Great 99 cent store with good selection and clean store and aisles. Not as crowded as other 99 cent stores and the merchandise was much better organized. Parking lot was also nicer than your average 99 - and was plentiful, which was a welcome difference.

The 99 cent store Crenshaw Manchester is the bomb! Almost always have what I need when I need it, and thats a good thing. Especially since Im not driving at this present time its right on the bus lines the 210 on Crenshaw and the 115 on Manchester. When I go there, I always hope to see Miss Elaine, one of the cashiers, who is also always nice and pleasant. The store is always clean too!!! RUSH IT!!!

You can hear these employees disrespecting customers in one sentence then offering a job in the next sentence. If you want people to help you out you gotta respect the customers. No one is eager to work for less than $50,000.00 in a hostile environment. Some entire cities need customer service training.

Awesome experience, I got to shopping in peace, no wild children running around, no loud unexpected people. Just peace and quiet and nice music. I was in and out, the cashiers were on the mark, they didnt look like they were exhausted or tired, very pleasant greeting.

I went there looking for tomatoes, garlic and onions. I bought all three. I all ready a some Serrano and Habanero peppers...salsa time!!

Clean and had sanitizer and towels at the front door. Well stocked and not crowded. Everyone was wearing mask and social distancing.

I love the diversity of all the items in the store, however, some Items either dont work or are damaged. It would be great if there was a Functionality/Quality check before they get loaded on to the shelves.I also wish they carried more items that cater to food allergies or just heathy eating in general.

Convient place to go for what I need.I went to the store yesterday, 4/16/21. I purchased what I needed, but was very disappointed with the restroom. There were no toilet seat covers and there was barely any toilet paper. The sink was disgusting to look at. It needed bleach to take out dark/black stain in the sink or get a new one. It needs a good cleaning!

Excellent, and VERY pleasant customer service!! I went in yesterday evening to exchange an item I bought at another 99 Cents only store. The cashier had to call the manager to clear the exchange from the cash register, the manager then took me to check stand #1 to process the exchange, both employees were accommodating. Ive been to another Inglewood location on Imperial Hwy. where Ive I tried to exchange a item and I was told I would have to take the item back to the store where purchased + an attitude. This may seem like a small issue, however I really appreciate excellent customer service and IT IS EXCELLENT customer service compared to other locations with horrible service. THE ITEM WAS EXCHANGED WITH A SMILE which can go a long, long way with the customers!!

Stood outside in the hot sun for over thirty minutes. More ppl were coming out than being allowed in. Prices are ridiculous rubbing alcohol $2.99 thats price gouging. Hand sanitizer $3.99 prior to this pandemic they werent charging that. First time Ive been in any 99 cents only store since 2019 and it will definitely be my last.

I do know that they would have had them on Centry & Crenshaw but I was at the first location. Better luck next time!! During this visit I need motor oil and they were completely out. They did have the restrooms cleaned this time. I Always get excellent customer service, which is big on my list. Yall doing good, just try to have popular items stocked or on backstock.

YO! I CAME IN TO PICK UP SOME ROADTRIP SNACKS & THIS STORE HAD EVERYTHANG I COULD POSSIBILITY NEED...INCLUDING FRESH PRODUCE & GROCERIES IN THE BACK.

Only two (2) checkstands were open, and customers were standing in long lines down both aisles.

Love love love this place!!!! Only bad thing is out of the 6 registers they have available usually 1 maybe 2 cashiers are open. Employees are usually nice and welcoming and you cant beat their prices! They have everything for everyday living, from flowers to fresh food. What more can I say? I love the 99 cents store!!!!!

Went in to buy some pre-shaped cookie dough. There wasnt any. Actually there isnt any at any of the 99 cents only stores. Its disappointing because I rely on it to make fresh baked cookies. Hope you get the dough back soon.

I use to love going to this store and was so happy when this store opened, I say use to because i love supporting my local stores. There is a constant change in staff. Im not sure what the problem is but the long lines in this place with only two cashiers and sometimes only one cashier is becoming a norm. Someone should be able to monitor the lines and know when a backup is needed. Ive walked around the store sometimes looking for staff to assist with the line flow and find that disheartening when there are so much seniors who go to that store for their supplies. I will defer my rating for anther time. Now, I fine it easier to go to the La Tiejera or Hawthorne locations to do my shopping, i go in and out without wasting too much time in the line with my basket full. Sorry i can no longer support my community store. As i say i will defer my rating for when i have time to visit again. Time is precious to us all but this is ridiculous.

This store has all kinds of odds & ends from groceries to cleaning products to auto accessories each item for $0.99. I love stopping here for a quick in & out but I always seem to pick up more than I originally expected. Most of an the staff is friendly & the lines move quickly..quicker if you happen to start conversing with someone while youre on line. #Dont get mad its only 99 cents #99centstore

It gets pretty busy, when I go there. But good customer service. No issues. Its always cool, that whenever you go, that might have something new.

Usually I have no problem shopping here but my last visit was unpleasant. The cashier charged us for the person behind us stuff and we only realized when we got outside. When my husband went back in to return it the cashier we had suddenly had to go on break (Denise). The other cashier that took over gave him attitude and wanted to give him the money back on a gift card. Its not like it was a lot of money, she gave him back about $5.50 and we were still short a dollar. But we werent about to throw a fit over a dollar and by then my husband was done with her piss poor attitude talking down to him like hes stupid (which he is not of course).

Its always busy, but its a great one. They sell great items. They could use more employees tho.

This is a very nice clean big store with 5 registers. Its the 2nd of the month and they (99cent store) had 2 registers open. Then the manager opens 1 more register and the lines where still going out the door.

Its as organized as the other 99 Cent Stores. I have been trying to call this store, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, still no answer. I lost my keys while I was there, I have to wait for Property owners to return from vacation to get a new set, so if anybody having any type of connection to staff members who can get info.. Regarding Lost & Found department and text or post it on this page, Im not in the area to just ride or run over there, so how do I contact them ?

Theres nothing more appealing than a neatly laid discount store. Since this store is brand spanking new, everything is neatly organized and in ample supply! I was happy to have a discount store open so close to my parent home. Its so accessible and convenient....this may be my new favorite spot when I go home. This used to be a church and it works so much better as a discount store....I know Im horrible..Pros-NeatsLoads of merchandiseReally cute finds! My sister got the gorg mason jars with mini chalk boards on them..SUPER CUTE!Aisles are organized.Ample parking.Cons-Staff is a bit inexperienced. They arent really sure where the product is located. One of the workers told us the completely wrong aisle to find their glassware.Not a lot of carts. Kind of first come, first serve. Not enough for the foot traffic.Lets see how long it can stay shiny and new
