Please do not going this bad place, they put such a bad manager that he doesn’t know how to talk to costumer, shame on him

I come to office depot mainly to print my work materials. I waited for the self service printers, behind two customers who seemed to be experiencing technical issues. The friendly associate behind the printing counter, offered me the alternative computer instead - but alas, it turned out the internet was down at the store. I told her it was not a problem, I would come back today. Today I stood in the printing line, and the same associate recognized me and passed me my sheet. She had told me that I had the patience of a saint, and although its only a few cents for my print job - she wanted to make sure that I didnt have to pay for this one. I think her name tag said Jessie, and I thoroughly appreciated her courtesy, and it was not wasted on me. Many thanks.

I am extremely unhappy with the e-commerce division of Office Depot. Businesses should not be selling products that are back ordered without publishing and taking advanced payment before products are shipped. The product I ordered (MDS 19) is still being advertised despite them being out of inventory. Agent promised delivery date and as expected the day has come and past. Requested a cancellation and again radio silence.I ordered from Office Depot expecting a company I could trust, but this experience will prevent me from any further purchases in the future.To get a more accurate representation of customer reviews be sure to check Trustpilot

WOW! I am blown away at how well Nicholas and Jessie, two of the store managers in Irvine, stepped up to the plate to resolve an issue that arose. At the end of the day, things sometimes go wrong, but the real measure is how the powers that be react to those situations. There may be many options on where to shop, but not everyone delivers such excellence in customer service and humanity. I am proud to be a customer of theirs and look forward to being one for many years to come because of their stellar efforts. Thank you!

Clean store. Not busy on a weekday. Staff courteous when you enter but could walk around and offer help more openly. Overall good location with plenty of parking. Recommend for people to use.

If all Office Depots are like this one, prediction is gloomy on the longevity of their business. Staff is unmotivated to help, and store is overall run down. One of the unique services they offer and couldn’t fulfill and that is docs shredding citing their (one and only) bin is full with no visibility to when it will be emptied, offering “shred while you wait“ service at a much higher price, or sending the customer to another store. What a pity...

Convenient location by the campus and well stocked with post-its and office supplies. Great access of of Jamboree. Good service and parking is open and free.

Office Depot is a bit different than Staples. The variety per category is not as great, but the quality of the offerings seems better. Ultimately, thats a good thing and speeds up shopping. Its the only stationary store I know of that carrys Tul gel pens. Prices are competitive.

People are so helpful and friendly! Go there. Great rewards program.

Since there is no USPS drop off box in the walking distance of the neighborhood, it is very convenient to drop shipments off at office depot. They usually provide a good customer service and you can print shipping labels on the spot.

Its a big store, friendly staff, great selections on items. They carry my favorite pen brand TUL and also carry the multi-colored TUL pens. If you like variety this is your location.

Huge store with a lot of office products. Nice prices for when you need an item right away. Sometimes can be hard to find items or employees.

Close to home. It has all school stuff for my kid. Store manager is a good man and very knowledgeable. You needed for your office , they got it.

Convenient location. Carefully with the parking lot though. If you arent careful with the pot holes and dips, you can do serious damage to your cars suspension.

Store manager gave me a very hard time when I wanted to return a $200 chair I had purchased the day before. Only after it became clear that I wasnt going to back down, did he grudgingly agree to issue a refund. Outrageous mishandling of the situation. Theyve permanently lost me as a customer.

I was waiting more then 10 mins and nobody helped me. When i found stuff and asked for help they proposed to wsit couple minutes
