My son has been taking private lessons from Daniel for the past year now. We started virtual lessons at the height of COVID and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. We now take weekly in person lessons and my son can’t wait each week! Daniel positively motivates my 11 year old and he’s very encouraging! If you are looking for an art teacher who works well with children, seek Daniel for his expertise. You won’t be disappointed.

Without a doubt the most informative art class Ive ever taken. Daniel took the time to explain in specific detail the fundamentals of how to transfer the subject to the paper, & in a way I could easily understand.Would recommend to anyone, people just starting out or artist wanting to expand in their passion!

I have always wanted to learn how to draw and paint, and I am so happy to find this art studio. Daniel is such a talented artist as well as a great and patient teacher. I have only come here three times but I can already see substantial improvement thanks to Daniel and Abbys helpful instruction. I like the flexibility so that you can come any time that works for your schedule, and you can work on your project at your own pace. The teachers are very patient and encouraging. I have seen some beautiful pieces that other students were working on, and I am looking forward to being able to do one of those myself in the near future.

This is an amazing place! Its clean, professional and they will supply all you need, including paint, easels, drawing supplies, canvas and instruction. I can leave my work and supplies there and dont have to drag them around with me. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are ready at all times to help you with technique and tricks of the trade. They focus on demystifying the process and you go at your own pace. I am having a great experience and am very happy with the work I have done there.

A wonderful place to learn! Both Abby and Daniel are kind and patient and teach in a structured way that is tailored to each students level. I’ve really enjoyed making art here :)

Love this art school! Each student works on their own pieces or exercises according to skill level and interest. This way each individual gets what they need out of the class. I am really impressed with the way that Daniel and Abbey navigate the room, providing every student with specific feedback, attention, and extremely helpful demos. Definitely money well spent!

When I started coming to Raminfard School of Art I had no experience with drawing or painting. After a couple of lessons on drawing I started learning painting. I love working on my own personal projects. With the help of the instructors I’ve been able to paint some beautiful paintings. I highly recommend this school. There is much joy in creating beautiful art pieces.

I sent my child to this school last month, and she loves to draw and paint at this place very much. Teachers are nice and patient. I believe my child can learn the skills and have fun at Raminfard.

Ok, not one artistic bone in my body, but this was a fun experience that i will definitely want to enjoy again. Our instructor was very structured and made painting really fun. He was so patient with everyone and kept everyone engaged and excited to paint. Affordable, Fun, & a good time. Definitely suggested.

The Class Drawing the Female Figure was excellent. The studio is perfectly lit, and set up to create. The model was very professional, easy to be with and provided and excellent image to draw from. Daniel is just perfect. He provides just enough information, critic and confidence to allow your creative juices to flow. The snacks sealed the deal. I really enjoyed it. This art school is fantastic! This is by far the best art instruction I have come across. All the instructors are very talented in both your own work, as well as in their instruction. Casual yet professional atmosphere. You get the best 1 on 1 instruction in a class setting and they truly care about your own development. I have developed more in the 7 months here than I have in years of instruction elsewhere. They have amazing workshops which are very interesting and really show you different approaches to many different forms of art. From beginner to advanced, I highly recommend it. Flexible hours too which is a must for me!

Im new to art and Ive been coming here frequently for a while now. Abby and Daniel have both been super supportive and helpful in guiding me first through the basics and also teaching me how to simplify everything I see into shapes as a very important part of any drawing practice. I appreciate coming here a lot and enjoy the instruction, atmosphere and art that Im able to create and that I see from other students. The classes are never too huge so you always get the attention you need and the schedule is so flexible. Definitely recommend this to people of all art backgrounds and experiences.

Last week, we took a terrarium making class, and it was so fun, relaxing, and creative. They provided all the supplies we needed to make our own terrariums. The class was inexpensive, informative, and a great way to spend an evening. Check out their classes, and start making stuff and drinking beer!

This art school was just what I was looking for. For the group lessons you can work on your own piece of art and the teachers will come give suggestions and help you with your piece! I really wanted to find classes like this where everyone could have their own unique, ongoing project. The classes are so much fun and the teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be a regular here!

I enjoyed painting at Raminfard school of arts. Daniel is a great teacher. He comes to each and every person’s station and teaches how to do it.I miss going there because of work and travel. I would go there again.

I discovered the Raminfard School of Arts about a year ago and have been hooked ever since. I love that you can work on your own project at your own pace and receive personalized instruction in a friendly group environment. The classes are flexible so you dont have to commit to a fixed schedule. Daniel is an extremely talented artist who passionately shares his artistic gift with his students. In just a few brush strokes he can show you how to bring your painting to the next level. I have learned so much from Daniel and Abby and am amazed at what I have been able to achieve. Ive been coming to Daniels studio since I was in high school and stopped because I went to college but whenever I have time I come back. Daniel is a great teacher and his assistants are very helpful and welcoming.I recommend to anyone who wants to start painting or continue painting.

I highly recommend Daniel Raminfards School of Arts. My oil paintings have improved enormously in the time Ive spent studying there. Daniel Raminfard and his co-teachers are wonderful-- so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I also enjoy painting in this pleasant space with other students who share my love for art. Aside from that, compared to other art schools, which offer a limited, once-a-week course for hundreds of dollars, Daniel offers discounts if you buy classes by the month and a deep discount if you buy tickets for several months . Then you can come in for classes several times a week; if you miss a week, your tickets never expire.

My daughter takes art classes here. She has been attending classes for approximately 3 years. She has learned so much from Daniel and his staff. He is very attentive and differentiates his instruction based on the needs of his students. My daughter has also taken a couple of his workshops and again... she has not been disappointed. I have taken various art classes in LA, and nothing compares to Raminfard School of Arts. Daniel, Olivia, and David are all amazing teachers, and I love the individual teaching in a group session! It was hard for me to find classes that worked with my schedule, and these are perfect. I highly recommend everyone to try out a class. It is the highlight of my day.

Im so happy that I found this place!!Took the heavy metal aerobics last Sunday and I absolutely loved it! The instructor, Donelle, is so friendly and upbeat and the class is so fun! The music ranges from metallica to iron maiden...the movements are a combination of cardio and yoga movements (we also got to use dumbbells made from sand filled-PBR cans! how metal is that!?)All you need to do is go to their website and reserve for a spot by paying the $10 fee with paypal (they do have a 48-hour full refund cancellation policy)The environment is so chill and spacious for dancing. My body do sore the next day which is a positive sign that my hour and $10 were well-spent! Id definitely spread my word and come back again.

I recently took the card screening class at Workshop, and it was so much fun! Brenda T. and I learned how to pick images, tape them off and prepare screens with water-based paint, clamps and squeegies to make some really cool cards. So fun - what a great work space to learn some cool, new skills! I cant wait to take more classes! I reeeaaally want/need to take Sewing 101, Sewing 102 and maybe a Mixology class - woohoo!
