They randomly get rid of bus stops and leave your child without transportation. You have to be on the phone with them for hours to get answers.

They dont deserve any stars at all. This is a horrible and poorly organized company. The times are completely off becauss they show up when they want to. What is the purpose of a schedule if no one follows it. When you call to check and see what is going on they are very rude and dont care. My childs life is in these peoples hands and if a bus is over an hour or more late I need to know what is going on. Then at times its comes 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. I literally have to be at my childs bus stop at 530 am to ensure she doesnt miss it when its not scheduled until 515am. And I begin waiting at 330pm even though its not supposed to come until 4:24 And often comes at 5pm and even came at 550 before. You are better off driving your child to school because the times will change so much during the year its no point in wasting hours of your day waiting on them. I even believe they havent showed up because today I made it at 540 to the bus stop because they usually have been coming around 6am. Waited for an hour and called. I was told the bus came at 6:10. I said thats not possible we have been here since 5:40 then she said no Im sorry it came at 538am. Took everything on me not to cuss her out because of the lies but i simply hung up and will not be using their service .

The worst bus service ever kids being left at school for 3hrs unacceptable!! These are elementary kids and middle school kids. Bus comes earlier than time stated on the route time and just leaves the kids behind or even doesn’t show up because theirs no driver to cover that route lame excuses parents need to be informed of the transportation so we can plan ahead so our children can be on time at school especially if we’re working parents that rely on school buses that way we can inform our bosses why we’re running late. Very disappointed it’s happened so many times it’s ridiculous!! Route 1090

I wish I could give them a 0 this is the absolute WORSE BUS BARN. Kids get home at 5 and 6 at night and no one gives 2 lovely figs about it nor do they care. I spoke to the director herself and she is not a good leader. I hate this bus barn.

The driver from Route 1123 for BCMA is verbally abusive to the students on the route. I have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor with no luck.

They messed up my kids bus route then the driver just deleted them from he route like they didnt need the bus Im having the worst time with there bus and they still ant got it right bus driver never called me to restart they route just unorganized and just the worst bus service hisd need to get this location together Im gonna report them Im sick of this place...
