Horrible every time I called dispatch lady to ask a question she would be very rude and she would even hang up the phone as i tried to ask her a question.I tried to call about my bus being not being here for 2 WEEKS, and i have to ride another bus and now get to school at a late time.I don’t know this lady’s name but she’s rude and hangs up in my face EVERYTIME i call and is always so rude and sarcastic about everything i ask her.

My bus stop is situated within a 2 mile radius of my house, however it takes really long to get to the stop, and I have to walk a distance well over 2 miles, I called to see if they could make a stop which wouldn’t alter the buses course and they were very rude and stubborn, in the end they didn’t help me out a single bit.

Never on time... have to leave work to pick my child up because they can’t be dependable.... which is the whole point..... this has been on going for years and horrid this year!!!!!

Bus drivers need to learn how to drive. Also they think that just because they work for the district they can drive as if they were on the freeway.. Plus they think they have the right away to everything when they dont, not always. Bus number five pulled into a street just a few minutes ago and skipped all the cars that were waiting behind another bus whom was unloading kids with its stop sign out and went right around it... They are suppose to be the example. The driver is lucky there was no other kid crossing around, but then again because they work for the district they think they can do whatever. Oh and they also have the audacity to get off their buses and curse and argue with other parents in their cars when they dont get it their way.

Always late picking up kids for school. Used to be here by 7:15-7:20. Has not been showing up until 7:45. Weve had 7 different bus drivers to pick up our kids. This is ridiculous. Kids could be late to school and parents late to work. Disappointed.

🔴Bus 57 has had 4 or 5 different bus drivers, this new one doesnt even pull out her stop sign so cars can stop! The second bus driver dropped the kids off at the wrong stop! The bus is supposed to pick them up at 7:09 & does not pick them up until 7:25 (Missing out on breakfast) Theyre supposed to drop off at 3:26 the kids dont come home till 4:30 almost this is unacceptable and inconsistent its only a matter of time before one of these kids get hurt adapted or killed. Have call the bus terminal & the school and they dont care.

Makes young elementary kids get picked up on busy main street. Kids could get hit. Would be better if they were picked up in the big parking lot by the street.

Bus 145 need to learn basic traffic laws on who has the right a way coming thru a residential neighborhood. If she side swipes a fifty thousand dollar truck whose going to fix it? My point exactly AliefISD because she damn sure can’t. I’m so glad my children aren’t in the care of her.!!!

My son have been attacked twice on bus 185. He is in first grade and is getting attacked by older kids. If I can give zero stars, I would. I go to work early and I need the bus to take my son to school, but it is unfair that I have to fear for my son life while on he is on the bus.

I can’t tell you how many different bus drivers we’ve had in just a few months... they’re ALWAYS late to pick up & drop-off... drop-offs could be more than an hour late.. very disappointed. Especially bc our route has about 6 kids, and they’re 2nd-3rd graders. Sometimes they even take them along to drop off other routes for almost an hour.. I call Transportation everyday, and they’re very rude, they hang up on you.. that’s very unprofessional. I could go on and on and on...

Use to work here ,its a good environment, can get alot of Chaos at times.

There are regular inconsistencies at time but the majority of the buses are on schedule.
