This studio is fantastic. Its a sweet and loving Christian environment with loads of talent. My little girls teacher have been kind and caring. Her assistant teachers, which are older dancers take the time to hug her and talk with her between classes. I have seen so much growth in my little dancer in the time she has been here. The choreography and recitals have completely blown us away. We are so blessed to be a part of the Heidi Knight dance family.

My daughter has been there since she was 3 and she is now a senior in high school. It is an awesome dance school but more like a huge family. I couldn’t have ask for a better place for her to learn dance and make life long friends. This will be our fifth year with a HKSD studio And we couldn’t be happier. I have two dancers that are now in company and have thrived from day one. They love all their teachers, the other dancers, and everybody involved with the studio. It’s like a huge family! My girls love that so much now that my current senior wants to continue her dance education when she goes to college So she’s making sure that the college of her choice has dance. My daughter has been dancing here for over 11 years and we couldnt be happier! She has had so many experiences that have helped shaped the young woman she is today. HKSD is a family, a sisterhood, and a second home for us. Besides the family aspect, she has had the opportunity to train with some of the best and elite choreographers in the country, as well as top notch training in technique and so many different genres of dance, from Pointe to Jazz to HipHop. We only have 2 years left and we are already crying at how much we are going to miss the wonderful teachers, students, and opportunities that HKSD has provided for us.

We have been with HKSD for 12 years, that alone says enough. The teachers, the assistants, and the education my dancers have had are top notch!

This is my daughters 8th season with HKSD. She started when she was three. During the past 8 years, not only has my daughter grown as a dancer but as an overall individual with desirable, positive character traits, team member, leader, soloist, and well-rounded young lady. This is also my daughters 5th year as a company dancer. I love that HKSD does not focus on winning during conventions / competitions but instead focusing on refining skills, self-confidence, sportsmanship, processing and accepting constructive criticism, and learning how to utilize setbacks as setups for comebacks. The HKSD staff is sincerely concerned about my child as an individual and notifies me when she has an off day so I can investigate the cause (school related, family related, etc.). HKSD Company challenges my child to grow as a person and dancer and supports of her goal of becoming a Broadway performer. I am pleased that Ms. Heidi is open to feedback during the year and requests feedback (what went well, not well, and suggestions for improvement) at the end of the competition season. Dance is my daughters outlet and has been key to her coping with the challenges of COVID via the ability for HKSD to provide classes virtually when required. My daughter has also met numerous professional instructors / celebrities during regional and national conventions. This reinforces that she can indeed achieve her dreams. Whether your desire is to dance for fun or become a member of the competition team, I highly recommend Heidi Knight School of Dance. HKSD is just amazing! My child will complete her 15th and last this year! Heidi and staff have always challenged, encouraged and helped her achieve the next level of skills. Heidi also teaches great values that align with what any parent should want for their child! My child has been able to learn from world renowned choreographers and teachers because Heidi seeks them out and brings them to the studio for extra classes! If you are looking for a dance studio for your boy or girl HKSD is where you should enrolled them. There are classes for 2-18 and every skill level. Heidi is also inclusive. If you have child with special needs HKSD is your place to be!

If you ever have an issue with Heidi Knight she will turn on a dime and be the most hateful, vindictive person youve ever met. She unenrolled my 4 year old without my knowledge or notification. There was a billing issue due to my back account being hacked and my card being cancelled. As soon as I realized what happened I called to handle this matter. Almost TWO WEEKS LATER I remind the secretary that I havent heard back from her regarding the billing issues I called about.Finally, I get Heidi on the phone another two days later and was met with such attitude and unwillingness to understand my card being cancelled was out of my control. I told Heidi I would be in on Monday to take care of my account, while my child was in class. I checked my balance on Friday and noticed my child had been removed from her class. Heidi claims she cares about her students but to cancel a childs dance schedule over a card that my bank closed and a bad review that I posted is outrageous. Since this happened Ive heard of similar issues with other students. However, they removed their children before Heidi had the chance. Just be prepared if you go there because if you ever have a problem with anything she wont think twice before pulling your child out.

If you are looking for a dance studio look no farther. Our daughter has danced with Heidi Knight studio for 13 years. They have classes for girls and boys ages 2 - young adult. The staff is exceptional and intructors are phenomenal. The have class for novice to competition levels. Classes just for fun or taking on the next level. They have preformed all over country and won top honors. You will love this place.

This is a great place for dancers of all abilities from beginners to competitive dancers. The staff and teachers genuinely care about the students. My kids love dancing here!

I love HKSD so so much. I have gone there since I was 1 years old and have now been dancing for 12 years. They are an amazing family and I love all the teachers and staff. I have made so many memories their and cant wait to make more. My friendships that I have made there are awesome and are going to last forever. I cant wait to spend the rest of my life part of the studio and I definitely will be sending my kids. ❤️💛💚💜
