Jackie is a great personal trainer that helped me develop a fitness regimen to ensure my continued success! Jackie also provides a meal plan, grocery list and nutritional counseling so I dont have to worry about my eating habits cancelling out my hard work!

Loved working with Jackie. He was very Professional, understanding and very accommodating. I was able to achieve the results I wanted. He provided meal plans and grocery list as well. Very affordable if your looking to get fast results don’t waste money anywhere else.

I found Jackie on google and hes a wonderful trainer! His rates are super affordable and he includes a free meal plan, grocery list, and nutritional counseling in his services.The gym itself is very clean and well ventilated. Jackie handles the pandemic very well by taking the necessary protocols of frequently disinfecting all the equipment and making sure that there is social distancing.The number of people are also limited per session and he focuses on making sure youre doing the exercises correctly.Ive had a few sessions with him, and following his recommendations for diet and exercise even outside his facility have made me feel more energetic and just over all healthy.If youre unsure of signing up, Id 100% recommend giving it a try.

I have been working with Jackie for almost 9 months now. I have worked with multiple personal trainers in my lifetime, and none bring the energy, experience, and knowhow that Jackie does to his craft. His workouts are exhausting, and he sends motivating messages throughout the week. We started before the holidays and I was able to hold my weight through the gluttonous holiday season, and then quickly started to change my shape in the new year. He is helping me build muscle and lean out, and I have received multiple compliments that I am looking healthier, thinner, and even my face looks thinner. He has been flexible with my busy schedule working at the hospital and has helped me achieve my goals. I am wearing clothes I have not fit into in years thanks to Jackie.

Jackie is a very knowledgeable trainer, he knows the small technical aspects of each workout very well and is very motivating when you work with him. He also provides a free meal plan with specific groceries and quantities to buy. I Strongly recommend him.

Found Jacky online. He is extremely knowledgeable. Able to drop about 50 pounds in 6 months.I was in a bad shape physically, he customized the routines for me and gradually ramped up intensity.He is very flexible with timings and that helped me a lot.He is sincere, hardworking and makes the workout a fun exercise (pun intended)

I’ll start this by saying I do not enjoy hard workouts. I came home from work one day and my husband told me he signed us up for a training session, and I was less than thrilled. But, I went for the free session with Jackie, and was instantly hooked! Jackie listened to my fitness goals and pushed me to the point where I was sore and saw results, but not to the point that I didn’t want to come back. He tailors all workouts to your needs. My husband wanted a tougher workout and more of a push, and that’s what he got from our sessions. Not only did we get a great workout in, but Jackie is very personable and makes the workout fun. He is flexible with time, there were so many days that we needed to change the time or day last minute, and Jackie worked with our schedule changes. He also doesn’t push you out when your hour is up. Jackie truly cares about your results and making sure you’re satisfied with your workout. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area- otherwise we would still be working out here! Highly recommend!

Jackie is more than a good trainer: He listens to your personal goals and helps you to achieve them in ways that push you towards consistency in the gym AND helping you to take responsibility for your own progress. If you stick with him and listen, and push yourself over time, you will get to a point of self-motivation that leads to breaking thru the mind-blocks that prevented you from your goals in the past. He doesn’t track your progress with detailed charts, because he knows exactly where you are in your progress — and if you stay with him over time, you start to learn how you can do the same for yourself without the need for fancy apps and metrics: It’s all about setting your goals, understanding your own body, pushing it so you can surprise yourself and achieve better results, and trusting what he teaches you.In the end, no trainer can get you in shape. Only you can. But a trainer like Jackie who is disciplined, is very fit and continues to train himself, patient with you, but psychologically present and encouraging is in my view the best type of trainer for busy individuals who are seeking to transform themselves over time to be the best Them they can be. Throw away your Instagram comparisons and gym apps; stick with the fundamentals and a trainer like Jackie, and believe in yourSelf with Jackie on your side...It should also go without saying, but the key to a knowledgeable trainer like Jackie working well alongside you is her/his integrity, as well. Jackie acted as my personal trainer, dietician, and general life coach.I was going through a stressful time in my life with a bad break up, and difficult work life. I had never work with a personal trainer before so I didnt know what to expect, but I have really enjoyed training with Jackie. He knows how to tailor the workout for your goals as well as any injuries, and always finds a great balance between giving you something that you can do but thats also pushing you at the same time.His training program also included a meal plans, nutritional counseling and grocery list for free. I have definitely seen amazing results and hes help me get in shape for my wedding day. The dress fit perfectly. Thanks again Jackie!
