Coach Dennis is an awesome instructor! Hes very patient and he celebrates every small improvement of his students. All the other students are super friendly and everyone encourages each other to do their best, truly a great environment!

This is a super fun learning environment for all levels. I had some muay thai experience and just wanted to get back into it. Dennis energy is so positive and so good! He really cares about each of his students, and the classes are formatted in a way that beginners to advanced students are challenged and learning. I was having trouble keeping the combinations straight, so Dennis took extra time to help me get up to speed. I highly recommend this fun, high energy class!
