Great family orientated church. They have care for children during services and youth groups on Sunday nights for teens. They have family friendly events throughout the year. They are currently expanding the church so there is some construction going on. My only complaint is that I felt isolated when I attended, there wasnt something set up to welcome newcomers and explain how things work.

Non-traditional Presbyterian church is beyond welcoming from the moment you pull into the parking lot to the coffee greeters and everything in between. Youll get something out of every single sermon. Childrens church is fantastic and our kids just love it. We are so glad to call Lake Forest our church home.

Lake Forest Church is very welcoming, warm friendly and has a place for spiritual explorers or skeptics in the faith. In addition, there are many ways to serve at Lake Forest Church - various Ministry Teams. LFC has a fabulous Childrens Ministry Program - Kidtropolis. In addition, LFC has a wonderful Youth Ministry Program - ReMix. There are many classes that are offered each semester that one can choose from, including Oasis Ladies Bible Studies (morning and Evening), Mens Bible Studies, and community groups. LFC is a church that is passionate about going on the Missio Dei every summer to Bolivia, Honduras, and the Bahamas.

Great church. Love the worship. Great youth programs.

The office staff is wonderful. However the cafe staff is unintentionally rude. I’m ignored by them and patrons. When you see someone struggling to enter your establishment the normal response is to assist them. People just watch. Very disappointed in treatment.

We had a disappointing experience with the children’s church area. Maybe the volunteer was overwhelmed (it did look pretty busy). She was not welcoming/friendly at all and implied that something was wrong with my child because he would not talk to her (he’s shy, geesh!)

I was blessed to have found lake forest in Huntersville. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and at home.
