I first went to this class with my son, and I have been back a few times. The classes were fun and we learned a lot. When first we enter, there is an lecture and demonstration to go over the recipes that we will be making. Its easy to understand and see what the chef is doing as he has a mirror over his workspace. After that we go into the kitchen. The class is small, and we are broken up into groups of two. Each group is given a recipe. As we work on our recipes, we are able to view the work other groups are doing and get involved with them if there is any down time. We also get all of the recipes to try again at home. At the end, we all get together and eat what we have made. We also have plenty to take home. Its an easygoing and fun experience. Thank you Chef Eric.

Back in April of 2018 I took Chef Erics Culinary Classroom Basics class. It was 4 Monday nights of professional lessons and well crafted recipes. I was on the 3rd Monday that we made a fresh pasta and bolognese sauce that would turn out to be the catalyst for me to venture further into culinary programs.I recently completed the 16 week Master Chef Program (2/12/19) and I am currently taking the 10 week Master baking program.Chef Eric is a talented chef and amazing teacher. I appreciate his positive approach to things.Id also like to thank Juana for her amazing attitude and for all the hard work she does to keep the dishes washed.

Awesome time today- Tristan was our instructor and she taught us how to prepare the best Tapas meal with Sangria. Its a great hands on course. We did the private course and had such a great time. The food was incredible and the best thing is that we now know how to prepare it at home ourselves. She was really fun and I will be back with friends and family. Great thing to do as an event with a private group as well!

Took the basic knife skills class and really enjoyed the experience. I cook a lot at home and love it but never learned any techniques so I’m pretty slow. The tips Chef Eric taught were very useful to me and will speed up my cooking. He also taught us how to care for and sharpen knives which is what I really needed since all mine are dull.We then got hands on cooking experience cutting vegetables, deboning chicken and more. Everyone in class was very friendly including the staff and Chef Eric. I found it to be a warm, inviting environment full of people who love to cook. The kitchen was very clean and the meal cooked for the end of class using our prep ingredients was absolutely delicious. I’ll be back to take more classes soon!

My daughter attended Chef Erics cooking camp recently. She absolutely loved it. She would come home so enthusiastic about what they cooked that day. She gained confidence in her skills and said everyone was really nice. I found it easy to sign up and Jennie was professional and friendly. The only adjustment I can suggest would be to make the camp day a little longer. We will be returning to Chef Erics kitchen in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSWe went to a couples cooking class. It was by far the absolute worst food and experience at a cooking class EVER! The class was extremely unorganized.. Too much standing around that we could have made another dish, maybe even two. There could have been much more accomplished during that waiting period that would have allowed us to eat when scheduled. The food was absolutely horrible! In other cooking classes I have taken I have never had a bad meal. I may have loved some things and thought other things were just good, but our food was more like bad hospital food. We overheard other people making similar comments about some of the food as well, including the fact that we felt the fish that was served was not fresh since it smelled horrible when it first came out of the fridge. All this for $200!! We could have gone to an amazing dinner, but instead got this. I warn everyone before taking a class at this school - avoid at all costs.

Fantastic and fun private cooking class and dining experience with Chef Peter and my five boyfriend. The menu was fresh, innovative and delicious and he was super professional and organized. Will definitely engage him again for another class or to cater a party - or maybe both!

Chef Eric and his staff are incredibly nice but the class really isnt much of a class. I purchased the class through Groupon thinking that I might learn more about baking but I didnt learn a single thing unfortunately. I guess a dessert baking class is a bit misleading. The class consists of students being paired up and basically following ONE recipe that theyre given. Chef Eric and his staff walk around offering support and giving tips. I was given cupcakes which isnt exactly exciting. After that dessert is done, students can maybe see what other students are baking and then at the end we just eat all the desserts. I was hoping that I would either see the Chef make all the desserts or make them myself, but nope, you just make the one. So yeah, disappointed.

Excellent instructor and great class setting. You really learn a lot, from basics to more advanced techniques. Best part is that there are no dishes ;) I always recommend this place to my friends. Mmm good stuff!

I highly recommend you completely avoid this company. I bought a course for a family member as a Christmas gift. When they were feeling under the weather they tried to reschedule and Chef Eric acted like an arrogant jerk.He refused to let them reschedule and refused to let them attend the class. I attempted to speak with him myself and I was shocked at how unprofessional he and his management staff were. Some reviewers may have had good experiences but if your looking for a professional company with good sense about customer service this is not the place.

Came in to sign up for a couples class a couple years ago and his wife was terribly rude and unprofessional so we went elsewhere. When we received an invitation to a class to attend with a friend, of course we were apprehensive but went ahead went hoping for a different experience. Well for one the kitchen was terribly small and we were constantly being bumped. You dont get much instruction on the dishes and youre basically just given some recipes to go home and figure out for yourself. The staff was nice but the wife was once again extremely rude. The chef seemed flustered and irritated. Trust me DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY just hop on youtube

Chef Eric is very down to earth & awesome, my daughter feels very comfrotable in his class and is learning so much, I just wish the camp they offer lasted a tad bit over a week or maybe even mon -fri instead of ending on a Thurs. but overall this opportunity is amazing for my daughter and I am so happy we chose this school for her to attend her cooking lessons

Would give zero stars if possible... the worst class i have ever taken ! disorganized, miss matched skill levels, no teaching at all , over crowded.I attended this class in place of a friend because they wouldnt refund his class after he had a death in his family. Anyway i have taken cooking classes in new orleans, north hollywood, New York, North Carolina ,Florida and other places....i am a competent cook....the teacher did no real teaching and the inexperienced people were left to flounder while my wife and i were given no challenge or teaching....if i wanted to figure out a recipe for pizza on my own i could have stayed home and watched a youtube video.... and would not have had to beg for ingredients!dont waste your time!

Although it was our first attempt to make Thanksgiving dinner this year, we were able to amaze our friends and family...Thanks to our secret weapon-taking a class from Chef Eric. With his wonderful gourmet recipes, tips/tricks to wow our guests, and hands-on practice with preparing the meal during class, our Thanksgiving was a success. We are already looking forward to attending another one of his classes.
