I took the ‘cooking meals from around the world’ class, it was SO DELICIOUS and FUN. The teacher taught us so many skills that I incorporated into my regular cooking, and still use two years after the class. Best guacamole recipe ever, and for the first time I had confidence making some Indian and East Asian dishes that really impressed me. (Not to mention that I got to take home so many leftovers after the class that I had several days worth of delicious meals to savor, so the class was really economical too.) Thanks and respect!

I took a cooking class- Indian food!, and Wow! I have learned a lot! I really enjoy cooking, and I love to learn how to cook dishes from around the world. I always thought that Indian cuisine is one of the most delicious, also, one of the most challenging. The mix of flavors and the variety of spices, simply it overwhelmed me and I just didnt dare to try.Until I came across The Delightful Table - Indian cooking class!; Im so happy I took this class, because even with years of experience in the kitchen; Ive learned a few tricks about how to hold a knife more practically and chopped more efficiently!Ive learned also about oils and different spices!Looking forward on taking another class!I highly recommend this class!
