I’ve only been going to this school for three months and I’ve learned so much. I’ve always had an interest and a good understanding of hair but the school has helped me improve what I already knew and help me understand what I didn’t. All of the teachers are very nice and will help you with anything you are having trouble with. I’m really exited to graduate and start my life as a hairstylist.

I have chose the hair design program and I have only improved more and more everyday! The teachers are amazing especially Mr. John! Thank you AHD for setting me up for success and providing the tools and education that I needed to be the stylist that I am today. The passion and the collective years of experience between the teachers and stuff is unmatched. Nobody promised me it would be easy but if I wanted a positive school experience I needed to show up on time, work hard, study, and stay motivated. I took their advice and the year that I was in school flew by and I enjoyed everyday that I was clocked in. This school is not an easy way out or just cosmetology school. If you want to be successful in this industry then you are expected to put in your time and try your best with everything. My teachers were always willing to help when I needed it, always encouraging, and they pushed me out of my comfort zone which only helped me grow. If you want to learn hair, skin, nails, or all 3 and youre serious about your education this is your school. They have such a large walk-in clinic you are able to get a ton of hands-on practice rather than working on a mannequin all day. Leave the bad attitudes, laziness and cattiness at the door and come on in for an amazing education! 10/10 recommend the AHD :)

This school is one of the best choices I made, I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for this school, I came in thinking I was gonna just gonna do hair and ended up being a makeup artist 💄 and hairstylist 💇🏻‍♀️. I’ve already had experience Doing makeup on myself and some hair styling. But going to this school gave me the courage and confidence to do makeup on other people and to elevate my career. I did a tour to Paul Mitchell and it wasn’t for me it was snobby and not welcoming in my opinion as soon as I walked in there people were rude. And Aveda was all about their natural products and also their vibe wasn’t welcoming at all. At academy of hair design they were welcoming from the beginning and were willing to help me out and answer any questions I had. Also the staff was great and it was more hands on when it came to being on the floor and doing clients. I had a gel manicure done with Jennifer A. Jennifer was very pleasant and professional, and her work was spot on. My nails look perfect, and at less than half the price of what I would pay at a typical salon. I couldnt be happier, and will definitely be going back for more services. (A hard gel mani is 20.00, gel pedi is 20)

I decided to attend AHD because of the talent I saw coming out of this school. I started back in March and you really do learn so much so fast! I have been able to build on a passion that I have had for at least 10 years now. There are some absolutely amazing teachers here! I feel as though we get a ton of practice on actual people which is probably the best part, this school gets an incredible amount of walk ins which is so much better then working on a mannequin. The staff and the students are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk into the school, you see how professional the staff is and how clean the establishment is. The students are very courteous and attentive, the teacher’s are constantly walking around and asking the clients if they are happy with the services they are receiving as well as offering tips to the students to make certain that your experience is the best that it can be. Considering the fact that this is a school you might be worried that you may end up with a bad haircut, color service or a nail or skincare service but that’s never been an issue. It’s actually the opposite. The teacher’s watch over the students and pay attention to the services that you are receiving. I highly recommend that you come in and get a makeover. The prices are so affordable you can’t help but want to go in as often as possible.

My experience at Academy of Hair Design was none other than stellar!From the education, instructors, positive atmosphere, and practical skills, I enjoyed every bit of it.I went to school knowing there were different avenues I could take in the cosmetology industry. While I enjoyed doing hair, skin, and nails and knew I wanted to stay in this industry, I had always wanted to do something more on the business side.After graduating, I became a sales rep for a haircare distribution company. I worked directly with salons in providing them with their hair color and products. This eventually led me to helping out salon owners with their social media presence and turning that into my full time job.I now own my own marketing company specifically for beauty professionals. It has been an awesome ride full of lots of opportunities in this field. All credit to AHD for being my foundation for an awesome career. A school I couldnt recommend enough!

I went here last year under the nail technician program and it was a great hands on experience. They supplied me with all of the tools I’d need to be successful. I’m now a year in working at a nail shop with a steady clientele thanks to the job placement program. 10/10 recommended if you want to get licensed.

