Coldwell Banker Premier Realty provided me with an excellent service! I was referred to them by a friend who they had also assisted in finding a home with a VA loan. I was quickly matched with a local agent who specialized in the area I was looking in. It took some time for me to find the perfect home, but my agent Joel was patient, and once we found it, the closing process was very quick. I dont intend to sell my house anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely use them again!

One of the best decisions I have made is having Coldwell Banker Premier Realty manage my property in Las Vegas, NV. They make being a landlord so easy. There are times I forget I even own a property in Las Vegas because they make the whole process so effortless. If you own a rental property and are thinking about getting a property management company, I highly recommend going with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty property management.

Coldwell Banker has been an amazing business partner to me both professionally and then personally for the past 5 years. I first met Allison Wax when I began working with a large, global gaming manufacturer in Las Vegas, NV as a Corporate Recruiter. Allison approached me seeking to form a working relationship with our organization in recruiting top engineers and software developers for our Las Vegas location. When I would fly candidates out to LV for their final interview, Allison would Personally appoint one of the brokers in her office to pick up the candidate after their interview was complete at the office, they would tour my candidate (and spouse if they traveled with) around Las Vegas, show them rental properties or homes for sale, the schools in the area and have lunch before even occasionally returning them to the airport for their return flight home. All at no cost to me or my company. Often this would lead to a home sale after the candidate started their new job with us. This was a TREMENDOUS relationship that was mutually beneficial in our recruiting efforts. When I moved from Las Vegas to New York in 2020, Allison was the first and only Realtor I contacted to sell my own home and again was blown away at the attention and care her office showed my listing. Joel Lifschutz responded to my home, developed a sales strategy and began aggressively marketing our home leading quickly to a terrific offer (above asking) and easy closure on the sale.If there were 100 stars to give Allison Wax, Joel Lifschutz and Coldwell Banker it would still not be enough to represent my endorsement of them both personally and professionally.Thank you Allison, Joel and all those on your team that always made me feel like I was your only priority.

I recently had a great experience working with Chelsie, Kristi and Tyler finding a tenant for my home. The process was so seamless and easy and I couldnt recommend them more highly. Im a first time landlord who had no idea where to start in the process of renting my house out, and Im glad I decided to work with a professional property management company instead of trying to do it myself. There were tons of steps and details involved in the process that I didnt have worry about because the team was handling them for me quietly in the background. Communication was friendly and excellent. Almost everything was handled via phone and email which was convenient. And best of all, I found amazing tenants whom I hope will be happy in their new home. Highly recommend the CB team and would gladly work with them again for future properties! Thank you Chelsie, Kristi, Tyler and Jennifer!!!

As a property owner looking for someone to rent my home - I was nervous until I found Kristi at CB. She explained the market so I didn’t over or under price my place. Better yet, she made sure to screen the tenants and helped me understand who we should be looking for. In the end, my tenants kept my place cleaner than I did. When repairs were needed - they hired pros and the rates were reasonable. What a consummate professional!

Shoutout to Tyler in the company for doing absolutely nothing. I am the owner and the rental property AC stopped working, I tried to call and email Tyler to authorize the repair. Of course, he already checked out on Friday 4PM Las Vegas time. No answer, nothing. I had to call the vendor myself and coordinate repair with tenant and vendor due to the home being inhabitable (imagine 3 digits temperature Vegas summer without AC). He definitely made me think twice to renew my contract again with them if I am the one that ended up doing all the work. The only thing he remember to do is of course to send me the bill after the repair. We have to ask his Majesty (Tyler, twice) to please reply to my email when I have questions or concerns, otherwise he just left it on read. Forget about trying to reach him thru phone call.

Ashley Pierson and the team at Coldwell Banker were extremely professional through our search for a rental home in the Las Vegas area. We could not have asked for better communication and service from Ashley, especially as many other property management companies were difficult to communicate with. Thank you Ashley!

I just spoke to a real estate agent named Nick Anderson about a rental property in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. He confirmed that its available but wouldnt pass on any information about viewing the place. He just said he doesnt do that but that he would look for more places for me and send me listings. I found one. Its available. Why would I need to pay you to find me one? I did that on my own....just send me to whoever I need to speak to, stop trying to get money from everyone. The listings off my list and I was put in touch with someone who is willing to show me another place...without trying to charge me for everything. Just be a decent person/company.

We have completed multiple high end real estate transactions with the team at this location. They had our back with some real challenges with opposing buyers and sellers in only in Vegas types of situations. They go above and beyond supporting their clients. Highly recommended.

