Its just another FD! MY CAR stopped and not one employee or manager came outside to assist, call tow just be courteous. O yea one did but he was getting off!!

Employees always say hello when you walk in the door. If you need help they offer it without an attitude. Great deals, efficient check out line. I will be shopping here from now on

And being cold and snow then we got out and went to the local Family Dollar on Briarwood everyone on the staff greeted us had everything we need for being cold and stuck in the house spend a lot of money what you guys took care I need staff was friendly and nice my son and I will return again.

I dont like to give bad reviews. But the days Ive been going into this (Briarwood Dr Jackson) store. The store has turned horrible its messy and empty. My purchases is what have me questioning the store . I bought house whole items. This Tide and Clorox were halfway used out of so I take pictures to send to corporate office. This the second time Ive had a issues wit my Tide once it poured out like water. I started going across the the street. The workers are mice but still it takes more for good products and services.

Cashier was courteous however I wondered why she wanted to know if I needed a bag for my items purchased. The store in general wasnt cluttered in comparison to other locations.

I shop in this family dollar almost every day I live close by well never had a problem always nice and on Sunday October the 27th the cashier with glasses on she must be new she accused me of stealing a 5 hour energy because she seen me pick it up and I did not bring it to register I had not picked one up at all I was going to I was fixing to get one but changed my mind I can get them cheaper at gas station so all I did was literally put my hand on it my kids were with me that was very inappropriate and embarrassing I will not be going back for a while the manager needs to k know and tell her employees dont need to make accusations thats not true

The store was messy. Wasnt safe for me who have a bad back or my disabled mom. Wont be going back.

Have gotten nice personal service there, but they do not answer the phone if you want to inquire about product availability

Everything was great ... Clean the world.and on the floor was nice.... and the male cashier was friendly.
