I took my instructional driving perfectly fine and by the end of the class, i was given my report with the instructor commenting about my weight more than my driving. Keep in mind that I’m a minor and it extremely hurt my feelings, I don’t even think it’s allowed.

This company is very nice, they are very good about communicating and getting back with you as soon as possible. The teachers are very nice and patient and are very flexible if you need to reschedule a drive time or make up a class you miss.The classes they hold have changed buildings a couple times, but of the classes I took the building was always nice and clean and we were supplied pencils and whatever paperwork we needed.It seems like most of the bad reviews are talking about a driving test, but this company does not administer the driving test, they offer driving classes but not the test. So to anyone who reads the bad review that have to do with the driving test they are referring to the company called EZWay Testing. They are most likely not talking about Driver Education the EZ Way.

My daughter was failed because she had 2 instructors that couldnt figure out there individual jobs, and for the color of her skin. The instructor Jake woke up on the wrong side of the bed due to the current uproar in our country and decided to bring his personal feelings to work! He didnt greet us with a hello or how are you. He greeted us with get out of the car and go over here! I could continue, but my point is dont go here!

We tried to take our son there to get tested for his drivers license. We were told that they only do testing during the day on weekdays. No evening or weekend appointments. So, we had to take our son out of school early to get to the test. We were 5 minutes late and the tester refused to do the test and wouldnt even discuss it with us. He was very terse and rude. I understand we were late; but, the fact that he wouldnt even talk to us was very frustrating. Would not recommend for anyone.

This was a horrible experience! For starters Its $50 for the fee then $34 if you have to reschedule, I had to reschedule due to a light being out in my van. Second time around i couldnt find the vehicle registration, me or my mom. So it seemed I was going to have to reschedule again until I asked if they had a car I could use. They did, for another $40. It was a crappy car. Then in the parking part of the exam, for parallel parking you only have 1 shot to pull forward and back into the space. in addition the man testing me claimed I had knocked over a cone when doing the back into parking space, I neither felt nor saw a cone that had fallen. Cue to the driving portion where he proceeded to tell me I wasnt stopping at the stop signs, I had very clearly verbalized that after my initial stop I was proceeding to pull forward so I could see the road. At one stop sign I was unable to stop at the sign because someone was parked right there. With a piece of equipment, in a residential area. Then on the expressway as I approached a light it turned yellow, literally as I was coming underneath it. I couldnt stop safely so I drove through, when the man testing me turns and goes you just ran a yellow light, by the time we were through it that was red. In addition he kept pointing out things that were obvious. When we finished he proceeded to tell my mom I had failed because I ran 3 stops signs, I hadnt made it clear that I checked at intersections(youre supposed to turn your head, which I did each time) he claimed I only checked at 4 of the 17 intersections. There was also an incident with a semi trying to merge and another car not letting me get over. By the time he got done grilling me and left I started crying. Not going there again.

This company and the examiner followed the guidelines set by the State of Michigan. You have to be on time, bring the right paperwork and prepare for the test by practicing what is in the study guide. The examiner did a good job explaining areas I could work on at the end of the test. Professional job.

Mike Dodge was Strict and very good at his job. Serious guy for serious driving!!!! Good experience with the ezway company be prompt know your stuff you will do fine. Great office person also!!!!

Please read before even thank about testing with this company!Went to this company even after read the review and gave the the benefit they mite be good i was so wrong! I am 21 years old and I passed the parking test ! started to do my road test and the instituter wanted me to go over the posed speed limit because every one else was speeding! then when he wanted me to make a turn and if i would have turned when he wanted me to i would have side swiped a car in the next lane! Also after the test was done he fail to give me any paper work on why i fail! told me in am in inexperienced driver and that its not the end of the world! Thought that was not professional to say! Nair in his place to say to me! I am almost 22 year old adult in 23 days and he had me so upset i was crying! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TALKING DOWN TO YOU!

The most incapable and unhelpful group of instructors around. At all costs, avoid going through Ez-way. These people are terrible to responding to calls and when they do respond they are unfriendly & unhelpful. Mr. Ohs is an emotional driven and unstable person who has no right being any type of instructor. Even worse, is Mike Dodge. This man will fail a person for any reason. I was marked down points for signaling my turn signal too early. These people are all crazy. All a round a terrible service.

The old man was a joke and a half. Hes very rude short very intimidating to your 16 year old child. He waves his hands in the air like swatting flies if you want this creep to fail your kids go for it. Money hungry company to get you to pay again for first fail to make more money off you. They will not give you refunds for their incompetant senior citizen bullying your child for 15 minutes. Worthless company. They do not care about our children. I have absolutely nothing nice to say to their customers service or their management except WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS. PLEASE PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!!!

This guy knows he has one of the only places in town and takes advantage of it.

I put one star cause i had to put something. I have been a professional truck driver for over twenty years. My son has taken his test for the second time and mike dodge is a total douch bag he needs to go back to to driving school or just retire. He yelled at my son and then he told me i didnt know auto laws cause truck laws are different i wouldnt take my my dog to him for training. Hes rude to the kids as if they arent nervious enough. I would love to take a driving test with him one time cause i have experience and milage in reverse then he has going forward.

Do not spend your time or money here. Very rude.

Extremely rude instructor provided no helpful feedback basically take your money for a test and fail you in hopes you will pay for another test.

Did not give clear instructions. And was treated very poorly. Did not give the information i needed. All around bad place to do the test

Paid $46 for them to tell me my light was out.
