Great school, super clean and very attentive to the children, my son has been going here for three years and its the best daycare Ive seen yet. The whole staff are like family, supportive and loving, from the moment you drop off your children to the time they leave. I never had an issue here with my son or myself.

My daughter has gone to Childtime for almost 2 years, and will be graduating to Kindergarten this fall. I love this preschool and all the teachers are very nice and friendly. It has a warm, home-like feel to it and all the staff are involved with all the kids that attend here. My daughter always has plenty to talk about each day I pick her up about how much she loves her teachers. They are very family oriented and have lots of activities to have parents involvement with their children. I love that!

My daughter has been here since around May. Miss Christina has been wonderful with her. Jill sees her as a second mom at her home away from home. When shes there at drop off its a breeze. Every time I pick Jill up from her, Jill is engaged in song or play. Jill has come a very long way since we started months ago. She tries to count to 15, sings all of the time, and over all is so happy. I dont know what I would do without this place.

My son attended this daycare for a few months and within that time we had 4 incidents with him coming home hurt. Scratches, a bloody nose, and more scratches. 4 in a 3 month span! The very last day my son was in this school, my husband and I went to pick him up and as usual we like to watch him through the window to see how he acts. We found him laying on the ground by himself. Hurt and unattended. Through the window we could see the scratches on his face. I immediately ran in and grabbed him and questioned the teacher. She looked surprised and intimidated at my reaction. I basically yelled at her wanting to know what happened to my son and she said and I quote I wasnt supervising the kids when it happened, the other teacher who did is not here and she didnt leave an incident report. Long story short as any protective mom, I stormed out. I yelled at the administration and took my son out of the program.Not the first time my son came home with scratches and the teachers there are very unfriendly and unprofessional. This last incident was just the icing on the cake. If I could post the pictures of my sons face I would. Dont go here. Protect your kids.

The director, Ms Gigi, runs this place really well. My kids have had a very positive experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and she has learned so much here. This daycare has a nice family vibe and MsGigi is the bomb! ! Always greeted with a smile and hug. Best place for your children is at this location.

Unwelcoming Caucasian Lady , a little shabby, I don’t remember her name.People like Her are not supposed to work with kids. I felt unsafe with her that I told here I don’t think I will comeback .

2 years ago i rated this school 5 stars.The past 6 months this school has gone downhill. They cant keep teachers or directorsMy name is Justin Danoff.My son Currently attends your school is Las Vegas off Windmill and Eastern Ave.For the past year my son Mason Danoff has been attending your schoolHe will be 3yrs old next Month.The past 5 to 6 months this school has been going through teachers directors asst directors like nobodys business.The last straw happened this morning where my son freaked out when i brought him in this morning. Hes not really old enough to tell me whats going on but watching him through the window reacting with the teachers something dramatic happened.Curling up on the floor in a fetel position holding a pillow then when the teacher came by him with a couple other toddlers he got the pillow and ran away from them to another area and laid down crying in a fetel position i could sense something wasnt right.I will no longer bring my son to any of your properties. He used to love it there. I dont know whats going on with your staff/school but its scary.Kirah has been with your school since the 1st time i brought mason there when he was 6 months old and shes the only one thats been there the whole time. I dont know whats going on but after seeing my son this morning doing what he did it would scare any parent. Im sure im not the only parent who has concerns over this school but its horrific.Sorry to say but will be out looking for new care tomorrow

I absolutely hate this place. It has got to be one of the worst daycares ive ever took my kids to. The first week of being enrolled my son got a black eye. Which has never happend with me before. The teacher said that the kids were moving the furniture near the stairs and alejandro fell down the stairs and hit his eye on the side of the furniture. I was so upset. I honestly think it was pure laziness for the teacher not to get up from her ass and tell the kids to stop. I ended up letting it go. I convinced myself that it was an accident. So times go by i noticed little things here and there. For example my son kept getting yeast infections. My son used to come home telling me his teacher pulled his ear and would name the kids that would hit him. He got bit by one kid twice. Then one day i came in and there was a child that was in the same class as my son. I knew that childs name because my son repeatedly mentioned his name when ever he had a bruise or scratch from daycare. One of the teachers working in that day upset me because when i came in she was telling that child get him! Get him! Meaning to hit another child that was in that class. I reported it to them. They said they would speak with her and never did. So then i called their corporate and the detector at that time named julie called me to ask what happend. Then she told me that i should of said something but i did. Then she had my son removed from that class for a while and he was now in a different class with one of my friends that worked there. Unfortunately the teacher i complained about was still left with the children alone and it was left at that. After some time they told me that alejandro had to go back with his age group and that the teacher i complained about was going to be switched to a different room. I agreed to it but then everything started again. He was potty training at that point but he would still get yeast infections. I would sometimes come from work to find that he smelled like pee but was dry pee. I requested for him to get taken to the restroom every 30 mins and they front desk lady told me they cant because they have alot of kids. (Another thing i wanted to note is that they have new teachers every two weeks or so. So the children dont really get any consistency). Yes they do have too many kids but that is because sometimes there would be almost 15 kids to a teacher with no aid. I also wanted to mention that one time i saw the same teacher i complained about with tape around the sink handles. Im guessing because the kids kept opening the water. Finally when i had the last straw and decided to leave this place was when i complained about a teacher not watching her students. She was chit chatting with another teacher mean while one of her kids was throwing rocks at one of the windows so i yelled at him to stop because it looked like the glass was going to crack. (While there was other 3 year olds standing around the window) They told me that the teacher knew what she was doing and didnt even take i mind that she did NOT have her eyes on the students. I was outraged. Every single time a parent would complain about something they act like they will handle it then when they go out the door they role their eyes. I also remember one time i was waiting to talk to the desk lady to make my payment and a teacher came out with a child that got hurt. She asked her if she should write a report and the desk lady said no because her mom would over react. I would never take my kids back here again even if it is cheap and they provide diapers wipes and food. Its a horrible place. I now take my kids to Henderson Christian Academy. Yes i pay more but they treat my kids good and they are both talking more then ever. They come home asking me to play jesus music and read books with them.
