This district is a very caring one. They care about each and every student they have. They have the best staff because they truly care about their staff. All that care trickles down to our students creating well rounded students laying the groundwork for a bright future for all.

I went here for high school it was good stuff!

So grateful to live in a school district with such amazing administrators. I love living in D91!

Honestly I dont think Eagle Rock even rates 1 star ,but thats the lowest you can rate,I am so discouraged with this school,Im afraid because my grandson has to attend this school,it is the worst school my kids or grandkids have had to attend.I would do anything to put them back in district 93. This school is the worst,if you can avoid this school I suggest in doing so.

Most staff members are helpful and geared towards the success of their students. System is constantly trying to create a better environment for the students. Thank you SD91, not for being perfect, but for providing ample opportunity to all who desire to learn.

The board of education has screwed me over so many times, and I know for a fact I am undereducated because of the schooling. If my parents had to ability to do so we would move just because of education and I plan to move out of this area because of the education for my future childrens sake.

Some of the teachers are really mean and they have no reason to be! It makes me so mad because I cant come home from school without wanting to punch one of the teachers for being disrespectful and mean!

Really terrible school district. Weve had kids in D93 (which we loved) for the last few years before one of ours began school in D91 last year. Frankly, its been appalling to see first-hand just how poorly this district is run. Tax dollars are not spent wisely, student safety does not seem to be a priority, parents whod rather not join Facebook are just left out of the loop, and parents concerns often go ignored. In fact, numerous attempts--including an email directly to Sup. Boland--to get help with a serious concern we have went completely unanswered and unacknowledged. There just seems to be a complete disconnect with the real world here, as well as a feeling of apathy towards doing what is in the best interests of our kids and our community.In fact, D91s apparent inability to differentiate between needs and wants is a significant stumbling block. Wasting thousands of tax dollars on unnecessary wants is just throwing our hard-earned money down a bottomless black hole and has done nothing to improve the quality of education. As it is, our family already has to regularly supplement at home to make sure our children are getting the first-rate education they need to be well-rounded and competitive in the job market. And dont get me started on Common Core, which this district and area have inexplicably continued to embrace long after others have smartened up and dumped that disaster.The bottom line is that were very frustrated with the single-mindedness of D91 leadership. Several have been in their current positions for years and it was reported in the news last year that the Superintendent alone pulls down an annual salary of over $140,000. Thats more than the Governor makes, but I have yet to see a level of effort from D91 leadership in our kids behalf that would justify anyone here earning that kind of money.Change can be a very good thing and, to that end, I would love to see some significant top-down changes at D91. I believe leaders with fresh ideas who put NEEDS ahead of wants, who LISTEN to parents/taxpayers, and who utilize existing tax dollars with high attention to accountability, efficiency, and common sense would make a world of difference here. Unless that happens, I dont see anything improving.

I feel District 91 is the best district in this area. I am pleased with the education the children get and the schools teachers, administrators, plus the district administrators and office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Its way to cold to have these kids at school. The network isnt working at all for those kids to even get out of anything.

Im a student here in 7th grade and they treat us like a waste like we shouldnt be there and if you wait in line to long at the vending machine they wont let you eat lunch.i really hate this school and I wish my parents would take me out

I thought this district was bad until I opened my eyes to it and the staff members are amazing and I love being here. GO EMRS!

We dont get any time off even for Martin Luther king Jr day.

I am upset about one school in this district that feels that it is ok to leave a student behind on a field trip. I went to the school and they just blame my kid for them leaving her alone in the middle of the night. They dont seem to take kids safety very seriously.
