I love this facility! My children have been coming here since they were born. They have learned so much and it shows! I ALWAYS recommend this preschool to any and everyone! It’s affordable for working parents, The owner is such a sweetheart, understanding and the director goes above and beyond! My kids love her to pieces! Don’t even get me started on the staff! They are such sweet ladies who go that extra mile! 5 stars all around! You won’t be disappointed!

Both my daughter have gone there since they were 3months old I have never had any issue. When your kids would rather go to daycare instead of being home shows you as a parent you choose the right daycare and a family who care about the kids they have..

I was looking at some of the reviews my children have been going here for 2 years. I read some previous reviews the one in particular was about the closing days. Last year the daycare was only closed one day for each of the holidays I even asked one of the teachers why they were only closed one day and she said because the director said so and I let her know my kids wouldnt be in the next day because I thought hey were closed. I have a good experience here and my kids love it here. Ms.Tina is amazing. My son doesnt live in District to ride the bus so she takes and picks him up everyday. My daughter had an incident with a kid there I was called and given a letter of what happened also the teacher that was present for the incident if I had any questions. Summer time they all go on field trips. My daughter leaving preschool from there knows her colors, numbers, months of the years, days of the week, and the presidents in order. She also can say her numbers and colors in Spanish and write her name and the list keeps going.(kiddos to and.Tara) I have had minor incidents with them and it was mostly my son who can be a trouble maker sometimes. Idk I like the daycare and my little people will continue to go as long as they can!

My son was involved in their after-school program and for the most part had a pretty good time my concerns began when another child began to threaten my child over a game and then assaulted my child and the staff did nothing about it. They pulled the game away from both children and then promptly left the room after the offending child assaulted the teacher or staff member. My child was where again assaulted by this other child.My child was kicked from their care soon after this when a issue with their billing policy arose. Although the agreement I signed when signing my child up for their program said that they would be closed on holidays it didnt address the fact that the owner would decide to close the center down on all of the days surrounding holidays as well. So that essentially they were closed for most of the week during the holiday season. I complained about this because the contract reads that it would only be closed on holidays and did not mention any other dates surrounding holidays. When we suggested that billing for those days was an inappropriate billing practice and a violation of contract, worthy of a filing a complaint against, we were informed that my son was no longer welcomed back to the center.They are unprofessional and rude.

THE LADY THAT OWNS THIS OWN THE ONE IN PLAINFIELD THE PLAINFIELD DAYCARE WAS TRIED AND SUCCESSFULLY CONVICTED FOR CHILD ABUSE!!!!! MUST READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! THE PRESS ARE IGNORING THIS AND THE OWNER ENABLES THIS BEHAVIOR!They were recently found guilty of child abuse and somehow it has been kept completely quiet! Thats a HUGE task considering the case was in Danville. There was video evidence and everything and yet this is still being kept under wraps. Dont send your kids here, this place needs shut down!!! The fact that it remains open is a complete insult to the community and makes a joke of our legal system. They wont even confirm that the employee found guilty has been fired or not! No clue if she still works there!!! These people are sadistic, bitter, and angry people that have no excuse being around children. Asides from this court case I had my children in here, it was god awful and I pulled them out in less than a week. Was not surprised ONE BIT when I heard they were found guilty of battery of a minor under 13 resulting in bodily injury. Its a felony!!! How can you not confirm if you fired someone after that?! From what I understand she got a slap on the wrist, some probation and will likely get her job back!!!!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!

Dont send your babies here, please take my word on this!Ill start with this, I recently moved here from out of state and was not really informed on what daycares to send my children to. I knew this one was not the greatest out there compared to the girls old one but it was very conveniently located maybe 2 minutes up the road. They offered my oldest a ride to school everyday, So at the time it worked.As time went on things started adding up and I started noticing moreandmore first hand and listening to my kids.‎My babies consistently came home recently complaining telling me the teachers are mean. She named a couple of them by name, I will not state their name on the internet.The demeanor, attitude or behavior of these ladies was just not the type youd expect from daycare center. They never smiled! And always yelling at kids rather than politely correcting in a more reinforcing manner to do things another way. Any time I had to speak in person to one it was never completely professional but instead rather dull and unappreciative for the business I give them.The over all environment and cleanliness, the carpet Id never late a child crawl on. Its right next to a state road probably twenty feet from front door. My girls would come home mostly THIRSTY and would chug a couple of bottles of water or juice within half hour of getting home. The oldest told me once that they deny my youngest anything to drink unless around snack time.I could go on with the negatives but given the other reviews on here it all sums itMs hope and marrissa were great with my kids, they deserve a better place of employment.

Horrible it was my daughters first daycare she went there a day she came home with bruises on her legs, spine and a goose egg on her head! They claimed she ate all her food and used the potty all day...not saying impossible just highly improbable especially considering when I picked her up a little after 4 she was crying literally tears because she was hungry And she doesnt eat a plate of food all day anywhere else!We placed her in a different daycare the next week she didnt play with other kids. She didnt play with other kids for the 1 1/2 we were there watching her but she magically starting playing with them all day for that one day? Ummmm no I dont think so.The owner told my fiancé she would give him a refund but wanted him to reconsider he said she would have to talk to me she said that would be fine. I called four different times leaving voicemails twice on the number that is on her business card! She never called back and then claimed I never tried to get a hold of her. She also responded to a complaint from me saying she never said shed give a refund at all. $50 was for the supply fees I am sure Sophia used $50 worth of supplies in a day and the care they provided for the one day wasnt worth a penny much less $135.Do yourself a favor and take your kid to a real daycare not these hacks! I pay $195 a week now but my daughter is very well taken care of she hAsnt came home with a single bruise. They honestly report what she did such as she tried to go potty when they asked but typically soiled her diaper instead. And she ate.a few bites of this or thAt but not much of anything. She is happy during the day plays well with the toys but usually by herself. Not as good as home but at least there not liars

I placed my infant here. Everything was fine for a few months, but by the time he was about four months, their turnover skyrocketed. He was often left unentertained and hungry. They actually forgot to feed him twice (the second time I pulled him). The last day my baby attended, he was crying when I showed up, which wasnt unusual due to their understaffing and lack of care. There was one person in the room with about 20 kids; it was her second day employed there. I looked to see when he was last fed; it was 1pm (current time 5:30pm). The woman said Well maybe thats why hes crying. If I had known the last time he ate was 1pm, I would have fed him.....NO JOKE. My baby did not go back the next day. This woman was their typical employee at this point. She had obviously never cared for a child in her life. I was extremely dissatisfied, angry, and appalled to say the least. So, NO stars. Not even one. If your employees cannot realize a crying infant needs food, you should not be in business.

This daycare was not the one that abuses children. The one with the abusive staff is by 267 and Stafford.
