Last year 2017, they got a new principal. He is making some great decisions. I have seen him handling kids and socializing. Seems like a great guy. The Music teacher, Jason Elam, is AWESOME!!! Easy to get along with, willing to listen, knows how to get kids motivated.

I love this school, its filled with friendly faces and intellectually speaking staff. They always try to make things easier for the teacher and the student let it be ease of access or access to resources. The administration really know how to motivate a team, a school.

I was only there my last 3 months and the teachers are Rude and so is the other staff. Coming from a rough background i almost had a fught my first day and didnt feel welcomed at all. The fashion teacher is the only thing that kept me in check other than that the abusive environments is not good for teens with anger problems or can from the inner city

This school is HORRIBLE! Vice principle is rude and verbally abusive to students. Teachers have no organization and have no idea what theyre doing 99% of the time. I was in a class for an entire semester doing online classes passed and never got any credits for anything! I would never put my child in this school and id recommend no one else does either! I can say Mrs.Caspari and Mr.Morris and Coach Brown were my favorite teachers and i actually learned something in class with them. But 3 teachers out of an entire school is pretty sad and not worth your time.

Is terrible teachers dont try they profile every student. The education there is terrible I dont know how those teachers even got there diplomas and if they dont like you they just kick you out no questions asked I for one will make sure my children dont attended that school in the future overall this school is the worst in the Kansas city area. We really need to boycott the head administrator at this school and redo the whole staff and just start that school over before it has anymore drop outs. Fact- winnetonka has more drop outs then Staley and north oak combined theres a problem there right? Right.

I graduated in 2010 and even though I had my differences with some of the staff I know half the time is wasnt their fault. Overall I think its a wonderful school, and the only thing that can make it unpleasant is how you approach it.

I would rather go somewhere else. It isnt bad but watch who your kids associate with.
