10031 Biddick Ln, Huntersville NC 28078 Location - The staff at this location went above and beyond to assist me with a large order. They took the time to find out my needs, offer options, kept in touch with me on order status, helped load items (and there were a lot and they were heavy), and generally took the worry away for me. Everyone worked as a team - Jacob, Justin, John, Maxwell, Courtney, and especially Dan! I highly recommend this store and all of their helpful staff. I cannot say thank you enough!

Needed simple answers regarding a chair that I purchased that was having some issues and the store manager couldn’t have been a more rude and unhelpful person. This store experience is just another reason why I use amazon.Do not shop here. New management needed.

Went to go fax something and the fax machine said it was out of toner so it couldnt print the receipt so I could pay. The woman working Copy Center said that it was normal and we would just have to wait. But no receipt ever came. Manager came over and he said the same thing, never got a receipt or anything so I could never pay. Got nothing but rudeness and attitude the whole time while explaining to them that my girlfriend, who was with me, also works for Staples at another location and that she knows what to do. Ended up walking out. Wont ever return .

Placed an hour pick up order and was told was ready went all the way there to see a sign on door saying its temporarily closed REALLY so dont let customers place order no where on website does it say your closed. Get with it Staples for real! So frustrating and I paid for it.

I found the Staples employee, Kenny, very helpful & generous with sharing his knowledge & time when I was looking at newer, lightweight, affordable laptop to take on a photography vacation. Ordered site to store. The process on the computer was pretty easy. The reason for 3 stars is because I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my item. The store wasnt even busy. The only person who could check me out was the general manager. He was friendly but didnt apologize for the wait. I think the next time, I will do a price match in the store. I could have been out of there much faster.

Worst service ever had to practically beg the guy behind the counter to print off two sets of house plans for me before I just took my flash drive back and left!!!! Im pretty sure thats his job but maby was feeling a bit lazy would never use this staples again!!!!

I came into this location about a month ago and had the best experience at the printing desk. So naturally, when I needed more things printed this week, I came back expecting the same great customer service as provided before.It turns out that only a few people in this store are actually competent enough to be dealing with the general public. I came in to have 100 menus printed, online it says that it would cost .37 per copy. I was in no rush so I decided to just hang around with my son till they were done. They finished within the hour, and looked great. Until checkout where I was slapped with $60 for printing, plus an $18 express charge. What?! When I asked about it, I was told well I told you it would be done in an hour and that its part of our express printing program, nothing in life is free.I should have just left right there without paying but instead I paid and left because I was fuming. I decided to go back today and try to get a partial refund to the .37 it should have been to begin with. Low and behold the person who rung me up before was the store manager herself, Rebecca. I tried to explain to her that no one told me about the express charge, and I wasnt charged it the month before plus there are no signs to let people know. Then I showed her online where it says .37 a copy. To which she responded as if I was personally attacking her. She gave me back handed attitude (while smiling) the whole time where I was only trying to help her see why I was so upset about the price. When I asked her to stop with the attitude, because I was being reasonable and there was no need for it, she insisted that she had been nothing but kind to me both times I have come in. Im sorry Rebecca, but just because youre smiling does not mean you are being kind. Instead of leveling with me one on one like a normal human being, she treated me with distaste. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and have been a floor manager myself. But I have NEVER been treated with such utter disrespect in my entire life.I will say though that in the end, she did refund me $52 (I only wanted to be refunded the difference from what was said online to what they charged me). But I will never shop here again, because the lack of care on her part is just revolting to me. Plus the fact that she obviously does not care about her customers.Buyers beware, Rebecca is 100% a completely incompetent and poor manager. She will hide behind all loop holes of staples to protect her own butt, while doing nothing for you except make you feel like the crazy one. I am not the only person to complain about her specifically either, just go and read the other reviews.

The worst copy/print experience I have ever had. It astonishes me that the staff was not more qualified to handle technical difficulties as simple as a printer and debit card machine system. Sadly, this was our third time attempting to use this service, never again.

I had the worst experience at this store. Rebecca who is supposed to be a supervisor was so rude. I have been in customer service for over 12 years and I have never in my life treated somebody like she treated me today. i had high expectations for staples and their staff and that they treated everyone with dignity and respect. Sad to say, today she showed me different and I will not be returning back to this location for any of my supply needs!

Awful. They are unable to print labels in store without the PDF of that specific label, for a company they sell. You have to either find the label in store, go home and design it and then bring it back or use the in store computer with slow service? to then only have a limited option of address labels. During this time, you need to make sure they dont turn off the printers on you because even though they close at 9pm they really shut down at 8:30.
