My instructor was Nate. I was very nervous and he was very relaxed and very friendly, as a result I could relax and get out of my head. Great communication. Very patient.

They gave us the wrong address then because we were 10 minutes late, said we had to reschedule. The rescheduling will cost MORE money and I don’t get a refund. Very poor communication and very terrible customer service.

My granson took it twice. Failed both times. 2 different instructors meant 2 different grading scales apparently. Went to a different one a week later and passed first time.Just because there is a form to fill out does not mean it us filled out correctly. Each examiner can fill it out aciording to their opinions. Not a fair way to do this.One giving part of the tsst first and another giving that part last is not uniform. One week in between testing does not usually help that much. Sounds like this test is given by opinion only. Actually should have same instructor for retakes.

My daughter was failed because she had 2 instructors that couldnt figure out there individual jobs, and for the color of her skin. The instructor Jake woke up on the wrong side of the bed due to the current uproar in our country and decided to bring his personal feelings to work! He didnt greet us with a hello or how are you. He greeted us with get out of the car and go over here! Instructions were not clear and my daughter didnt know which person to listen to. I could continue, but my point is dont go here!

Horrible experience!!! Save your money and call another company in a Jackson! They refused to do a road test and then refused to provide a refund. They do not provide weekend appointments and expect teenagers to miss school in order to take a road test. Do not cover the rules while booking, or provide them in writing. Said one thing, then changed the terms at time of road test. The owners refuse to call people back!

Couldnt have had better experience with my sons test. From the moment I called, the follow up calls/communication, and the tests itself. We had Mike, Proctor the test and he was absolutely amazing. He provided Incredible feedback, both positive and negative. All of it was to ensure my son drives safely! I highly recommend EZway driver testing to anyone!! We will be back when my younger children are ready for their license!

My sister did her test with Mike D. He was very helpful and genuinely cares that people leave this test as safe drivers regardless of the outcome of the test. He stuck around after the test to work with us on a few things. We had a good experience. They conduct the road test exactly as it is described in the road skills test study guide. Be sure to arrive on time, bring the correct paperwork and a car that has everything working. Just practice the study guide. Very professional.

The course in jackson mi is a joke not to specs i looked up on the website couldnt park a yugo in there course

This place is a money grab. Do NOT go there. They failed my nephew for supposedly NOT looking both ways at the railroad track and he said he clearly looked both ways. Everything else he passed. He failed my daughter because she went forward 2 xs on parallel parking. They want you to come back so that they get at least 2 payments from you, if not more.

Go somewhere else.