Yohanny Vazquez was great she was so good with my granddaughter and the hair cut is perfect. Whats higher than an A+ because thats how good she was. And Michelle sorry no last name was so good too, she didnt do the hair but she helped keep my granddaughter entertainment well my daughter got her haircut. I would let either one do my hair. Both girls definitely excellent work ethic

I can honestly say the academy of hair design is one of the best hair schools here in Las Vegas. They really try and prepare you in every way they can for once you graduate. When it came to my practical and written exams I was super knowledgeable of everything so it was pretty easy to pass both exams. You get a lot of practice at the school too since they’re a lot of walk ins! You won’t regret coming to the academy

Recent graduate from the Academy and my experience was one of the best. I had an amazing time. I’ve learned so much and was really able to grow there as a person and also as a professional.I wouldn’t have been able to do the work I’m doing without you. Upon arriving at 8AM in which they open. I was the 4th person in line. All I ordered was a wash and flat iron. I sat, waited patiently, counted 16 people whom came after me be seated and worked. I had to remind Ms. Claudia who works front that I had been waiting. Definitely needs better management and to cater to their clients better. Although it could have been and honest mistake there was little to no effort to correct it for me.

I came back in 2015 for the first time. I got flat twists. They looked nice. Got great compliments too!Then I return last year 2020. I got a scalp treatment and blow out style. The final look I was horrified! The student didnt know a comb from brush. She didnt know how to comb my hair. Im very nervous I know this a beauty school. But where are the teachers? I saw no teachers walking around check on students.

Came back to give them a try after 2.5 years. Front desk is still not organized and complete chaos. Procedures are not clear and the front desk has no idea what is going on in the salon when a basic timing question is asked.Last attempt.here. will not be back again.

I am writing to address eminent concerns about the failure of the owner and managers who did not implement COVID 19 protocols. The students are fearful of speaking out in fear of retaliation.Please see the list of the failures/negligence below.1) AHD failed to implement Covid 19 safety protocols of staff, students and clients. In late July 2021, the nail tech attendance went from 40 to 10 students due to students who reported to the administrative staff that they tested positive for COVID.2) AHD failed to inform students and clients that several students reported testing positive for COVID late July - early August 2021. AHD also failed to implement Covid protocols (mask and glove mandates disinfecting, implementing sanitizing stations, social distancing, etc).3) Some students asked why AHD failed to inform all persons about the COVID outbreak aforementioned. The organization’s reply was “we are not required to.”4) The organizations lack of any responsible engagement set in motion a domino effect of potentially deadly consequences affecting students, staff, instructors and the elderly (the most vulnerable in our community).I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and any appropriate accountable organization to engage this blatant and egregious disregard for the lives of so many. I look forward to your immediate response.

Brought my son here for a haircut and bianca was absolutely amazing. She is friendly and his hair looks great. Ask for bianca, you wont be sorry.

The instructors are great with directing any services if needed. The students who worked on my facials and lashes did an amazing job and everyone is so kind. I would recommend anyone to come here for services!!! The micro-pumpkin facial is hands down my favorite!

Terrible customer service from this touring middle age woman called crystalThey make me wait for over an hour just to tell me I need to schedule an appointment? And then she rolled her eyes on me and gave me passive aggressive attitude when the owner and everyone else in the school is super nice ? . Horrible experience. Was displeased with my nails but I did not want to make the person that did them feel bad. When the lady came around to check I was not going to say oh there is a lot of dead skin on my nails etc. The gel nail polish started to peel the next day, as I expected due to the thick layers that the student applied. I spent 45$ on a Pumpkin Pedicure and gel nail polish manicure on Wednesday August 31st. I went out of town and the more I began to look at my nails I was like this is so unacceptable. Total waste of money. I called to inquire about my hardships and they said since it has been 10 days that there is nothing they can do. I left the hair school Wednesday around 8 PM on Wednesday so it has been technically been 8 days assuming that a wild animal didn’t eat away at my nails over night because I called around 8:30 AM. I do agree I should have spoken up sooner but I honestly didn’t want to make anyone feel bad. Next time something like this happens I will just have to hurt feelings. Might still go speak with the owner though. Just not a good look to be providing customers with poor technical services. I’m no rocket scientist but I know good and well my nails should not have looked like this in less than a week. Period.

