Since I m taking the course online, what is the downside of it?I have seen many comments that the teachers teach them the right stuff for the exam. Unfortunately, I have to take mine online due to time restrictions. Is it possible to have some note from the class instructors or suggestions on what to study more?

Larry and Conrad are good teachers they go fast but, I kept up pretty good. I was all ready to take my exam fresh out of class but, then the shutdown happened and the testing sites closed now Im not sure how Ill do w/o fresh instruction.5/28/2020 - 5 stars I just passed my exam today both parts!!! I took my pre license class and salesperson class here and I can’t recommend it enough. If you need to get your license this is the place to go. They teach you what is on the test so you can pass the test. I originally signed up with an online class with a different company and it was boring and took forever. CSE is great. I passed the test the 1st time. The Kansas City location is great with food and shopping close for lunch breaks.

Started my pre-license 25 years ago at the Ward Parkway location, and I continue with my CE online. CES instructors are great, miss the daily jokes that Mark used to give in the classroom setting.

Just picked up 6 hours of CE class today and enjoy every minute of it.The Instructor was funny and very knowledgeable to where even the experts in the class learned something. Ive completed many different certifications and extra curricular education programs over the years. The pre-exam salesperson license by CES was one of my all time favorites. Yes, they go FAST and youre cramming a ton of information in over 6 days, but the way they teach is superb. The teachers are fun and energetic and the time passes quickly. Heck, I aced my test!

I have gotten all my Real Estate CE Training at Career Education System since 1980. I was licensed in 1977 and took my pre-license school at the Kansas City Real Estate Board when it was downtown at 9th and Baltimore.. (All they had were evening classes). CES is so much more convenient and comprehensive. I take their CHEAP CE Classes on line also now. I still do not know why we have Dual Agency in Missouri?!

If youre serious about wanting to pass the National and State Real Estate test, Richard is your ticket. Hes the smartest man youll ever meet and he works very hard to make SURE you have the information necessary to pass the test. What a blessing this man is for your future. I first attempted to complete the online course. With a small child and multiple pets in the house I found this much more difficult to accomplish. I dont necessarily have any issue with the online course but once I transferred to the classroom to complete the course I could tell that was the answer. The instructor for the Missouri classes is very knowledgeable and makes sure that we know and understand the material and there are many opportunities for further information throughout the day. He also presents the information in a way that doesnt bore you into snoozing. I am so glad that I chose CES for my pre-license classes!

Ya everyones nice, but the classes go way to fast and they dont explain very much as the class goes through the day. They made it very hard to follow along as fast as he was going! I dont know if this is the place I would waste $700 at.

I took the 30 hour KS Salesperson Pre-Exam at CES. I highly recommend CES. The program and the incredible instructor Angela K prepared me so well that I was able to pass the test on my first attempt. Thank you CES

Bought the online course , passed their exam and course , took the test a few times and didnt pass, called them for help and they just recommeded another site for test to purchase , I ended up going to another company in KC and attending class,.passed both EXAMS yesterday , Career Education System in my eyes failed me , left me out in the cold , dont buy their products, they dont back them up