Make sure you adjust your auto payment the last month. also make sure you give them 30 days notice prior to move out. They do NOT offer any courtesy notices or communicate anything you need to do prior to your lease ending. they wait about 15 days prior to your lease ending in order to extract another half months worth of rent out of you. Horribly unprofessional

This company is anything but Premier. Weve had an overall bad experience dealing with all parties at Coldwell involved. We paid the realtor Huong Dam-Nardelli(Hannah) $1,000 for securing her client Mr Chang Park to rent our fully furnished luxury rental. She was listed as a personal reference to this client and vouched for him ad he alsonused to be her tenant. Two months after signing a years lease, he says he needs to break the lease because we tell him he cannot run a tour business out of our house. We were mislead and defrauded and clearly the agent was only looking out for her own self interests. Her client broke his lease and she said she cannot refund us the 1k. Very shady.Im writing a review only because it was our first and last time using a realtor to find a tenant from posting the rental on the MLS, and I would hate to see anyone else going through this experience. Dont deal with property managers....deal directly with the owner and potential tenants because these property managers clearly dont care and only want to collect their referal fee and cut you loose.

We were looking for a rental in North Las Vegas, We were in communication with Ashley Pierson who stated she was the assistant property manager. She told me she was going to hold off on running our rental application (we had handed it in with a money order) because the owner had decided to charge more for the rental and we wanted to talk about some issues we were concerned with. When we told her we were NO longer interested in the property she said she already ran the rental application and she would not give us our money order back. I have a company that alerts me if my credit is pulled and it was not. I did get an alert about it being pulled by the property company that we eventually went with. When I brought this to Ashleys attention she told my I was a liar and that I was wrong. We eventually plan on buying a home in Las Vegas and will have nothing to do with this company. It was only 120 something dollars but the fact that she was rude and actually lied to us is what bothers me the most. Please find a different person and company to work with. My fault for being from a small town and trusting someone to do their job. Lessoned learned.

DONT DO IT!! They will show you a nice clean home but you cant touch anything in the home. You put an offer on the home and Coldwell will provide a fraudulant home inspection that will cost you at least $50,000 to get the home to code (water, electrical, hvac, pool etc...) after you move in!!! The day I moved in they had put all the garbage back in the garage now am stuck with toxic materials and junk. The agents will illegally scam you and your just stuck with a lie and bankrupt as they laugh all the way to the bank. The lender recommends a real estate lawyer, great more money. COLDWELL REALTY IS A RIP-OFF

My mom was trying to rent a unit that they were renting got a cashiers check for deposit etc went down to sign lease with a James levey and he advised her he thought he was speaking to another person who applied for the unit so now my mother has no where to go! This is the most unprofessional way to handle the situation now he isnt even communicating with her! Who does that to a person. She switched everything in her name power etc I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone bc now my mom is back to square one when this whole week she could have found another place if he knew how to do his job!

3.7 average rating? Thats pretty bad.I used to sell real estate, so I know the drill. I got a referral for relocation services for this office - were coming from out of state. Its not easy buying a home long-distance.The first agent we were assigned was difficult to speak with and had an attitude. We tried working with him for a while. We were considerate of his time and drove past houses on our own first. Why waste the time of the agent and homeowner by going inside if you dont like the street? We could not get a pre approval from Quicken in time for our visit, so we never actually made any appointments, just exchanged emails. We decided to rent for a year before buying after our difficulties with Quicken. Even though I apologized that he would have to delay a commission for a year and help us find a rental for several hundred dollars this year and I know this happens all the time, he was downright rude. He blew me off, suggested I use Zillow. I requested another agent. The Coldwell Banker broker contacted me this time and she had a worse attitude than the agent. She didnt listen to what I said I was looking for in a home (as if her agent didnt already have my search criteria.) She was very condescending and had a chip on her shoulder because we rejected her agent. We want to be NEAR Summerlin and we definitely wont live in North Las Vegas. Betty: You cant touch Summerlin - you can try for North Las Vegas. We found an agent on our own who is HAPPY to work with us and - guess what? We found a better lender and we will be buying this year after all - near Summerlin - so many homes to choose from that we are delighted!Too bad for Coldwell Banker, but were glad we are not in a deal with them after reading their bad reviews. Im giving them one reluctant star because I cant give none.Continuing Ed should teach decent customer service instead of how many feet are in an acre - thats something you can look up on the web. Good service can be had in Las Vegas, just look past Coldwell Banker. (We love Andy Stahl @ Raintree Real Estate. Tell him Retta sent you.)
