My son started coming here a couple months ago but now with social distancing weve switched to online classes. I was concerned but the transition has been super smooth! Weve been able to continue getting our exercise by having live classes and also having uploaded video sessions so that its accessible and easy to follow at any time. Its been a great experience both online and offline! I highly recommend.

My experience with Elite Fitness has been amazing. Our family has been taking Taekwondo classes, and everyone loves it! Master Lois and Master Daniel are very good instructors, making each class fun and dynamic. The location is great and very well organized. If you are looking to pick up a sport for you and your family, I highly recommend this place!
