Devon was amazing at assisting my client with scanning documents. This was her a second attempt he stayed by her side while helping other customers and still got the job done. This renews my faith in customer service. He had exemplary leadership skills and patience. We need more people of leadership like you in companies today You are truly appreciated. Service here is bad employees are very rude i needed to print a paper for school and the male and female employees gave me nothing but attitude about it. The reception there is very horrible they didnt give me any help. It wasnt any customers there i was the only person there and the cashier was scratching her hair and scrolling thru her cellphone i was completely ignored by the workers. i asked workers over and over have they recieved my email for my school work and they didnt get on the computer to help me

Bad customer service for electronics there’s no one to help you waited 30 mins. When I did get help after asking 3 times already... the young lady said the computer was available but the big black dude said no it’s not? Never going here again...BESTBUY is my best bet.

What an tremendous job Tang (African American woman) did yesterday. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but she had to handle a lot of customers by herself. The manager or other employee went to work and she kept calm and kept the customers calm. When I say the line continued to grow but she didn’t rush the customer’s either when they were asking for help. I needed help and instead of the gentleman helping me he told me to wait for her and wen on break. Way to go! Keep up the great work.

I ordered a print job for pick up. Chris in Printing, a supervisor apparently lied that he called and tried to tell me my print job did not print.I showed him my phone and there was no missed calls, he said nothing. I had to leave the store send an email and go back.The print job was not done on basic white paper it was done on some fancy step up paper which I never wanted. He tried to talk about how there was no extra charge and change the topic?For a simple print job that was to take 5 min to pick up and turn into 45 min of chaos is unacceptable. No customer should have to go home print and come back when they paid online.The manager said I should call corporate to get a refund not much he can do if the file does not open.The least the store could do is email the customer.Chris is not doing his job to email or leave a voicemail for the customer if a job does not print and then he bodfaced will lie and say he called.He writes a not on your job saying he called to cover himself. It was very obvious. I will never print at this Staples or Staples again and recommend to all of you to take your business to UPS instead. It’s even cheaper than Staples.

Claudia is phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us. My daughter wanted to print a poster for a conference, but we went in a bit delayed to get the 24 hr turnover service. We told her that she has to go to Santa Barbara by 5 pm next day which was the time the poster was going to be done. But Claudia helped us get it printed by 8 pm on the same day. Shes the best. She knows how to respect customers and help everyone with utmost kindness. Good luck Claudia, keep up the good work!

Typical Staples. Limited computers for sale, no touch screens in store. Staff were nice except the gentleman who assisted me in the computer area. He was a bit Curt and unfriendly. He explained the lack of computers, but his attitude could use a makeover.

This seemingly complex problem could not be solved at other staples locations and company. Miguel is quick at his critical thinking, very calm, resourceful and a great asset Century location.

I must have looked completely lost when I was greeted by an African American guy asking me if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he assisted me by walking my over to the aisle and showing me what they had. He offered me a coupon with my purchase which was greatly appreciated but it only made me buy more stuff. Mangers... they know how to hook ya dont they. Lol

My experience at Staples Century is good, the place is neat and orderly; finding what ever I need is never a problem; whether its office supplies, faxes or delivery drop-off. My visits there are great. On more thing, razing the manager, Dave is fun too, hes always pleasant and eager to help, his employees and customers, shows Team spirit, thats great!

Now i really come here for one reason and that is to make copies... Sometimes I order online and come in for a pickup but sometimes coming in is a lot faster the staff that are in the print area are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the systems and programs they use. They are there to help which they have always done when I have a print job for them.

I go in for 3 copies and while waiting in line I hear customers saying they hate coming here because it takes awhile to make copies.Im looking at 4 machines to use and people doing business type/volume of copying with a couple more ahead of me with laptops open.I explain to the girl behind the counter that I only need 2 copies and was trying to get to a passport application appointment. She tells me sorry shes busy and itd be 1 1/2 min wait.Really?Maybe they shouldnt allow businesses to take over the only self service machines available to everyone else.

Just incase anyone wanted a heads up: they do sell staples at staples. Didnt buy anything, but I walked in to ask if they had staples. The cashier was quick to show me were they were, and how much. 10/10 would definitely ask again.

Good decision David the manager. These 3 envelopes will bring in more orders for Staples. A printout of each envelopes information was not going to help because Our company order online and we need physical envelope to solve this problem for a few months now. Its fine but i dont like the $5 charge to my credit card for something 60 cents i know they reimburse after 24 hours and I dont like that you dont get as much help that you would with a representative helping you over the desk in the copy center other than that everything else was like I said just fine

They make you waste your time on something so small. I had to wait a full hour just to have them make an order for me. There is also little to no employees and some of them give you adittude as if they couldnt care. So unless you are buying a product then you still have to wait in lines because they usually have 1 person in the cash register.Side note: computer or any electronics you want to buy , you can buy it at Best Buy for a low amount of money.

