I took classes at Empire on and off over six months and would recommend it to anyone looking for jazz, contemporary, theatre, hip-hop, and ballet in the area. The staff are very professional and the classes are fast-paced and a good workout. They keep you moving the whole time which is great! The combos are fun and always new and different. I love that a lot of teachers add in a short workout at the start of class- yoga, pilates, abs, you name it. For people who already dance well, there are always new layers of challenge that make it a learning experience for everyone there. As a new dancer, I learned a TON and am very happy to have been able to start at a studio with such high standards! Great place to learn, get a good workout, and really push your limits.

We took our 3 year old to the mini hip hop class. It was so fun! I highly recommend this group of fun professional instructors!

My daughter absolutely loves the instructors and vibe at Empire. We live in Nebraska but always try to drop in whenever we are in the KC area. Highly recommend checking them out when coming through town!

Empire is a very high quality, professional, and all around empowering studio! The instruction my daughter receives is impeccable! The environment and community is welcoming, positive, and encouraging! My daughter feels like a part of a very supportive dance family and can’t get enough of the classes and top of the line choreography and instruction that this studio offers! Highly recommend this studio to everyone looking for a well priced, extremely high quality instruction, and all around supportive and positive studio for dancers at any level!!! Words can’t even express how great Empire and staff are, you just have to go and experience it yourself!! You will not regret it!!
