A+++++++++!!!!!! What can I say, master is awesome. Good heart, good soul, everything. I used to work for LBPD for 7 years (hated it). Used to be a CCW holder but was missing one critical element; self defense. I was supposed to sign up 2 years ago but got sidetracked. Came in 1 month and signed up finally and never regretted it. Now I keep my GI on my couch like I’m ready to go, LOL! In this crazy world we live in, self defense is a must, and master Cleber will teach you to defend yourself. Everyone in the class is nice and respectful. If you had a bad family before like I did, now you got a new good family forever. Cleber we love ya!!!!!!

I love this place. I didn’t know anybody in this state and I didn’t have any friends here until I started training with Master Cleber. Very welcoming and knowledgeable members and staff that made me feel like I belong here. Very thankful & grateful to the whole team!

Master Cleber is where I started and I returned after living 3000 miles away. He’s produced some of the belts that opened up affiliate schools so it’s great that I can stop in to train with other partners. Great kids and adult programs all levels.

I have known Cleber Luciano and his family for over 10 years I believe, from when I worked for Dr.Lee which is right across the street. He is an amazing Master and teacher of BJJ! Was visiting from out of town for a business trip. I was looking for a place to train while in town. I had no idea that there were so many places in Huntington Beach. I searched all the different places and thought Cleber Jiu Jitsu would be the best option for me. I called to see if it was okay to come in to train, the person on the phone was so nice and said absolutely, come on down. The moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. Everyone welcomed me to the school. All the people there were super nice. Very high level of training. I had an opportunity to work with and meet Cleber and Fabio, great guys. Made me feel like I was part of their school. No student had an ego, all down to earth and humble. That all starts from the top. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Huntington Beach area. If I return to the area, I will definitely come back to train there. Thanks for making my visit a great experience!

Cleb, thanks with all the help getting ready for the tournament, I would of never had the success I had without you there with me. Just being with everyone from the gym competing together was the best part for me, with my family...the silver medal in the worlds was nice also:) Hope to share many more memories with you.....

The skills I learned in Clebers class, really helped me with wrestling in high school.

My 7 year old son took lessons here for a year then decided to take a break for a while. I called to cancel my account. Two months later I noticed I was still being billed $100 a month. I called to inquire and was told I never emailed them a cancellation request and even though my son had not stepped foot in their school for 2.5 months they refused to refund my $200.00.Theyre all smiles and handshakes as long as youre paying them $100+ a month but when its time to part ways the daggers come out.I lost a lot of respect for you Cleber. There is a sign in your school titled Makings of a Black Belt one of the qualities listed is Honesty. I guess this doesnt apply to you does it.

The best jiu jitsu school in orange county.

I came to Cleber Jiu-Jitsu due to the fact that within the Army Reserve, I was being bullied for being gay. The instructors were good especially, Jose and Yoko and Kevin. Master Cleber and Teacher were good too. However, there is a saying that if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is....THIS is where you will start to encounter problems: on the CONTRACTUAL side. They FIRST sign you into an inperpetuity type of contract. This means that even if you get injured and cant use their services, they will continually charge you even if you send an email canceling services. I instructed their credit card company 3 months in advance as to which account that they could use and they went behind my back and charged and attempted to charge my OTHER accounts. To top it off, there are rumors that were growing louder that SOME of their elite members do not have to pay, while the others do. Hmmm...IF youre going to go with this company, do so either at your OWN risk or at least on a cash only basis but: under ZERO circumstances should you sign a contract. I was shocked and disillusioned after their credit card company stated to me that they were trying to take money out of TWO sources as opposed to just the one! All calls to the school and what have you went unanswered and unreturned. HONESTY is one of the main things of martial arts and a school motto but its not adhered to here....

When I started Jiujitsu I new nothing about Jiujitsu and really didnt care about it either, my only concern was to exercise!!. My friend Kurt Lohse and Perry Wilson suggested that I go to Cleber Luciano to learn Jiujitsu , they also told me that I would really like the workouts!!! I was really fortunate to meet some incredible athletes and make many friends.While continuing to go daily , my Instructor Cleber Luciano taught me the beautiful art of Jiujitsu. While trying to learn Jiujitsu , Cleber had several star student/athletes like Tim Cartmel ,Asa Fuller , Chris Thuie, Ali Saleh, Bruce Tafoya ,Big Mike and Bill Tesche, these great individuala were always kind enough to help me learn and grow to love and appreciate this art!! Clebers random acts of kindness, leadership, and example has helped me in my everyday life, even today!!!. His caring attitude and his ability to teach me many life lessons though this art has made my life so much richer!! Clebers competition spirit has always influenced me! When most all Black belt instructors will never compete, Cleber Luciano still competes all over the world !!!.So many times Instructors have excuses or even complain about why they wont compete, Cleber is putting it on the line still to this day. I cant tell you how greatful I am that I was fortunate to train with this great Black Belt!!Cleber is my friend , my brother and a man that does not make excuses when it comes to Jiujitsu!!!!Cleber has produced some of the finest competitors that this great sport has to offer. Not only that!! but Cleber Lucianos Black Belts with schools are the most successful !!! If you are looking for a school with a family enviroment and a place that your son or daughter can learn how to protect themselves through Jiujitsu.
