Anyway SHE did not disclose ALL the fees before we applied!! WHY???75.00 each for Credit Report!!350.00 cleaning fee500.00 Dog fee1st and Last monthOnly 1 year lease…ALL NONE REFUNDABLE!!!All fee goes to Berkshire Hathaway!!Not the owner!!!!The worst RIP OFF…. I would never recommend anybody to buy their house or sell their house through Melinda Harrington. The broker above her was no help either. I had a little bit of help from the district manager at the very end after I already lost $20,000. I will not be recommending any stars for that company sorry.

Recently, it because necessary for me to sell my home quickly and Raena could not have made the process any easier or more stress-free for me. She provided invaluable advice about pricing and preparing the property for sale. Garnette Klukoske and Berkshire Hathaway caused me to lose out on a rental property that I applied for on a home in Rhodes Ranch. I had turned in my application on a Friday and because of a misunderstanding, I had given them a check instead of a money order. Garnette proceeded to tell me that she needed to check if my dogs were OK with the homeowner regardless, even though it ad for the home said pets OK. So while I waited to hear if the dogs were OK, someone turned in an application. She notifies me Monday that the dogs are fine but then proceeds to tell me that because I had given them a check, my application is now 2nd. If I would have known that she wasnt going to hold my spot while finding out if I was even able to turn in an application, I would have given her the money order on Friday and not waited to hear from her. Very unethical on their part. Whats even worse is she wouldnt return 3 phone calls so we could talk about the situation. The only time she would talk to me is when I showed up to give her the money order just in case the first application fell through. Even then, she had me talk to her over the phone in her waiting room while she was in the same office I was sitting in. When I explained to her that I was frustrated she said let me cut you off right there and If you are looking to rent your place, Garnette Klukoske should be avoided because she could cost you a tenant who is professional and pays on time. My wife and children had our hearts set on that house and now have to start the process over again. Very frustrating. Garnette, if you are going to screw someone over, be an adult and talk to the person.

This is the worst management company I ever seen in my life they are liars especially the Gaccione Daniell family Larissa is a jerk they steal your deposit they lie that you don’t clean the unit that you lived in what more can I say I can keep going on and on do not rent do not buy from this company you will be sorry Thank you for listening
