Once I called them to ask more info about their program, they didn’t answer. I asked them to call me back, they didn’t. So, later, I called them again, and talked in a kind, respectful way, saying that I have more questions about the program. The person on the phone, just yelled at me saying, everything is on the website and hung up. Okay, yes, maybe there is my fault there too, but yelling and hanging up? Seriously? That is for sure the worst customer service I have ever gotten.
