I found Sifu Jack (Create Develop & Flow) 8 years ago through a martial arts post on craigslist. I went to one of his classes and Ive been studying with CDF since. This school has done a lot for me spiritually, mentally, and physically. His methods have taught me self discipline, motivation, and confidence. Sifu Jacks style of teaching is traditional, Its not to be compared to any MMA gym in town. CDF is a traditional/old school martial arts school, these teachings implement martial arts philosophy and martial sciences. I feel that CDF is a dedicated school for self defense and street fighting styles. You will learn weaponry, self defense, combat techniques, and mental development as you get in amazing shape while learning. Ive learned many forms and how to apply them in combat with my sparing partners. Be prepared to be pushed to your limits to reach maximum potential in combat.
