Customer service is good. Make sure you price match even to their website. Some things are more expensive in store vs online. But they will price match most competitors. They always have what I am looking for.

False advertisement. I received a cupon in the mail only to learn at the store that it cannot be used on furniture, inks, cleaning supplies and a whole bunch of other stuff. No wonder some of these stores are closing. What are you sending out cupons for if they cant be used on your purchase.

Went to get a partcular type of power cord for computer that the website claimed to have in this store. First lesson: ignore their website. Took awhile to get waited on. They had only one type of generic power cord in store. They have little inventory in computers although there is more here than the store in Huntersville. I ask questions about three prong 3c connector cord. The guy says we sell hundreds of these every day. I ask about return policy. Buy it, open box. Not the right type at all. Call customer service telephone number on back of box to check compatiblity. Company does not make a model that fits my laptop. I have no trouble making return less than 15 mins after purchase. Second lesson: clerks are clueless about what inventory they have. Third lesson: i can buy office supplies elsewhere. Fourth lesson: i should call customer service number in the store myself before buying it.

I took copies in to be made for work. It was a large order, so I left the flash drive and they would be ready the next day. $850 later, copies were fine. But they lost my flash drive. I’ve called twice and they looked for it but didn’t seem too concerned. Very unprofessional. And frustrating. And I’m out a flash drive.

I normally don’t leave reviews. I previous worked at Office Depot Corporate Office-but I also understand the strains of working customer service retail. The guys at this Huntersville NC location are awesome! The print shop is normally busy but they do such a great job and always are upbeat with me! They have made printing my 1000 of resumes so much less stressful! Thanks guys!

Great place to shop online and pick up at the store. I got there before my confirmation email, but the employees were very accommodating. Even gave me a ream of paper for the wait. Thats customer service! Printer ink I purchased was in stock.

I was moved beyond measure today while at this store. Im a teacher and needed one term of paper to print lesson plans to prepare for the coming school year. I wanted one reem of paper but they were two for $10. I didnt have enough money with me for two, and Maurice came to the register and paid for both terms of paper. The generosity of this young man mean more to me than he will ever know. Thank you so much! You all have a wonderful and caring employee.

Office manager Mike was extremely helpful and accomadating plus they have great sales.

I was disappointed with staff interaction today. Three were grouped in a small huddle at the front of the store talking. Once when assistance was needed and upon checkout for myself and one other person, they were oblivious until extended eye contact was made. I was surprised and am sure this was not a regular day for them.

Terrible service from a new employee with shipping. The store manager just stood by and did not help. The employee asked me to walk in the back of the store to purchase an envelope to mail my item through the Postal Service. It was only placed in a manila envelope that I had to tape myself. I have no idea why she did not place the item in the postal service priority mail envelope. Hopefully the items will reach their destination. I am not happy at all about this transaction. The package contained personal information and security measures were not added as requested. I will not be using their shipping services again in the future.

I always come here to print shipping labels. The employees are super friendly and let me use their tape/shipping label sleeves unlike Staples down the road.

The products were poorly placed/stocked on the shelves. Things were mislabeled and they didnt seem to carry half of the items that were advertised in the sale as. Also, the staff were not friendly, nor helpful.

Went to this store to exchange a tool bag that I had bought in North Richland Hills TX. The product has a three-year warranty, it was less than 2 years old, the problem with it was the telescope handle which was a clear defect. The tool department manager acted as though I was trying to cheat them and insisted on me producing a receipt, I informed him that the receipt was a thousand miles away in my company files, at this point he denied the exchange and would not stand behind the product that is only sold by them. From here forward all my big ticket purchases will be made elsewhere..

Quick, in and out. I knew what I wanted (a PC tower) and didnt want an annoying sales pitch, and didnt get one.

Never go this location. They are very rude and arrogant. I ordered for a Office desk and hutch online where it said ready to pick i Placed order and got a confirmation email saying order confirmed and ready to pick up and with next 30mins 1hr I got call saying that they doesnt have that item available and would expect it in next saturday or Wednesday and they will give me a call. Since I dint receive the call I called them to know about my item they kept me waiting for 10-15mins and told still not available and might next this saturday again. So I asked them since it is their fault can you ship it to my home rather I come and pick. They said no it has to be picked up from the store but I told all the above then I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR HER RESPONSE,SHE SAID THEN YOU GO AND CANCEL THE ORDER AND GO PURCHASE FROM HOME DEPOT I would suggest never buy from this location. It is horrible

We bought a backpack for our children and bought the two year warranty. Upon taking it back they would not replace it and said we had to use some third-party vendor to get it replaced, even though the warranty was through them. They couldve done what we asked and we even had a receipt but instead they chose to not go the extra mile for us, or even an extra foot, not even an extra inch, or even lift their finger to try to help us. We asked to speak to a manager and there wasnt even a manager on site today. Business fail.
