We had a wonderful experience purchasing our piano at Piano Gallery! Ethan was great to work with; not pushy or overbearing. He called to let us know he found the perfect piano for us, and he was right! The delivery went perfectly also. Harrison was friendly, polite and took lots of time to make sure the piano was situated just right in our living room. The entire experience was positive from beginning to end! Great family owned business, friendly staff. My daughter has been taking guitar lessons here for three years and has really excelled. They allow the students to perform multiple times a year including a big concert style performance each summer that really rocks. We purchased several guitars from them. Piano Gallery sells quality instruments and provides great support and repairs. She loves her Martin and I dont think she could live without it. We have also had some repairs done to a noisy telecaster and its been great since. The owners and staff at Piano Gallery really foster the love of music in their customers and in the community.

After living in my home for 28 yrs we decided to move and we were not going to have room for my beautiful family upright piano. It was not an easy decision, but I had to find it a new home within my family. This meant finding a piano company that was reputable and caring to move it. I found this with the Piano Gallery and their kind, courteous and helpful employee Ethan. After all I would be sending my piano from my Idaho home to my niece in Arizona and I wanted to feel good about who was taking on this task. Ethan and the Piano Gallery were able to coordinate the pick up and delivery of my piano to take place over 3 days. Luckily no storage was required, but if there had been a need I would have felt comfortable with having it stored with the Piano Gallery. Great music store mostly very nice pianos but why post all these piano teachers on your website if you don’t really have teachers to give lessons??? I called to see if I can start my son on lessons and they told me that they don’t give piano lessons, but was kind enough to give me a few numbers of teachers to call but unfortunately I got not a single call back from any of them. So a 3 stars is for the misleading website.

For years I have wanted to surprise my wife with a Grand Piano. This year I was finally able to do so but I honestly had no idea what to get or how to make any of it happen.I have always been a huge supporter of shopping local so I headed over to the local Piano Gallery. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Good quality products, but poor service. Violin parts are pseudo out of stock and will require up to a week to restock. Would avoid this place for all violin repairs/parts.

Piano Gallery did a fantastic job moving both of my pianos! Ethan was very flexible when my moving date was changed and gave me a good rate to store the pianos when it became necessary. The two young men that moved the pianos were courteous, very careful, and friendly. They even asked if they needed to take their shoes off to keep our new house clean. They did a great job moving my piano! I live in a basement apartment with a tiny staircase leading down into it. They were on time and were able to move the piano in with no problem. With the tricky minimal space there was they were quick to come up with solutions to maneuver it into our home. It was also done for a reasonable price. I would recommend them!

Needed to get a flute fixed and they were helpful with finding and fixing the issue and not ripping us off in the process.

I was hoping to move my piano into a room with a tight fit. It ended up not being able to fit through the doorway, but the movers tried every way they could to accomplish the task. The movers were so awesome! They were very professional, but also made you feel like you were important to them and they wanted to do their very best job! I almost felt like they were more disappointed than I was that it didnt fit!😂 I would recommend this company without hesitation!!

Walked in to look for a up right bass wondered around for 30 min no one else in the store no one offered help then when I asked some one they said they where on the phone with a customer like maybe I would of bought one or paid for some lessons . If I had some help . But a very warm and welcoming place just not staffed on a Thursday

Excellent customer service and quick shipping. I bought a used guitar online and they inspected it and replaced the noisy tone knob before shipping it out (the next day) at no charge. It doesnt get any better than that.

True to their name, they have a lot of pianos. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of electric guitars because of their new No Limits Guitar Co name. But they had accessories I needed. And the staff was helpful.

My sister is looking for a piano for her place so wd stopped in. My daughter also has a piano addiction, and they let her play to her hearts content. Very friendly and wonderful people!

The amount of religion in this store, along with some skeezy fake nice salesmen, makes you want to blast Rob Zombie in the parking lot. I have money, but I wasnt suited up enough for the slimey sales guys who straight up ignored me for the nearest new customer - they just assumed I wasnt in the market for a new guitar. In part, that is true - I didnt want one from that store, it would probably be possessed by Joseph Smiths ghost. High yick factor in this store.
