I primarily use the print department and this team is exceptional. I have nothing but good things to say about this store. I usually find good deals also while browsing. I do appreciate great customer service, and that’s what I get each and every time!

Yesterday I wanted to have shipping labels made and the guy that didnt seem to want to assist me and he told me that I would have to pay $20 per label I told him Ive never had to pay for labels he never even looked up at me so I proceeded to leave until I asked the girl name Keanna to help me and she took his place and went above and beyond her job she made sure I had what I came there for... THANKS AGAIN KEANNA

When my online order wasnt delivered, the manager Mr. Cornelius personally returned my call and handled it! He talked me through the process so he could fix it, then he personally came out in the RAIN and delivered the products I ordered. I really appreciate him so much, I have shopped there for years and will continue to do so. Good Job Yall !!

I gave a one star because no star is not an option. They have no customer service backbone throughout the entire store. The immature person working in photo department didn’t blink an eye, nor spoke. Didn’t even try to help me an a couple others that needed help printing something. He just sat there. Literally sat there!!!

We needed to print and laminate bookmarks for a funeral service. We were in a time crunch and driving through the night from Colorado to get there in time. William B. went in to work 2 hours before his shift to get the large printing job finished for us. He customer service went above and beyond the normal expectations! I’ve never had customer service like this before. I would recommend this location to anyone - especially the printing department. Thank you William!

I ordered two ink cartridges on April 4, 2020 for $71.48. Your ad said there would be a discount for orders over $45. When I checkout out, no discount was granted, saying the ad had expired. Isnt that false advertising?

After spending more than hour to buy a printer just to find out they either dont have it in stock or they dont have ink

The people were nice but the music was HORRIBLE! We were there at 7:30 PM, 1/7/19. This is NOT the place to get your groove on or play vulgar lyrics. It’s a business.

Office Depot is always professional and have excellent products. For the first time however they couldnt help me with a printing need. I needed 8 documents in a binder. The turn around time was longer than I expected because they had 32 different binders ahead of me.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Every time Ive been there they are eager to help me and I dont always get the same employee either! Theyre actually all wonderful!

The staff were helpful at the shipping desk. This store is old and a little run down but the shelves seemed well stocked. It is nice to have the ability to ship UPS or USPS after hours and on the weekend but that is about all I use the store for.

Know what your after before you come in.. dont ask for help..you will be lost if you do. DO NOT use the print shop..its that bad. The employees remind me of a used stereo shop. Look for the one not sagging his pants or the women not on her bluetooth talking to her BF. Thatll be the one that might can point you in the direction of the ink..but dont ask them to show you.

Horrible customer service at this location. I wanted to get wedding invitations printed and cut. I bought my own paper and measured out exactly how I wanted them cut and gave explicit instructions. I was guaranteed they would be finished by the next day at noon. They were not finished until the next day at 5pm because the worker who guaranteed they would be done “figured another employee would finish them.” They were cut uncentered, uneven, and just poorly done overall. Over half of the invitations had faded ink that they “couldn’t do anything about”. They also neglected to save my paper and used it on other people’s orders because the employee neglected to leave a note— costing me $25 of unused paper. Overall, a terrible experience. Will not be going back.

Staff were nice and courteous. Can find some good deals in store. I always look for clearance items.

I found the prices on some things to be somewhat high but its nice to have a store like this around for printing and buying basic office supplies.

Hard to find. Its on the I-55 frontage road so that makes it hard to get to and leave. The staff was helpful though.

The store has been really understaffed. Ive had to leave twice because the line was too long and they were running 1 cashier. I can never get an associate to help me on the floor.

The wait time at this store is normally terrible. They closed down one location close by, so Im guessing everyone pile here. On Fridays when I need to do one specific thing, I hate waiting. Its the same every week.
