I completed the online 90-hour coursework for Real Estate Salesperson, and attended 1 crash course session all within 30-45 days. Successfully passed the PSI National and State exam my first try! Highly recommend using this school, and to take advantage of the crash course to clarify and focus what you should study.

Took Tamaras Crash Course and she is wonderful! Shes thorough, fun, and really helped me understand the content better! Highly recommend this crash course to anyone who wants to brush up on any material before the exam, or even for anyone who wants to review Real Estate terminology!

Their online training portal is a joke. You have to complete several steps after your purchase in order to get access, including manually signing and sending them forms (no electronic signature or electronics consent options are available.) Once I finally got access to the portal, it kept locking me out for no reason, saying I needed to send them more forms...forms that theyd already received. Three days before my test I got locked out again, on a Saturday, so no way to study before my Monday morning test. My recommendation to LVRETC...hire real software developers to build you a real app that actually works. Until then, everyone should go elsewhere.
