Since we were unable to do in person meetings, LTC worked with us to have a translator join our Google Meets. These virtual meetings were essential for us and LTC helped us meet the needs of parents. We needed an immediate interpreter to report a critical situation to parents who did not speak English. LTC Language Solutions provides a great solution that allows you to immediately get an interpreter onto a phone call. No reservation is necessary. Since this was our first time using the service, there was some initial setup time, but the company was super responsive and got us set up day-of for our meeting. One thing that set LTC Language Solutions apart from other companies that we looked at was the fact that we could pay by the minute and have instant access to an interpreter. Even scheduling a meeting is difficult when there is a language barrier so we were worried that we would not be able to reach the parent and would wind up paying for interpreter services that we did not need. With LTC, we were able to call the parent first, verify that they were there, and then easily loop in the interpreter. We only pay for what we need. Even if it winds up coming to the same cost in a normal meeting, it gives me peace of mind to know that I have a interpreter solution for even short, adhoc calls, and I will not be pressured into thinking that everything has to be covered in a single meeting.Thanks for providing a great service!