I graduated from this amazing beauty school this month (October 2020). I had recently attended a different beauty school and decided to leave because they didnt provide a good education and I felt that I was paying to waste my time. I was happily surprised when AHD did the total opposite for me. They made me feel prepared and educated before sending me out on my own. Providing education that was always updated and modern. Making sure to teach their students the best ways to complete services while keeping up with the times. Any questions I ever had were always answered. Any issues were always dealt with and handled immediately. The staff is amazing and does everything they can to make sure that they see you succeed. Before taking my State Board practical, there were no questions as to what I had to be doing and how I had to be doing it. They did an amazing job at preparing their students for the real world. I graduated from this amazing school in September of 2019. I received the best education money can buy. The instructors are always willing to help and are always teaching you new modern techniques. The big thing that helped me become the great stylist I am today is the fact that we constantly are working on the public. Working with a variety of people helped me in a lot of ways, it taught me how to communicate better and how to listen which is a big part of this industry. The clients are so patient with you and are understanding. The atmosphere in this school is great and friendly. All the students are willing to help with anything you need so not only are you learning from teacher but from your fellow students and you get to learn multiple ways to do things! You get a lot of support while your here. They give you every possible resource to use while you are attending. I am now employed here and it is just as great! They treat everyone they meet like family. When we were forced to close down due to the Covid-19 they offered the students distanced learning which basically means the students were able to complete their theory hours online at home. They were able to text or call their teachers anytime they needed help. The teachers constantly were checking in on students to make sure they understood every thing they were learning at home. The education experience and love you will receive here outstanding.

This school is the worse! They can not keep teachers and their administration is rude and very disrespectful! They’re also not taking proper precautions when it comes down to the safety of their students during this pandemic. Students were not wearing masks and sit directly next to each other. For two weeks my daughter has called me crying begging me to pick her up because the school is nitpicking with her. Just because y’all are the best school in the state does not mean you can treat your students any way! If you’re looking into attending please make sure to ask the students about their experience before signing your contract.

I am so pleasantly surprised. This place is awesome. (A very good thing as my arm will be in a cast for the next 6-7 weeks and it is very difficult to wash, blow dry, color etc your hair with only one arm!) Everyone has been sooo nice but Daniela, Gracie and Karina have been absolutely the best.

The student who did my services actually did a GREAT JOB. She was very good and very professional, I was SATISFIED with how the finishing service that was performed by the student and WHAT I RECEIVED from her was amazing.. I had paid $16.00 for cluster eyelashes and literally by the end of the day, I had 2 to 3 lash clusters left. Per eye. The lady at the front told me that they would last a week! That was TOTALLY A LIE because they barely lasted an 8 hour day.I also paid $15.00 for eyebrow wax and tint. NOT having issues with this part of the service. But VERY DISSATISFIED with ALL of my lashes being off within an 8hour time frame...Im guessing that the ISSUE is with the adhesive that they are using. Its TERRIBLE... they really should consider finding another BRAND of adhesive feasible for the time frame in which that they are telling people.

Never put your dreams behind you. After years of putting my dream of becoming a hair stylist I signed up at AHD in June of 2020 and I am now a licensed hair stylist. One of the best decisions I ever made for myself and my family. Put in the work and your dream is at the end. They say the friends you meet in beauty school are your best friends. I couldnt be more thankful for all my hair brothers and sisters I met during my time at AHD they definitely made every early morning and long day worth it. The hands on training was my favorite and its nice that there is no wrong or right way. You learn many different techniques from different instructors. Dont go another day putting your dream off to the side, sign up do the time and have a career doing what you love! AHD for the win. Thanks guys for the time!!

DO NOT WASTE your money here if its anything other than a haircut. The students trying is the only reason for 2 stars. I came and paid for a balayage and haircut ($100) and the student off the bat told me this was her first time. I was not concerned because I know its a beauty school and she would have instructors guiding her through each step. Let me tell you, the instructor only came around twice. Once in the beginning for a max of a minute and the second time at the very end telling the student she needed to stop since they were closing. At one point there were 4 students working on my hair because they were more concerned about getting in trouble by the instructor for not finishing in time. All while the instructors were joking around in the corner having a conversation about I dont know what. When I was rushed to get out, I expressed my experience to all of them about the lack of guidance the student had received with my hair, the nail specialis told me if I wanted a professional service I should have gone to a professional salon. What kind of response is that?!?! Another instructor kept looking at her watch making it seem I was wasting her time. When I told them of their lack of presence, they all said they knew what was going on but yet they not once stepped in to teach the student on proper steps or making sure it was going smooth. The student kept apologizing that it was her first time and didnt know how to do it exactly. Below is a picture of what I wanted and what I got. The instructors could have corrected any problem before it was a problem and had no time to correct it. Horrible experience and service from the ones that are supposed to training professionals.

How is it at 1:30 pm on Saturday there are not 2 students available to do a haircut after 15 years of coming here I have never had this happen!

