Horrible bus drivers horrible communication buses are always late for pick up and drop off.. the worst I’ve ever seen!!

First day talked to driver about times,,late for pickup, IM UNDERSTANDING, I know it’s the first day, Waited 40min for drop off, talked to driver asked if this was the wait time, he stated he might be 5min earlier tomorrow,, so I assume 35min wait, so I’ll leave hs in 25min, this driver calls my wife says I need to come get my kid this the last time he’s waiting,& hangs up on her, imagine mama frantic screaming! Day 1 4:40 drop off, today 4:20. Again I understand first week trying to figure it all out, but his rudeness, telling my daughter get off & walk, she’s scared, she refused. She’s 9, fear of stranger, the stress & fear from covid. Children are experiencing anxiety & fear. This driver needs to learn compassion & respect! Called the company & as seen in other reviews, the person on the other end is just as rude. He could of called & said I’m early today! Still working this timing out,,

Very caring Owner, loves his employees which has created a very family oriented environment. Constantly enhancing their service level. Possibly had some challenges, but who has not had challenges.

I think this company has potential to be a great company, Buses were upgraded to accommodate the school they provide transportation for. I see that this is a great company when it comes to their employees. The struggle is maintaining a certain image when it come to management and how they are perceived, the pay is bit low compared to Raytown School District which offer the same pay but with better benefits and hours, no company is perfect, but can come close with the goals and image are in mind....................Good Luck KC Premier wish you the best.

My car was parked legally and was hit by the bus.it has not been fixed and it has been over a year since this happened.I cannot get there insurance info.they told me to go to kckauto and they would fix it .They said they would have to find a mirror.Im still waiting.i dont know what to do next.

Was just behind one of these buses. Todays date is 3/1/19. The tag was a Kansas temp tag. Expired 9/30/18. Makes me wonder about the company.

Zero Stars ! Very unprofessional company and bus drivers ! My kids have been Bullied all year from the #1 Bus Driver Named Bobby ! She called my kids Horrible and the worst kids ever when they are not ! She talked about my kids hair and told one that she was just mad because her hair wasn’t did ! Why would she talk about an 7 & 9 year old like that ? She made my kids sit in the hot sun , when my child tried moving into the shade she made her scoot back over by the window and sit directly in the sun ! When I reported this I was told it was nothing they could do about the sun . But obviously if it was shade a few inches over that she tried sitting in they could’ve allowed it ! Children have died on buses and daycare vans from sitting in excessive heat but it’s apparent that they don’t care ! When I tried talking to the bus driver about this she told me “ Don’t make her pull over and get off this bus “ and called dispatch saying “ It’s about to go down “ and then told me I’m just mad because I don’t have a job ! Why would someone driving kids around have this type of attitude? She told my kids & the other kids on the bus that she had a KNIFE IN HER PURSE & that she would CUT me if I came back to the bus stop ! Why would she say this to kids ? And it’s Ok to have a weapon on a School Bus ? Or even to lie and tell kids you did if you didn’t ?! The Driver & the Company says her bus is a No talking bus but the Bus driver allows certain people of her choosing to talk while the others have to follow the rule and ride the hour ride in silence ! My kid had on a wristband and started playing with it and the driver pulled over the bus to go tell her to take it off and put it in her book bag that’s ok but Meanwhile she allows the kids who sit in the front and are her favorite to play with cellphones , tablets and talk whenever they want ! But again I was told it’s a no talking bus & nothing is allowed ! The Rules should apply to everyone !! When I reported the issues I was told that a bus monitor would ride with her but it’s been TWO days and my kids say no monitor was present ! I feel very unsafe having my kids ride this bus ! The Driver should be FIRED FOR ALL SHE HAS DONE ! She threatens my kids ever other day saying they will get kicked off the bus and their mom and dad would have to take them ! We would be more than glad to take them but we work and have to provide for our families & that’s what this service is for . To provide a safe and ensuring ride to school for them even though they haven’t been !

This company is the worst! 2 hours after dismissal getting my 5 year old home. Michael the dispatcher is rude as hell....and does not know how to talk to parents about their children. Told me I dont know what to tell you when he couldnt reach the driver via radio. This is unacceptable and they will hearing more from me.

This company and its staff (drivers and dispatchers) are very rude and unprofessional. My kid gets left almost every morning because the driver is either too early or too late. When you call the office about your concerns its always a rude person on the other end of the phone. No matter what the excuse is (trust they have a lot of them) the goal is to get my child picked up and dropped off at the assigned times made by the company. Not to be talked all crazy to ! Hell the bus even had a collision once and the parents werent notified until about a week later.
