If I could give a million stars to DanceWorks, I would. The staff and teachers are incredibly kind and uplifting, even to us uncoordinated newbies. The new app is AMAZING - Book Multiple is a fantastic addition over what MindBody offered, and I love the calendar integration. This is the place that returned some self-love to me after a few hard years, and the place I will be visiting to sweat out stress for the foreseeable future.LOVE this business

I havent taken a formal dance class in years. But honestly the environment and support from staff and students alike in Amys Contemporary Improv class was exactly what I needed. I forgot what it was like to just move and explore.

I’ve been a DanceWorks member since they opened, and cannot speak highly enough about this community. I truly believe that each instructor and all the clients feel that dance is for anyone regardless of age, size or experience. DanceWorks has connected me to neighbors who are so different from me—in age, profession, background and dance experience, but I feel a true community with them beyond just our shared love of dance. DanceWorks is how Ive met the type of people in my city that I want to be friends with and learn from. I would recommend DanceWorks to anyone looking to learn, meet people, or be more active in their life.

Danceworks has such a fun atmosphere and great instructors. It was hard finding an artistic outlet as an adult so taking classes at Danceworks has really helped me get back involved in dancing.

Absolutely love dancing here! 305 is my favorite, followed by swerk. Kerry is a great instructor and owner!

The staff is amazing and welcoming each time I’ve been. All the classes I’ve taken so far have been so much fun and push me in a different way. They have classes for everyone and just about every genre of dance!

I love the studio and it’s community. There are a variety of classes for adults at all levels - the only studio for adults in Indy! The community welcomes you and encourages you no matter your gender, age, size or skill level. They’ve also followed COVID guidelines in studio and started offering online lessons last year. Took my first class last week and loved the energy and the class! I took Madelyns class called SWERK. It was challenging but extremely rewarding! Loved the dances and felt like I was getting a good workout.

This studio is awesome! So happy that they are giving online classes during these pandemic times. The teachers are very knowledgeable and make the classes fun even though we are miles apart. Would highly recommend taking classes from them.

Danceworks Indy is one of my faves! The classes are a good challenge for whatever level of dance youre at, and there are a wide variety of them. All of the teachers AND the students are so encouraging, and it really makes you work even harder.Edit: theyve been offering virtual classes during the pandemic and theyre so wonderful! The studio has managed to keep the variety and quality of classes, and has offered lots of fun free events for people to feel more engaged while at home.

I am so glad that Indy has an adult dance studio. it is hard to find a dance studio that is tailored to adult dance classes, so DanceWorksIndy is a treasure. The quality of classes is top notch, the studio is extremely welcoming. They offer online classes and studio classes for a;ll levels. I would highly recommend this studio.