Ive had my hair cut since Nov 2015 and as one class graduated, knew my next stylist now get color and and my brows done and got lashes permed and tinted by a former teacher now in her business.s

According to their website, there is “no appointment needed”. This is a lie! I’ve gone twice now over the last month to get a basic haircut and they haven’t had anyone available.

I recently signed up for this school back in august due to a bad accident I was in I missed one day and had to restart signed me up for nov which didn’t work for me so Attempted to change the start date never got a call back and they then got upset with me for it and informed me I would be enrollled into January class here comes January a few days before the class starts where I’m informed I have to enroll for February which made no sense but I agreed and as soon as I did I got an email from John saying they were going to “ pass” on my enrollment AND WHEN I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK now I’m stuck trying to figure out what steps to take next I went through a lot of trouble to try to get into school and start my career and I’m constantly having obstacles thrown at me but I never thought one of the obstacles would be the school itself THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE STUDENTS TRY TO TREAT US LIKE KIDS AND POOR COMMUNICATION PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT SCHOOL

My stylist today was Jasmin. She, under guidance of her instructor, gave me a fantastic cut. Most importantly, it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. And THAT, folks, is why this place is so great. You will not find a better bargain on the services offered, and you get what you ask for. This was my 3rd haircut from AHDLV. I love this place. Staff and students are WONDERFUL. Very professional, without the ouch factor of salon pricing! Thank you AHDLV!

My mom & i have been goin 2 the hair academy of design since they were on the east side of Decatur & Charleston since the late 80s.the teachers & the students r so nice.i give them all the credit 4 what they do & what they learn.so talented

Run don’t walk! Get as far away from this place as you can.. the BIGGEST scam ever. The makeup they provide you with is CHEAP. The towels you use in class are PRE-USED towels super unsanitary. They don’t even offer a lot of supplies or equipment because they use your tuition money to buy their fancy cars and homes. And lastly they WILL NOT let you in the building if you come late. Even if it’s one minute late. Trust me, I’ve arrived at 801am and they REFUSED to let me in!! So I missed a whole 8hr day because of 1min late. This is by far the WORST I REPEAT THE WORST school ever. And during your orientation I promise they will tell you “Don’t believe all the negative reviews” nah BELIEVE THEM!! oh and Kira will try to get you to do cosmetology because it’s the most expensive program there but say no !! Go to another academy please do yourself that favor. They also allow weirdos on campus so protect yourself.

I am 3 days away from graduation from my cosmetology course and AHD has exceeded my expectations as a school. The teachers and hands on hair floor were the most educating and fun part pf the program.

I am currently a student at the Academy Of Hair Design and I have 3 months left to graduate. I was recently nominated as a Behind the Chair, One Shot Hair Awards finalist. Its the biggest hair awards in the world. I wouldnt have entered if it wasnt for the teachers pushing me towards creating content and entering the competition.This school has helped me elevate not only my skills but also my confidence and ability to market my work in a professional manner.My advice for anyone trying to enroll into the school is DO IT!! Theres amazing students here whos talent is insane! And the teachers are all super skilled, patient, and will definitely bring the best out of you.

Im a student at Academy of Hair Design and with 4 months left to graduate, I couldnt be more excited ! This school has helped provide so many opportunities for me and has helped give me the tools to succeed. Recently I participated in a competition for the Unfiltered Experience convention and was honored to win to be on the set of The Look All Stars season 3 and be published with them! The competition was for the best transformation. I created the look at school where I am constantly being pushed to do my best and take on new challenges. AHD is definitely the best place to get a cosmetology license because they give you so much more than just a license. They provide experience, patience, an overall good energy, and help you feel confident entering into the industry.

Great customer service safe clean and very organized

Took a long time but plenty of staff helping as well as three instructors. I always see instructors and they frequently visit the students working on peoples hair as well as mine. Yes it took a while but it was a few firsts for my student to do a full hair transformation. From brown to grey. She did awesome and lots of help and support. I felt welcomed and was never left unattended or uncomfortable at any moment. Professional experience for me Will be going back very soon for more services!

This school claims to be the best in the state but CERTAINLY does not act like it they are rude and disrespectful and after months of THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION they are now robbing me of starting school at all without an explanation even though I’ve attempted to reach out multiple times John is a joke and so is this school if this is how they treat their students they claim to “ CARE” about.

