I wanted to express my upmost appreciation for Edwin , Isabelle , Tommy & Abraham being such genuine hearted humans to always be super patient along with them having this Ahhmazing ability to tune in with their listening ears to go over & beyond what would expect when have been frequenting this OfficeMax location since business center in my community hasn’t been open with all of World Stuff!!They truly uplift my Heart and remind me of the comforts of my hometown before transitioned to California, thanks for all of the extra efforts to make me feel welcome as a customer !!It is Beautiful to think of how much impact each of these employees of OfficeMax is having on so many Humans presently , keep it up and the Kindness has meant a lot because all that am doing in regards to printing is to share more Love with my family & friends along with obligations for employer!!Forever Grateful for all of your Realness !!

Abraham in the Print Center has absolutely no customer service. He only works with one guest at a time. He can’t seem to greet the next guest when they come up while helping another guest. He gives no type of communication on the job he can complete or an approximate time frame. Other employees or Managers don’t seem to care what is going on either. They don’t even ask a guest if they have been greeted or taken care of as they ask by you. Customer service is very simple, please have it executed at this store!!!!

Ordered a vinyl print online yesterday. Came in today and it still was not printed. It took them 10 minutes to figure out that it wasnt there, another 15 minutes to print the wrong item, and then 10 minutes to give me a refund. Absolutely garbage.

The worstttttttttt place in the world! How are they an officeMax or tech printing services store???? Their printers are ancient dinosaurs and work sooooo slow like i didnt even know printers like that exist anymore! I went there 5 different times hoping they would fix it or get someone to speed it up a bit but nada. I am never going back! Did i mentionThe employees here are super lazy I tell them to do the fedex slip for me to give them the info, they tell me to type it out and then it disappears they say please do it again then a third time and i got fed up, i said you do it!. He finally did only to say they dont do return services meanwhile the other lady said they do. OfficeMax please retrain your employees and update your machines and programs and services to make it convenient for people not to spend an hour in there and get nothing done!

Super good service -I have been to this store twice. Each time, they exceeded my expectation. The person worked at the print shop maybe named Scott is extremely helpful. Even just on the phone when I first called to inquire about the service that they had, he was so enthusiastic that made me feel like going in. Once I got there, he was so helpful every step of the way. He made my copying, scanning and printing job so easy. They dont charge extra labor if they copy for you. When I went in, I was nervous about how I could ever get it done in half an hour (since they close at 9 pm). But with his help, it became so easy, and I made it before closing. I cant thank him enough. The second time I went in, he was again extremely helpful. If all service employees can be like him, the store absolutely will be very successful. I do feel being very well served. Not like going to another major chain store that one time their so-called manager even dared to argue with me that I reported her to their corporate office. With that kind of humiliating experience, I definitely will never ever step into that store ever again. But I am very happy to have found this store. Their prices are even much better and reasonable. I know I will be going to this store from now on to enjoy what is called service.I have been to this store for the third time, and again was impressed by the service received from Scott. He is not going to let you not be helped. He notices you and makes sure you can get what you need.But the fourth time I went in, I did not see Scott. The atmosphere was different and sure enough the woman claimed to be the manager wasn’t as nice at all, young but inexperienced in making customer happy. So I decided not to use their facility as I wasn’t pleased with her attitude. I think next time if I go in and don’t see Scott there, the best bet is to just leave. Scott just has a way with customers to make you feel welcomed and very comfortable to use their facility as he will take care of all your needs well. He is always there energetically multi-tasking, But this time there were 4 people sitting around doing nothing, yet could not even make me, the only customer, want to use their service. Si the five stars I gave is for Scott only.

