I had to quickly brake hoping I wouldnt cause an accident behind me & swing over to the next lane. If youre in the business of shuttling people around I think your drivers should be concerned not only about the people they are driving, but others on the road as well. It wasnt an accident, it was deliberate which is why I thought you should know & anyone who decides to use your services.

We had Nina for a drive into town for a special event. We had time to kill and she took us through River Oaks to see the Christmas lights. What a delight and very special for my family visiting from out of town.

I had a trip with this company for the first time last week. Driver was 20 mnts early waiting. She opened the door for us as soon as she noticed us. The car was very clean and the interior as well. The ride was comfortable. My wife like the way the driver was dressed up.The experience was great. We made it safe to our destination 10 mnts early.The best part is the driver does not talk unless if you ask her a question. She gave us our privacy and she was professional.I recommend this limo company to a friend.

I am very blessed to have found this company 3 days before my daughters quinceanera. It was prom weekend and while every other limousine company was too busy raising their prices because of prom weekend this company kept their original prices and honored them. Miss Latrelle was extremely helpful and courteous. The day of our event they arrived on time and our driverWas extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for making my daughters day extra special.

I flew Emirates first class when got out of IAH terminal late I found Ambassador Chauffeur left me with another customer. I had to wait 15 minutes for another driver. Ambassador drivers take non toll roads even longer and jammed to save toll!!!

Theses buses drive high schoolers to our school in the mornings and afternoons. They don’t even know how to park their own buses in a parking lot. They always leave students at school who were supposed to go on the bus. Overall horrible service, highly do not recommend.

Nearly driven off the rode by one of your silver vehicles. Id imagine Houston is a competitive space for limos. You can cross this one of your list. Completely unsafe driving.

I will not use this company again and I dont recommend people to use them. They claim to go the extra mile to make sure your reservation and trip goes stress free and as per plan and they charge accordingly (very high) but my experience has been completely the opposite. I have had consistent issues during my last 3 trips. First they picked me up 30 min late after coming back from a long trip. Then I request a trip 2 days in advance via their email booking system but they never replied, when I called it took me 1 hour to get the trip set, they they pick me up early in the morning I fall asleep in the car and next thing I know, the driver took me to the wrong airport, I had to stay 2 hours driving and almost lost my flight. In the middle of all this the driver stop the car and talked for 5 minutes on the phone (while I needed to get to the airport) because he was more concern about his next trip than taking me to the airport on time. After that, when I came back from my trip the driver wasnt there so I had to call dispatch again have 3 calls back and wait for the driver to show up. When he did show up he didnt have the details of my address and his GPS didnt show it so I had to guide him all the way. During all my trips with them they have problems with the payment system so it takes about 10 min to get out of the car when you are most desperate to get home. It doesnt matter how many times you tell them that your are traveling alone, they will always bring the huge Suburban with very uncomfortable seats so you struggle to rest during your trip. With all that said, I think the point that bothers me the most is the lack of courtesy of the drivers.

This company was chartered for The Texas Renaissance Festival shuttle from Conroe and it was a nightmare. The driver didn’t know what was going on and the air conditioner broke on the way there. We could have looked over that, but the return shuttle did not come to pick us up at the designated time! We were left stranded at the Renaissance festival and had to call an Uber to get home!! What a nightmare. I would give zero stars if I could.

Guys be aware of this company willnot tell you (even if you asked) that for international flights they do charge wait time based on second flight touch the ground , they do not consider the taxi time,time for first and business class to leave the plane, passport control queue line , baggage claim ,....i tried to ask them to set the pickup time at certain time which gives me enough time to clear passport control line , collect baggage , customs ,.... they said it is understood that time is needed but at the end they charged me wait time and this time i was lucky , i left the airport and tons of people was still therebe aware of the wait time charges scamalso when you ask for car seat they dont bring it but charge you for it , hoping you dont noticei have used this company for 3 years and this time was the lastgood luck if you mailed them for something , you will not get an answer unless you send at least 2 remider asking for reply

I make over 20 trips a year to the airport with them. Generally ok, cars in good shape. Had several bad experiences though - driver did not check the traffic situation prior to the trip, chose a weird road which was all packed up. As a result I missed a transatlantic flight. Company have not offered any compensation. Had similar issues with drivers not bothering to check googlemaps and adding half an hour to the trip. Very frustrating.

One of their vehicles did not look before switching lanes and nearly ran us off the road. My wife had to slam on the breaks. Of course she honks at him, but the driver honks back... Weird.

TERRIBLE UNETHICAL LIMO SERVICE. I was promised a limosine to take group of young girls to concert. When we got out of concert - no limo. We waited and searched for limosine for over an hour. Finally stumbled on completely different limosine full of beer and old sushi. Driver didnt know where he was going. Then, they grossly overcharged me. Terrible experience. One star is too many.

About 2 cars in front of a large bus and the driver will not stop honking LONGGGGG honks, honking at people merging into the lane!! Literally no reason to honk BYE quit being a mean driver?? Where else are the cars supposed to go if the lanes are merging... BYE
