In fact, so honest he told me what I could do to make my house more presentable. Its not an easy pill to swallow because I have a serious Type A personality and keep things pristine. However, when you live in a house for even a few years you can become complacent. His ideas are fresh and its clear he knows what hes doing. My home was listed for about 18 hours and already had 2 offers with a 3rd that didnt want to get in a bidding war. SOLD IN ONE DAY! Now for the cherry... It broke the neighborhood sales record!