Unprofessional and rude. If you still choose to shop at this location after reading this review and you’re unsatisfied that’s on you. Two years ago it was the same thing. Employees at this store are not knowledgeable and seem very bothered when you asked for help. Two years ago I reached out to corporate who in return reached out to the store manager who contacted me.This last incident happened two weeks ago. I reached out to customer relations and to this day no one has bothered to reach out.I bought a document scanner and before leaving the store I asked one of the sales associates (Jose) if they sold a longer cable then the one that was included in the box. He seemed very confused like he didn’t know what I was talking about or asking. He said he wasn’t sure that he would go to the front and ask if they sold the cable even though we were standing in the Cable aisle. A few minutes later he returned and in a very unprofessional and rude manner told me that if I wanted to I could go to the front and wait over there or I could stay there until someone else would come and help me because he was not sure about it.I immediately told him that there was no reason for him to talk to me in that way and I requested to speak to his manager. I said just because you don’t know how to do your job you don’t have to be a jerk about it.A few minutes later his manager (David) came to the aisle and said “What’s up? You asked for me?” I was somewhat confused at his approach and lack of professionalism, I asked are you the manager since he never introduce himself. Again in a rude manner he replied “yeah what’s up” I begin trying to explain to him what had just happened when he interrupted me by saying “is that the way you were talking to him?” I said excuse me what do you mean by that? He said it seems like you’re irritated. I said to him are you going to let me explain to you what happen or are you going to keep interrupting me ? Seeing that (David) was nothing like a manager and he didn’t care one bit. I asked for his business card and left the store.Bottom line is. If you must buy at Staples. Go to a different location. The problem at this particular location is that the local management and the corporation doesn’t seem to care for the inter-city community made up of blacks and latinos (I am a Latino myself) because if this was to happen at a different store with white customers the issue would’ve been resolved immediately or better yet most likely there wouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. I’m not playing the race card I’m only stating facts. I live in this city and this is an observation and a conclusion that I’ve made.The store manager and employees know that the local community doesn’t care enough to make an issue out of disrespectful, unprofessional and unknowledgeable employees and neither does the corporation.Have some self-respect take your money elsewhere and show them that you do matter. I’m sure Staples will say that my opinion is not representative of their mission statement for their Core values. If that’s how they really felt they would address the issues at this location and give us the same respect that they give upscale areas and not put out a generic statement through their social media team.

By far the busiest Staples I have ever been in. Staff was friendly. While they were way understaffed for the amount of customers they had, the long line were mostly people that had no clue how to run a copy machine and only need two copies.

Unfortunately copy and print was not very helpful. I asked 3 different ppl (including the supervisor) to print out 3 papers for me and they just kept talking amongst themselves. Finally had to ask again after being there for 30 mins. Very poor customer service on their part.

The copy and print service is so bad! I have to wait over 30 mins just to get 3 printing copies. Not given that they even forgot one of my copies & insisted that all of my docs were fully printed! So bad!

They got multiple parts of my order wrong (didnt bind it, wrong kind of paper, wasnt double sided, missing copies, etc.) They couldnt do the binding but werent gonna tell me, so thankfully I took it out of the bag before leaving so we could substitute or refund. Also the bathrooms are all out of order.

Ordered online printing for pick-up the next day for my tickets as I thought this would not only save me time but the hassle of having to print them myself.got a confirmation email at 10 am the next morning saying my order was ready.i showed up at around 1 pm land not only could they not find my order but they had no record of it.To get my money refunded it took over half an hour that i didnt have and i had to still PAY to print it out myself after they made me late. Not to mention that even on m refund they gypped me for a penny. As if giving me my full refund was that much of a hassle. The people here didnt know what they were doing, had no sense of customer service and couldnt have cared less about what they were doing.do not waste your time here.

Horrible customer service!!! I go in to print about a 5 page project for school. No one in the department knew how to print a document from a MacBook Pro. I spent about 45 minutes trying to print without the help of someone. I left feeling angry and dissatisfied that I was going to get a 0% on my project because I could not print it out.

Terrible, there is never someone to help you, you have to go around the whole store looking for someone who can help you and when you finally find someone, they always reluctantly help you, today I wanted information to buy a printer, and know which was the simplest to drive I only want copies feet I did not get only with inks from my old printer.