Why is there no zero star? So, I had an online print order. Order was placed in the morning around 10 am, to be picked up by 7pm. Single sided, spiral bound. Apparently the document was too big to be spiral bound. So genius decided to print it double sided. So now, page 1 (the document had a cover) is on the left side. I go to pick up the order and notice it. So they say that I could get it single sided on a three ring binder. Fine. Takes for ever, and I say I will pick it up in the morning. I go in the morning and am told I will have to pay for the new order and the old one will be refunded (ended up paying more because of online coupons applied earlier). Fine! Call 4 times because the refund hasnt happened. Finally, someone says that I would have to go to the store to get the refund because double sided genius marked the order complete and cannot be refunded. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to to resolve it. Save your time and money, send your print jobs somewhere else,

Wonderful staff and convenient location.Jerry greeted me and also asked if I needed help. Was mostly looking for a certain kind of ink but also wanted to browse. When I decided to get the ink I wanted they had in stock (thankfully; Target, Walmart, and the like didnt carry individual Canon CL-250PGBK XL and CL-251BK XL). He also was very kind and asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards program. Also brought down the price of the ink cartridges to lower than what Amazon was and I got it then and there. 10/10 would come here again.

I came into the store completely set on getting an Epson Ecotank printer. I dont remember his name, but an employee walked by and asked if I had any questions. Long story short, he saved me a great deal of money while at the same time getting a much more reliable printer.Their customer service skills are exceptional and from what Ive experienced - the staff knows what theyre talking about.

I took my computer which had stopped working into OfficeMax on Jamboree 10 days before Christmas. Donovan said he would try to fix computer. 2 days later he said he was still researching how to get it fixed. 12/21 I telephoned and was told he would be back to work on 12/26. I waited and waited. On 1/3/2019 I telephoned and then picked up computer because we cant fix it according to Charles the tech specialist and Donovan now works at another store. When I picked up computer, store clerk gave excuse: I know nothing about this computer.

I went in yesterday to purchase a printer. They were very nice and they accommodated me to whatever my needs were. I purchased a printer and ended up purchasing paper and ink because I was so pleased with their availability and customer service. Their manager Nick also matched my price of ink that I brought in from another store.

On 09-24-15, at 8:40 a.m., I called to inquire whether they had a coupon for color copies. The female employee who answered the phone said they have a coupon for $15 off if you spend $50 in copy services. I then asked her how much it cost for a color copy. She said shed have to transfer me to the Copy/Print Center. After being on hold for 7 minutes, I remained on hold but called her back from another phone to explain that I was still on hold for the Copy/Print Center. She said shed run over to the Copy/Print Center to see what was going on. Upon her doing so, a male employee finally answered. Not only should the first female employee who answered the phone have known off the top of her head how much they charge per page for a color copy, but the Copy/Print Center should be answering their calls in a timely manner. Who trains these people?

Terrible customer service. While I am waiting in line cashier Melisa keeps ignoring me while chat with another women about personal matters.I had to leave without making my purchase and this still did not bother her as she watch me leave. They need to get their act together otherwise they will go out of business like many others.

This used to be my go to place but seems its fallen off a bit. It was hard to find the binding paper im used to buying it wasnt on the shelves and the staff had to go check inventory to find it. Also the paper im used to buying here was out of stock.

Ridiculous!!!They dont know where theyre stock is, they dont have all of their products in their system, and their employees dont know how to help you!I had the absolute worst experience with Office Depot/Office Max but especially with this location. I needed to make a return and had the receipts, but because the item wasnt in their system, they did not want to give me a refund.The associate kept saying that they did NOT carry the item I was trying to return. After 40 minutes, speaking to an assistant manager, calling the 1-800 number, and calling the manager on her day off, they said they would not refund my purchase.Luckily, I walked over to the product wall of pens/pencils and found the item they were claiming not to carry.I ultimately got my refund but I should not have had to go through all that.This was definitely the worst retail experience Ive ever had!I will NEVER AGAIN spend another dollar at Office Depot/Office Max!

Very little selection. The WORST thing about the Jamboree location is the people. The cashiers are so unfriendly! Some of them are just RUDE. They dont greet you and make it clear they dont like their customers. The guys at the printing desk are the ABSOLUTE WORST.Not going back there again.