This was my first time being a customer or getting my haircut by someone else in a long time! Ive cut my hair myself for a couple years now and decided its time to let someone who knows what theyre doing cut mine. Right off the bat I knew the student knew what they were doing and had lots of experience behind the chair! The experience was amazing, and I was taken care of fantastically. At the end the student gave me recommendations on what products to use to take care of my hair & scalp. Overall I had an amazing experience and will continue to visit on a regular basis. couldnt be happier!

This is a great place. My cousin came here to be a hair designer and she had a great experience. She was there for a little while and learned a lot and now is a hair designer at a great spot. This school is great. She spoke very highly of the instructors and a manager named Darcy. The place is always clean and full of great trainers. If being a hair designer is your goal then go check this school out.

In 2009 I came to this school and got licensed in hair design and my experience was so good i had to come back this year to become a full cosmetologist. In the last nine years my experience has been uplifting and life changing . The staff here is excellent towards making the students prepared for any field in cosmetology. I recommend that anyone attend this school to only have the same experience i have.

Nubia did an amazing job putting the highlights into my hair without damaging it! She was careful and attentive at every step of the process. My dissatisfaction has far more to do with the staff who run the school. The front desk does not communicate with clients or students whatsoever, and the teachers are quick to offer advice without knowing what a student is trying to do, or sign off on a job poorly done. Ive only had a good manicure from their students maybe once in 5 or 6 tries, and every student has used a different process. When I went in for my hair highlight and color, I was shown a wide array of colors at the front, then told by a teacher I only had 2 shade choices in blue. The end result was green.And when my boyfriend went in with his long hair to get a simple trim, the student that was assigned to him not only had no idea what to do with long hair, but was actively tangling it in the wash station and then tangling it more while brushing because he was going so fast. Between that experience and my color situation, we will absolutely not be trusting either of our hair to them again.

I’ve been here twice now. Both times were for my hair. My second appointment I had a long wait ahead of me and decided to get my nails done. I told the receptionist that I wanted a cut down and a polish change. She then tried telling me my nails were fine and that I didn’t need a cut down! I didn’t know my nails were her nails? Second, she was giving attitude when I was asking her questions. She’s very unprofessional and rude to be up front.

Got two hair cuts and gel nails. Both haircuts had uneven cuts found the following morning when I brushed it. My gel nails started peeling 3 days after. I called 8 days after that and they said I needed to come in sooner. I explained to them that I couldnt make it in as my special needs son became very ill and was in the hospital for 7 days. So I peeled the nails off only to find I had nail fungus. Will not be going here any more.

I went here a few months ago and had a Student named Gina. Showed her a few pictures and I have to say it was one of the few times in my life that someone did my hair the way I asked. She really went over and above trying to make me happy and asked for help when she needed it.. Which I appreciate. I feel confident in having her do a color next visit.. Cant wait..

My first time here and it was a very pleasant and friendly experience. My wait wasnt very long and I am very pleased with my cut! I cant remember the young ladys name but she was friendly (as well as the other ladys around) and asked a lot of questions to make sure she fully understood what I wanted. I will be coming back!

Great Large and open space. Decore is nice too. The staff is all very friendly and the teacher are very detailed. An affordable school that I will be sending my daughter to for the next session. I know this is her path to a better life. I want to thank the staff for the tour today and putting my mind at ease . Cheers!

This is a great place. My cousin came here to be a hair designer and she had a great experience. She was there for a little while and learned a lot and now is a hair designer at a great spot. This school is great. She spoke very highly of the instructors and a manager named Darcy. The place is always clean and full of great trainers. If being a hair designer is your goal then go check this school out.

PLEASE BE ADVISED BEFORE GOING HERE! I made the decision to go and I understand that students might not be fully skilled but I never expected to get what I received. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO TEACHERS WALKING AROUND CHECKING ON WHAT IS BEING COMPLETED. It says there are teachers on the website and I saw one. The red head teacher stayed at the front laughing with people and I NEVER ONCE saw her do a single thing. When she approached me about my hair she did nothing. I asked for a trim and 6 inches were cut in the back... to the point that it is so short my curls wont curl. I take responsibility for trying a school for the first time but this school needs to take responsibility for their lack of attention! Ive never had such a bad haircut in my life and I have to wear a hat to cover it. I wish that were a joke but its not.

I seriously didnt know that my face could look like this. I had Lauren who did my makeup the day of my wedding and she did an amazing job!There were other students around but they were all so sweet and kind.We also didnt think we were going to have time to get my nails done but the teacher made it happen for me. So make and nails at the same time. Every student that we met there was absolutely fantastic!Thank you so much ladies for helping us get ready for our big day! ❤❤

I loved it! I didnt have a long wait. My stylist was friendly and funny. I just wanted the ends cut off and the underside shaved. He showed me some photos of designs he could do in the underside. And I told him to be creative! I loved it, and Ive gotten tons of compliments on it! So I do plan on going back to see Juan A. As long as he is there :)

I had services done at AHD about three weeks ago and I want to compliment everyone involved. The first was a man on the phone (Johnny). He was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me exact directions. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman at the desk, Brandy, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The student that provided my color correction was named Samantha. Both she and Ms. Suzie did an excellent job, explaining the entire process. I have been getting services at beauty schools since I was a teenager (Im now 70) and this was my best experience. Their price for my service was 1/3 what I had been quoted at another school. I will definitely be returning.

Prices are great and Sonja did such a great job, I had to post a review. You just gotta be patient while you wait for your turn (which is normal). I never bleached my hair before and was worried it would come up weird and orange. It was just perfect with the toner and Im confident about the rest of the process. So glad I found out about this place.

Worst customer service ever.. called several times to inquire about the school. When finally getting ahold of Kerra she was nonchalant about me being interested in hair design. Told me she was booked for the next 2 weeks & wouldnt be able to fit me in for a tour.. after reading the comments on here I overlooked it just to give the school a shot. But nope very unprofessional. Believe the comments. & I am not one to write reviews but this is horrible. Work on your professionalism.

Today I went in to get a full set and I only waited 5 minutes tops. I do not remember the name of the lady who did my nails but she did an amazing job. Considering I have really stubby fingers and tiny nails (I bite them) she worked with me and had an amazing turnout. Although, about an hour later my pinky nail on my right hand came off I did not think too much of it. Thank you for your time and service. I will definitely be back.

I graduated from Academy of Hair Design last year. Had the pleasure of meeting some great new friends and learning lots. Had a hard time walking up sometimes, but it was definitely worth it in the end. Because I got the education I needed to be a licensed cosmetologist. All the teachers are super helpful and knowledgeable. Ms. Jeanie, Ms. Amy, Ms. Lori, Ms. Donna, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Mark are just a few of the smiling faces thatll brighten up your day! Think of it as a privilege to go to this school, learn, and have fun. Because when you dont take it seriously it gets taken away. If youre going to school for something like this, youre an adult now, its not high school. The teachers dont like not taking you seriously, but when you give them reason to not take you seriously, then they wont. I LOVE YOU GUYS! YOURE THE BEST!!!

This was the second time I have used this school. The first time, I had hair lightening done, the girl wrapped it all the way to the ends of my bleach damaged hair causing more extreme damage. It also didnt lighten it in any way and didnt completely lift the roots. The student had been there for 9 months but obviously hadnt done a lot of lightening. I went elsewhere to have it fixed. I decided to give them one more try with just a long layer haircut. The student had one more month before graduation and literally didnt know how to do a layer cut. The instructor had to keep coming back to help her and finally had to have her stand down while the instructor finished my cut. With both women working on my hair, this was the worst cut I have ever had. I am now heading to a reputable stylist to get it fixed again! Please be cautious if you go here. These poor kids are learning nothing!

I came in today and stood in a line to ask for a sign in and how long of a wait. Was told to sign in on a tablet they have and the instructor said 6 people ahead of me I said okay and sat down and waited about an hour later or more and seeing others getting called back I went back up and that time the receptionist said she didnt even have Me in her computer. Yes I know this is a school and they are learning but at the same time someone should be overseeing the waiting area. I know I probably came in there at a bad time but the instructor was saying some of the girls would be going to lunch but I figured that the other girls on the floor could still take appointments was I WRONG. I ENDED UP LEAVING BUT I MADE SURE ALL IN THE SCHOOL HEARD ME my time is important also

My daughter and I went to get somethings done... I got my make up and lashes done first...the young lady who did my make up was fine however her classmate were so unprofessional... the things they were saying inappropriate ... then i proceeded to get my hair..while my daughter was getting her nails done for 3 hrs 1/2... the other services I cancelled for her.. this place need a class on professionalism...

I couldnt have imagined such an amazing experience. I have made life long friends, not only students but teachers as well. Im a strong personality and Im glad this school is full of headstrong, ambitious and motivated people. I truly view the staff as apart of the family. Ms. Schimika and Ms. Lori, thank you for helping me stay on track.

I unfortunately did not gain any valuable knowledge or experience attending school here. The staff is incredibly unprofessional.
